If the price is right (around $20 like the Steam version), this will be an instant purchase for me. God, I can't enough mech action, and Switch is lacking it so far.

Even though I'm not really interested in card-based RPG's, I'll give this one a go. I love the SteamWorld series to death, and I have no problem giving I&F money for this if only to support their next game.

I’m glad they handled the port so well, but it would actually be kind of embarrassing if the Switch couldn’t run a perfect port of Cuphead. It’s a beautiful game because of the hand drawn art, but that style isn’t demanding on hardware.

I wonder if Doc Brown knows the DeLorean has been converted into a space attack fighter... not sure he'll be too happy about this.

@Mountain_Man Nope, you can pre-order the physical version right now on Amazon for $29.99. I've already played the original release to completion but I never did get the DLC and Dark Arisen expansion, so I'm giving it a double-dip. When you consider that the original game was already awesome and this version includes all of the extra content, $29.99 is an absolute steal!

“Security researcher” seems like a bit of a stretch and a misleading headline. I’m guessing he’s nothing more than a hacker who happened to once be employed at Malwarebytes to test for security vulnerabilities. Either way, he’s a nuisance who shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a computer and internet connection.

I’m not usually too keen on card battlers, but I’m a huge fan of Image & Form and the Steamworld universe, so I’ll probably snag it right quick anyway. Chances are, I’ll probably like it enough to finish it, but if I don’t I’m okay supporting one of my favorite indie devs with a purchase.

Easiest eShop recommendation I could give right now, it's that good.

I agree 100% with this statement... so if you don’t like challenging games, don’t buy it. Meanwhile, those of us who prefer a challenge will enjoy this thoroughly.

The genre isn't really for me, but this definitely looks like a good example, I might give it a whirl sooner or later.

Well, here's a game no one asked for...

I fully expected Nintendo to get in on the Battle Royale craze, just never thought they would do it with..... Tetris?!

Could be cool, but there's too little to go by in the trailer. It looks like it reviewed fairly well for the PSVR version, but it'll be interesting to see how well they've transitioned the game out of VR. Just like mobile-to-console, not many VR games make a smooth transition to traditional gaming.

@Tirza That's the place! That doesn't mean there aren't people on there who have actually posted thoughtful reviews, though. Just have a look at the hours of gameplay any reviewer has logged in the game, that will give you an idea if someone is giving it a fair shake or not. When I'm reading negative reviews from people who have logged 10, 15, 25 hours or more game time, I tend to trust their intent.

This didn't do very well in Steam reviews and it looks like the Switch port isn't going to be any different. No thanks.

@adh56 Actually, Ninja Warrior is based off of Sasuke. Takeshi's Castle made its way to the states via MXC (Most Extreme Challenge) for 5 seasons in the early 2000's as a dubbed over spoof. I miss MXC, those out of context dubs made it absolutely hilarious.

If it controls well and runs well, count me in, but I’m not hopeful. Given past series entries, I’m expecting a floaty driving model and blurry graphics with constant framerate issues (a lazy port). Hopefully I’m wrong though...

@Bomberman64 Only problem with your statement is that Switch hasn't actually had a Mario Kart game made for it, it's gotten an all DLC inclusive port of a game that was made for the Wii U. While I love Mario Kart 8 dearly, I wouldn't mind seeing what Nintendo can do with a game made from the ground up for Switch.

What a sad state of development when you're so out of ideas you've decided to make a cheap copy of Five Nights at Freddy's, an already cheap and uninspired game.

That’s pretty impressive when you consider that 2.5 years since release and the game still hasn’t developed into what Niantic originally promised. I guess branding means more than substance, what a shame.

Wow, this looks like it was REALLY close to a release. Too bad it never made it to the store shelves, but it's cool to see it finally be preserved and enjoyed.

@goggles789 It does a lot of things different than whatever you’ve played on your iPhone since it's an entirely different game. Everspace has never been released on mobile, you didn’t buy it for $7.99 on your iPhone.

I get the feeling that people wouldn't be trying so hard to justify this game as not being "that bad" if there weren't such a drought of realistic racing games on the Switch.

Aside from the obviously missing centerpiece, Link seems to have an oddly feminine build. He has what I can only describe as large "child-bearing" hips and extremely thick thighs with a very petite waistline. Given his robust lower body and relatively weak upper body, I'd say he's rather girlish.

I’m more interested in the Virtua Racing release, but this will also be a day-one purchase. Keep these gems coming, Sega!

Instead, moan at Hori for developing an inferior product. Not including an internal power source was a poor decision on their part as you can't use it unattached or with the grip, not to mention it's missing motion control support and launched with a severe firmware problem.

If the release date is up to Nicalis, we should be seeing it somewhere around 2020.
