Re: Valve Confirms It Contacted Nintendo About Dolphin Emulator Coming To Steam

"But I have no choice, Nintendo won't release it."

What if Nintendo released it tomorrow? You never know when they'll release something which is why it's never ok to pirate.

So what do you do? You move on with your life. Play something else instead. There are thousands upon thousands of video games to choose from. Are you telling me there's nothing else you want to play?

Nothing justifies piracy, period.

I just want to give you guys props for acknowledging this game's existence. Nobody ever talks about or mentions this game. I thought it was awesome, and why it hasn't made some sort of comeback is baffling to me.

Re: Soapbox: Gaming Superstitions And Rituals Might Not Work, But They Matter

I have a real crazy one: Whenever I play an RPG I always make sure to rotate my party members regularly. Not for strategic or gameplay reasons, but because I feel it would hurt their feelings if I don't use them enough. Even though it doesn't matter, even though I know these characters are just code at the end of the day and don't have real feelings, I still do it.

Re: Nintendo Will Reportedly "Boost" Switch Production In 2023

Nintendo should keep the Switch going. I just feel like we're past the era of "gens" you know? Everything from this point forward is minor upgrades. We're past the era where a new system would come out and the whole world stopped, it was a huge deal because everyone was legitimately blown away by what it could do. That doesn't really happen anymore and we need to stop pretending it does.

Re: This Latest Switch 'Rival' From Razer Launches At The End Of The Month

I just...... don't understand the point of an ultra powerful handheld. What's the point of amazing graphics on such a small screen? I thought the point of handhelds was that they are simpler, the games are "lighter" if you will, not as graphically impressive but a nice alternative that's cheap and fun for those who may not care all that much about power. I think systems like the Steam Deck and others completely missed the point.
