Re: Tactical RPG Banner Of The Maid Is Coming To Switch

Marie Antoinette.... is dead.
I understand this is not meant to be historically accurate but Marie Antoinette was holed up in Versailles for pretty much the whole revolution, especially when the peasants revolted and took her and her husband to Paris due to the lack of bread. Then they tried to run away but were caught, which lead to both of their executions. I don't see a time when she could play Fire Emblem in the streets of Paris.
Sorry, just had to nitpick.

Re: Night Trap, The Infamous Mega CD Classic, Is Switch Bound

Well. Found this.
"Night Trap designer Rob Fulop was irked that his relatively tame game was being compared to Mortal Kombat, which features a character ripping the heart out of a defeated opponent. Nintendo senior vice president Howard Lincoln testified in front of the committee, stating Night Trap would never appear on a Nintendo system because it did not pass their guidelines. Fulop later explained that Lincoln was referring to the technical guidelines; the game could not run on a Nintendo system due to the lack of a CD-ROM drive, but Lincoln made it sound as if the game was unworthy of Nintendo's moral standards. Critics noted this as a deliberate move from Nintendo to distance themselves from the scandal and make Sega look unfavorable.[9]"

Oh man, I was hoping to hear Bach 12.
As for addressing shaming a teacher... Music is music, regardless of what style it is or where it comes from. Granted, rapping isn't everyone's cup of tea but this was not a rap song. In addition, they played it WELL. Their balance was very nice and it was neither too loud nor too soft. That would make a music teacher proud, hearing their ensemble perform a piece that they put together themselves rather than having help from them.
