I want my PC mouse to work instead of the joy-con. I'd love to use my MX Master 3S instead of an uncomfortable tiny controller.

I roll my eyes, just looking at these. Especially the first one if you have a bit of Japanese knowledge and ESPECIALLY if you watch the first word of the second quoted game.

How the heck does these two titles are allowed to exist on Nintendo's eshop with these names? That's rated "A" for adult bait (but they can't be since Nintendo does not allow R18 games (no current mainstream VG storefronts do in fact)).

For those who are unaware, the first "title" I quoted basically translates to "Perverted Boobs".

I am one of those people that will NEVER care for Street Pass - even, will absolutely HATE it if it's introduced again. Why? Let me explain.

I live in a place where a single Street Pass is a MIRACLE, not just a "celebratory experience". Most of the population around here is from before the 80s and the youngster are the minority (less than 25%). The city I live in has 12k population just to say. The nearest "large" city (100k+) is 3h car drive away (one way). The nearest metropolis (1M+) is 6h+ away.

So, on top of being a person that does not like to bring his cherished possessions with him, if Nintendo were to lock cool features behind this, I'd be actually mad as there's literally nobody to Street Pass from around me and if I want to have a chance, I'd have to go on a vacation at my capital (3h+ away by car) IN HOPE to get a streetpass. I think that I only got a SINGLE streetpass the entire time I had 3DS's. Now, sure, I didn't make an active effort as I'm not one to carry my consoles around but still... that one time I brought my OG - I got nothing.

The minute I saw that evolution, I thought to myself "Yep, that one's gonna become the new most popular Rule 34."

@marandahir I call BS on that. If they can upload fixes for regular games, they can still fix their emulation issues for emulated games just fine even if the game had been purchased outright.

I only bought two games physically: Pokemon Brillant Diamond and Mario 3D collection (still sealed). Pokemon had the cart like it should and it's still in my Switch. Otherwise, I'm digital only if it's not a retro game.

For the music, absolutely. Gameplay though? That's still to be decided between X and GX.

Peach is ewwwww. I can get behind Mario's look but Peach? That face does not look like a will-be damsel in distress. She looks like a tomboy out of her element.

@Clyde_Radcliffe Yes, 35/39£ pounds is a "better" deal but it only is so because of money exchange rates. In the US, it's 50$US and Canada it's 65$CAD (plus tax and, in Quebec, that ends up at 75$). And, in a cup, I'm talking of a styrofoam cup. Would you pay 3£ for a styrofoam cup of coffee? Or even an old-school cup of coffee? No? Well, that's what Nintendo tries to make you gobble up.

@Anti-Matter That 100% more worth your money than paying for that sh**** subscription. At least, the games are yours after you paid for them once and you get the legit, as developper intended, experience.

@Serebii Actually, you can run them in compatibility mode on the DS BC. But it's buggy and you are locked into them...

@AVahne Still ignorant? What's the NNID then? Oh I see you coming already. All purchased is linked to your NNID account. You can delete your games and redownload them as you want. The only thing is that the account, not the games, is linked to the hardware. And that's a 5 min call to Nintendo to do a switch.

Nintendo NEVER mentionned an hybrid. In fact, they even DEBUNKED it and said that it would different device. The rumor went the same way. Both device will have the same operating system and chipset architecture. Is "same chipset architecture" really trip you off? Yes? OK. You have two PCs. First, we have a Intel Core i7 4th generation CPU, 16GB of memory and an nVidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti graphics card. Second, we have a Intel Pentium 4th-Generation CPU, 4GB of memory and an nVidia GeForce GTX 640 graphics card. Both uses the same motherboard, same Optical drive... See what I mean. So, it's easy to port to one to another. It's exactly what Nintendo meant. There was never an hybrid device.

@ikki5 Games here in Canada are ALWAYS 5$ more expensive than in the US. Why are you surprised? We've always been buttf**ked in prices compared to the US and that's not only in video games.

Maybe I'm being negative but, nothing much really. Japan is all about mobility right now. They can't exactly change that trend on a whim. Even with big titles, it'll give a week or two boost but that's just a temporarily increase, nothing to be on the long run.
