Please improve the joy cons or whatever they will be called but keep the old ones compatible with the successor for multiplayer. They don't need to attach. I personally don't think they're that great, if I have an option I always use the pro controller. In fact I'd rather use wii remotes then joy cons, just go ahead and make wii remotes compatible too, I miss the accuracy of the IR sensor.

Wayforward Please fix the switch version of this game! I'd rather have this on switch but it runs like hot garbage. I'll wait a little while to see if they fix it or else im gonna have to get it on xbox

How do you aquire said codes?

I pre-ordered from amazon but when it said it wasnt going to arrive till march 27th I knew I had to go looking for it at stores on the release day. None of the gamestops, targets, or best buys had a copy when I called at 1:00pm. I ended up getting the last copy they had at my local walmart. I didn't think this game was gonna be selling out like this!

Virtua fighter 2 on Saturn is arguably the best 3d fighter of that generation. Why they never choose to rerelease that version is beyond me.
Virtua Fighter 2 on the Genesis on the other hand is hot garbage.

No expansion pack for me. I already have most the retro titles physically sitting on my shelves at home. The only additional content on offer that I'm interested in is the Mariokart tracks but I wouldn't pay an additional $30 a Year! to play them and then have them disapear in a few years when the server shuts down. When you could just buy them for $25 one time and have them forever. Isn't that the obviously smarter choice?

So can you play this without a reticle on the screen and actually aim something? Or is it just gonna be moving a cursor around on the screen with gyro? I have this on Saturn and I know how fun it is with the light gun, if I have to move a cursor around the screen then the better graphics aren't gonna be worth the purchase if the authenticity isn't there

Ok, is this normal protocol to be just now hiring these kinds of positions? Is it just me or does this Seem like this is the most dragged out process ever?

So if you purchase the dlc for $25 do you have access to the tracks forever? I would assume so and that would be the plus to purchasing them over just "renting" them through the expansion pack.

Questionn: if you have the expansion pass do you lose the courses when the service ends or if you stop subscribing to it? Also if you choose to pay the $25 per wave do you keep them forever?

If this was just released on the switch then it would be on nobody's radar and no one would care. Releasing a game on the Wii U now is a nice way of getting at least some publicity I suppose.

Id rather just see Shredder and the Turtles in Smash but with a better art style. They are hideous in Nickelodeon brawl.

I didn't delete it. Its all about the memories. Man that game was fun! I would buy it in a heartbeat. Hopefully they bring it back for 40. Or maybe they'll use super mario bros 3 next time.

Yes, I have the genesis collection on switch and the input lag is noticeable, It bothers me too much to play it. For example when trying to play sonic and you go to jump running full speed right at the edge of a pit, it wont register your button press in time and you will fall in the pit. Super frustrating, why they released it like that I have no idea.

Classic Contra games are the king of run n gun. Very surprised Gunstar heroes isnt on here, I would say its better then most on this list. Cuphead is amazing as well.

So true, The Prime series is the big event that everyones waiting for. Making a new game in the original series almost feels like a Nintendo made indie game or something.

Why is it that a game is always made to run at 30 fps or 60 fps? What's wrong with 40 or 50fps? Or any other number in between

I'm pretty decent at the game with my ranks always wavering from A to S+. My highest being S+². But I already know I'd be destroyed in a nationwide Tournament. I don't have any friends that play anyway otherwise I'd try for fun. There are just some people out there that are stupid good at splatoon

When panzer dragoon remake first released it had some problems but have since been fixed through updates. Unfortunately all the reviews on it are mediocre because they were all written before the updates. While it's a good game now, it goes to show first impressions stick, so get it right the first time because now no one wants to check it out.

Absolutely love SOR4 and can't wait for the DLC, definitely hope there is some new stages in it. Don't know how many hours I've sunk into it, it's a lot, but ive unlocked all the characters and still play it from time to time. Grew up playing the original trilogy and they are among my all time favorites. I hope they make a SOR5 at some point.

I can't say without trying them first. Wii sports and resort golf controls are awesome. Any other golf game with motion controls doesn't even compare. Strangely wii sports club on wii u controls weren't even as good. Unless this can match or top wii sports controls, which I highly doubt but sure wish it would, I will sadly have to use standard controls.

An oled should make a big difference. I always thought the switch screen looked a lot more washed out compared to my qled tv. On an oled with that better contrast I'm thinking everything will be more defined and the colors will really pop

I literally just went back and played through and beat skyward sword on Wii and then they announced this HD version. That's a little annoying, I would have rather played through the new version, but I definitely not getting it now since I just finished it. This is why I'm not playing through metroid prime trilogy even though I really want to revisit it - fingers crossed there's gotta be a remake on the horizon.

Reggie sure is popping up quite often talking about all things video games. Wonder if he's gonna make a comeback into the industry.

I just had to buy a new tv as well, my old hd plasma started ghosting images. I ended up getting a Samsung q90t because it has good reviews and ranked well for video games as it has very low lag time. Works great for my switch, Wii U and Xbox one. But it doesn't play nice with my Framemeister. The framemeister works with it until I put the tv into game mode (which is the only way to get low lag time) and then the tv gives me an error. So I can only play my retro consoles on it with game mode off with like half a second of lag which makes the majority of games unplayable. So now I don't know what to do. I could still play them on my CRT, but man I really want to be able to play them on the big screen all nice and pretty the whole reason I have a framemeister. This really bites.
Edit: I just updated the firmware of the framemeister from 2.03 to 2.04 and now it works on my new TV!

Just think if it was released for the switch instead it wouldn't have gotten any coverage, would've just flew under the radar. Releasing anything on the wii U now is going to get a little bit of visibility just from being the oddball so maybe they will actually get more sales because of it.

Super Mario 3d World is my Number two 3d Mario game right behind galaxy 1 and 2(I pretty much consider the galaxies 2 parts of the same game). Of u never played it then definitely pick this up. I'm sure I will even though I already own it on wii u. And since I own the physical on Wii U I'll probably get the digital version on Switch

7/16 I beat the game but didn't pay close attention to details apparently. But I did get the shrine question right admittedly with an educated guess.

I still have it on Wii U and I bought the dlc for it so no need to buy it again. Maybe a big percentage of the audience for this game owned it on Wii U already.

The wii u library has pretty much been been picked to the bone. My wii u is now just a Star Fox and Nintendoland machine

It's the wii classic controller! The problem with that controller was the two analog sticks were so close together your thumbs would thumbs would run into each other when pushing them both inward, hopefully this controller doesn't suffer that same problem.

I used to use my wii U browser to watch YouTube all the time, when it came out it was the best way to watch it on my tv. I didn't like the app because you couldn't read comments, and the whole interface was just a little annoying to use.
With the wii u browser you could suspend a game, go to YouTube, watch a walkthrough if need be, then go right back into your game without skipping a beat. If you wanted to use the app you would have to completely close your game then open the YouTube app, watch, close, then restart your game. Just a hassle

I think SOR4 deserves a 10/10. The game is amazing and for me will be the game of the year. I have always been a huge fan of the SOR series, and #4 does not disappoint. I can't stop playing it, I beat it and then immediately start over again with a new character, gotta unlock them all!

I could never get into fortnite. But when I turn on Splatoon 2, Hours pass like minutes, I always want to play one more round, just gotta rank up one more level. I can't quit on a loss. I can't quit on a win, I'm on a roll. Oh no! I've been playing for 7 hours and accomplished nothing. I'm going Crazy!

I'd be curious to know how many sega genesis classic mini's they've sold
