@nkarafo Yea.. Whenever I see a gorgeous game like this, I look back on how many crappy games were released on switch. Then I look at ps4/xbox versions of the game and I get really annoyed. I understand they are much more powerful systems, but it doesnt mean we gotta have ps2 looking titles. It sucks that most devs just dont care enough to push the hardware. Thats why Ill never buy Bloodstained.

It would suffice to go back to fundamentals. I havent had any memorable interactions with other islanders. Wheres the sass, the grumpyness, the craziness? Everyones so bland now. The lack of dialogue is also kind of embarrassing. I dont need to hear 'there are no news for today' from Isabelle half the time I play..just let me in and dont say anything then. Theres not many people to make a comparison since this game destroys every other entry saleswise but people should know this series used to have much more charm and personality.

The characters look exactly the same as the ones from Etrian Odyssey series.. interesting.

It has served its purpose. Im done with it basically. I am now trying to get a blue rose which takes time but apart from that..I am burnt out. One advice Id like to give everyone is to not rush and not timeskip. You are only cheating yourself and the game is going to last much longer if you take it slow.

Ive been having a "card removed" problem when I put my system into sleepmode (docked) and then it happens almost every time. Never during gameplay just after sleepmode and its really annoying so I hope this update fixes it. There are some topics online with people having the same issue unresolved. People are saying that it was the last update that caused it. I just hope its not a hardware issue. I am a big collector and I have around 250 games so Im a bit nervous that my switch cant take it anymore since its trying to update them regularly. Idk, Im not good with technology..

Did they hire people from Harvest Moon to to make this game? It looks like they were planning to release it as a mobile game. At least its not a Lets go edition.

@Paddle1 me neither. To "freshen up the series"? I dont like that. I dont think VAs are the problem. Sega just needs to make good games..

The fact that they made improvements upon players feedback from a demo and the fact they acknowledged that Bravely Second was a flop made me buy this.

This is why we need BOTW2 so that people can start playing with their hands again and not come up with other ...ways to play. Cmon Nintendo!

I would like them to focus more on making more monsters than anything else. Im bored even thinking about fighting R.Ludroth after 2 years not playing mh.

I would be surprised. From what Ive heard people remember DS Zeldas to be the worst from the series.

Overcooked helped me with my confidence. Being an introverted antisocial and insecure person it was me who was ordering my friends around. It felt good haha

@XBontendo What a shame. That game was amazing. It got me into Etrian Odyssey series and made me realize how much I love deep character customization games.

Nintendo is very lucky that this hasnt blown up as much as it should have. Offering free repairs is nice but the fact that theyre still making these faulty joycons is really bad and should be way more scandelous.

I only like the pro controller. Everything else i just "too much" imo

I know I am kinda lame and not at all old school but I would love for them to make Castlevania DS collection for Switch. My Portrait of Ruin card has stopped working and that's the one that got me into the series.

@XBontendo i just recently started playing Okami. I had to make myself play it for few hours and now im finaly enjoying it. It took me a while though. Its one of those games I have to push through to enjoy in the end. Earthbound was kinda meh..stopped playing it. Dunno about the other games cuz I havent played them but my overhyped list is:

Shantae Pirates Curse (You gotta play each level like 5 times. Thats boring)
Wonderboy
Pokemin sun/moon (a huge step back in pkmn series)
Zelda minish cap
Mario Galaxy(not a bad game but way too easy even for Mario. I guess visuals won everyone over)
Bravely Second
New super mario bros ds (flavorless imo)

Never played Dragon quest 5 but have you ever played Dragon quest 9? Its one of the best games Ive ever played I think.

@XBontendo I cant get into it either except I dont really feel bad. Something better happen soon in that game cuz im bored. The dry humor is not doing it for me..

I was conflicted before since I loved Bravely Default and hated Bravely Second. After I had heard they admitted that BS was well... bs and then made a detailed analysis on players feedback from this games demo I decided I will be getting this.

They clearly care about what people think as they have showed us after the first demo hit. This game could turn out well.

I'll never buy anything from them. I stopped supporting them ever since they let Battlefield Heroes(their fps game) die. First by making it into p2p and once they had milked it enough the hackers took over. Never bothered to do anything about them... for years.

It's just that Switch and PC is the ultimate combo. Anything else is useless to me.

I cant get used to playing in the bus for example but switch has saved many boring shifts at work. I still play like 80% docked though

I love that people are still invested in this game. I have so many games and so much backlog I cant even look at Zelda anymore.
