60fps is important for this game. This is not a regular Jap turn based RPG, the gameplay requires fast reaction... latency can be an issue.

Don't buy this remake, get the original DS cartridge, it's cheaper and better.

The original game runs in 60fps, this remake is 30fps. There's no Stereo 3D so there is no excuse for not being 60fps. Nintendo doesn't care about 3DS anymore.

These SD cards are special, your games will run better if they are stored in it... they also contained Amiibo magic that adds extra bonuses in first party games. (hint: that's how you should market these cards)

This is not a good remake. I can't believe NL didn't mentioned that the original runs at 60fps, this remake is 30fps. If the DS can run this game at 60fps why can't the 3DS? Latency affects the mini games. Also, there's no 3D... what's the point of this remake?

The graphic is only slightly better, it's not sharp... still a little blurry. The Bowser Jr mode is not even fun, or funny... the writing is just dull in comparison.

@huyi Nvidia Tegra X1 has hardware accelerated 4K decoder, even if the output is 1080p it can play 4K files easily.

There's already a video player for Switch... if you use CFW.

VLC is nicer though. Switch is capable of playing 4K HDR (10 bit) 60fps h.265 (HEVC) video, PS4 Pro can't even play h.265 video.

If your joy-cons are drifting, here's the solution:

The problem is dust, all you need to do is lift up the flap under the stick and blow really hard at it. Be careful not to blow your spit in there. Same technique to cure NES cartridge 30 years ago works today with all joy-cons.

More likely they will port old frostbite games like Battlefield 3 to Switch. It's a PS3/360 game, should run fine on Switch.

There are more indie games in that video than all the first party Nintendo games released this year.

Switch Pro controller is perfect for Dolphin Emulator. The new Gamecube controller is even more perfect.

Ports are ok in the first 2 years as there are fewer games. Now that Switch has taken off, there should be more original games.

I played this game on the PS4 Pro over a year ago, this is the type of game that shows off the 4K and HDR of a Pro console.

Kid Icarus Uprising should be the number 1 3DS port. Like any Sakurai games: it's choked full of content... but without a stylus it's near impossible. Every Kirby games on 3DS should be ported, they are better than the Switch one.

We need all the Professor Layton and newer Ace Attorney games ported as compilations, Etrian Odyssey as well.

Q1 is very empty. Only Wargroove and same-old Mario port.

It's the first game I completed this year. This game is short and sweet, unlike those long winded repetitive games out there.

But unlike most people I dislike the music in the game, it's a blatant ripoff of Hans Zimmer's score for Interstellar.

Namco should make Ridge Racer for Switch, too many fighting games already. Even a port of the Vita version will suffice.
