Arguably the best current JRPG series (except maybe Persona but those don't come often). Hoping for an X port, or better a sequel.

I don't really like Tencent but the game is decent enough.

@Medic_alert I am absolutely desperate for them to port Persona 4, to anything current really but Switch would be perfect.

The controls do not feel good, the button mapping is horrible

I own it already but I'll buy it again, Supergiant are great devs who deserve support.

If you can only play one I'd wait for Transistor.

I don't see how these have a use anyway, the joycons have buttons for a reason to maintain equal footing when using them as individual controllers. Anyone that wants a d-pad surely will just buy a pro controller?

I really like the look of it, but yeah they probably could have timed it better launching just before Octopath. I'll probably pick it up at some point but Banner Saga 3 launches about when I'll be done with Octopath so...

Both demos have been so great. Pre-ordered the compendium edition, one of the first games for a while that I trust will be worth it.

As long as they nail the mechanics and balance of the game there doesn't really need to be another, graphically it can't really go much further.

The draw distance is really quite terrible, trying to snipe people who fade in and out of existence is so much fun
