Nintendo DS will probably always be my favorite and for me deserves to be much higher on the list.

Preordered this quite a while ago. I am a Puzzle Fighter fanatic so this was a must. Glad to finally know when this is coming.

Noticed this on the eShop the other day. My sons and I just watched the trailer in awe of the visuals.

Don't care as much about online, but it kills me that this does not have pass-and-play multiplayer.

Already been waiting about a decade for a new Advance Wars. I can wait a few more months for this.

This is a pleasant surprise. I didn't think Capcom was interested in fixing anything in this game. For me, the main issue is the lag in online matches. We'll see if they worked on that.

Dragon Quest V on the DS

Love this game. If they can do gyro controls right (unlike Fortnite) I would definitely be excited. Now we just need voice chat!

@Dizzy_Boy Definitely! I also had fun getting to know the Tatsunoko characters, as I had never seen any of their anime.

For now I want to get Hand of Fate 2, but I will need to check this out eventually.

@Juablin Right now I believe they are the same but I believe the Steam version will get continued updates since it is still in Early Access, but the Switch version will get everything as one big update later. You can check out the developer update on the Pocket Rumble Reddit.

It might be time for me to finally get an RPG Maker game.

Having a blast with this! I was a little skeptical of simplifying the controls to 2 buttons but it works we'll and does not take all depth away. Fights are still tactical. The best part is it works really well with the joycon, since there are no quarter circle-type moves. Also very little lag in online matches.

I never expected mods so no big deal.

Octopath and Pocket Rumble 👌

That it is! I have been getting back into fighting games and have been feeling really nostalgic about the arcade days so I ordered the NES30 along with Street Fighter 30th Anniversary. I replaced the buttons with Sanwa quiet buttons and the stick is a Seimitsu LS-32. It was a fun and easy project. I went with the red, white, and blue like the old Street Fighter II arcade cabinets. The stick certainly works a lot better for me than the joy-cons.

Make Advance Wars a launch title and I'll buy.

What a ride this guy had. I was glad with such a long article that things never took a dark turn. So nostalgic to read about Nintendo in the early 90s.

I would love to see this on Switch. Not a fan of how overly sexual it is, but I love the rock, paper, scissors style gameplay between strikes, throws, and counter holds.

Definitely street fighter 30th. Having a blast with that and the nes30 arcade stick. Surprised it didn't get much love from the editors or on the poll.

So excited for this to arrive! Having a SF party on Friday with some friends.
The only thing I would have like to hear more details about in the review is the training mode.
