I’m still shocked they thought anyone would want to play as this character.

I’ll be pretty angry if this doesn’t come to Switch.

People will think this is harsh but I don’t think every game has to cater to every person. There’s some games I just don’t have the physical skill to play but I don’t demand the developers cater to me.

I think accessibility should be done at the system level, not up to individual dev teams.

It’s very stupid that better performance is possible for a lot of newer models but Nintendo won’t let us take advantage without hacking.

@stevep The controls don’t suck. They’re just unique and a big part of series. Maybe the series isn’t for you.

Probably not a good idea for these indie studios to try an ape a successful game. Rarely works in 2D, let alone 3D. Be original.

@Chlocean Did you play through Xenoblade 3DS? I “previewed” it and found it to be way too compromised to play. Deleted right away. Glad I waited for the Switch version.

This game was terrible. Really bad story telling. I don’t recommend even on a top of the line PC, let alone Switch.

I’ll wait for a real Zelda Maker from Nintendo.

The complaints about tone are kinda hilarious. Like it was okay to make light of war in 2001 but not now? It’s just a silly game. If they remade Days of Ruin then the same people would complain it’s not light enough.

This game doesn’t look that great to me. It’s trying to hard and The Messenger had the worst most monkeycheese writing I’ve ever seen in a game. No way in hell would I want an RPG with those writers.

Some of the sprite work looks nice but that’s the only compliment I’ll give.

The age of their parents give a mid-20s feel to me. I consider game Mario to be older though, like late 30s/early 40s.

I only used the motion controls on Wii but never use them on 8 for some reason.

Their dad was just Talon. Maybe that design was originally meant to be shown as their dad in the ending of Yoshi’s Island but they changed their mind and used it for Ocarina of Time instead.

I played a good amount of BO2 and Ghosts on Wii U. I remember it being pretty well populated and I heard somewhat recently that people still play.

I’d give it a generous 7. I liked it but it felt a little bloated and we didn’t get nearly enough scenes with Bowser.

@smithyo No it doesn’t. It clearly has more polish than mobile shovelware. Show us a game that looks like it.

I just hope the AI is at least as good as in the original games. Wargroove was terrible to me due to how bad the AI was, noticeably worse than 20 year old game boy games.

Eh, I support the decision. Play a real Pokémon game if you don’t want to actually go out. That’s the only appeal this game has.

I don’t see the point of the Mario Bros in this movie when it looks like Peach can do it all. Maybe it’ll be clear actually seeing it.

I don’t see the point of it from either a casual or hardcore perspective. Casuals will be let down with lack of content compared to Ultimate and hardcore fans will be let down by input lag by it being made for digital tvs.

30 year old games needing bug fixes is so pathetic.
