Galaxy 2 almost just seems like a huge dlc pack to galaxy 1. I pretty much consider them 1 game. They are both the best 3d Mario games. I think I like how the first one is laid out just a little better, but gameplay wise they are both top of the line. I would put 3d World close behind them, and then Odyssey.
@Wavey84 Streets of rage 2 may very well be the game I have played through more times than any other. And yet everytime I get to that part of the game where its raining I always have to stop and admire the beauty, and I think to myself, how did they get the Genesis to look this good.
@BanjoPickles Thanks for this list! This really helps put things in perspective. This actually is a lot of classic games so far. I'm surprised Nintendolife hasn't had an article showing this off. They should have a master list of all the Legacy games on the switch, that would be cool.
These are going to be like the gamecube component cables. Not available in stores, only online, and not many people will be convinced to buy them. Few will be sold and later on they will be very rare and expensive.
Wii legacy content...great Wii u legacy content... decent Switch legacy content...bad Why is it getting worse with each console? They need to change something up soon
I remember seeing the redout coming soon box for switch at gamestop on launch day. Nearly 2 years later, Kind of forgot about it by now. Better late then never. Hopefully it comes out soon and can set itself apart from fast rmx, which is an excellent racer.
Please Revive Virtua Fighter, Nights, Sega Rally, Daytona USA, Panzer Dragoon, Streets of Rage(4 is on the way!), Shining Force, Shinobi, Vectorman, Guardian Heroes, Virtua Cop, Mr. Bones, Scorcher ...thats just off the top of my head, the list could go on, dang, why haven't they done this yet? There is potential for so many awesome games!
I was around in the nes days, so I appreciate the old games with super metroid by far the best 2d metroid. But the prime series are all at the top. Metroid prime Trilogy is the best Metroid experience to be had to date.
@SimplyCinnamon53 Making Wireless receivers for the NES and SNES is a good start but I really hope they continue to make them for all the mainstream retro consoles: Genesis, Saturn, n64, dream cast, PS1
Can you use them on the original consoles? That's what I want, why can't anyone make Bluetooth controllers for all the retro systems. I have some of the original infrared wireless controllers for Genesis and Saturn, but they are slightly annoying since you always have to be pointing them at the system
I hope we get that collection, Darius Gaiden is in my top 3 of all time shoot em ups. I still have it on Saturn, but it would be awesome to make it portable
I'm probably 60% undocked, 40% docked Although I prefer to play docked, nothing beats gaming on the big screen, it's just that other people are using the TV
@ShadJV @PlayedNSlayed Yep, I had never played it as well, I downloaded it, I ran around aimlessly in utter confusion until a storm came and killed me. Tried it one more time and the exact same thing happened. That's 15 minutes of my life wasted
@BulbasaurusRex After reading again about the moveset, I suppose your right, it's not basic like Final Fight. Though it still doesn't sound as robust as streets of rage 2, and definitely not 3 in which each character has at least 5 different grab moves, 2 special moves, co-op attacks, the ability to land on your feet after being thrown, each weapon has a couple different moves of its own unique to each character. Anyway I think I will give raging justice a shot and download it today. I want to like it, and there's not exactly a lot of options out there for beat'em ups
It seems like streets of rage 2 and 3 have a lot larger moveset than any other brawler which is one of the best things about them. I think it helps give them depth and relieve some of the repettativeness. I'm was hoping raging justice would have followed suit, but it appears to be a little more basic like final fight. I would be happy to hear that I'm wrong from someone who's played it.

Don't get the genesis classic collection on switch, I have it, the emulation is terrible, it sounds off, and there is noticeable lag.

Re: Random: Don't Worry, Nintendo Switch's 'X' Button Is Still Called 'X'
According to the guy who actually designed the controller it's not cross, or is in fact X. Just read this link and you will see he calls them "circle triangle square and X". Never once does he refer to it as cross.
