Frankly it’s disgusting how much power the X and PS5 draw. They draw more than the average 65 inch tv for goodness sake. It’s a major reason I won’t buy one that I don’t see talked about enough. It feels gross wasting that much energy playing video games just for better graphics.

I forgive the Switch for not having bc since it was a radically different format but I’m not buying its successor if it doesn’t have it.

I feel like a remake is the only way the west will officially get Mother 3 at this point.

Makes sense to me that those excellent ports would show up on Switch. I just want an Advance Wars date.

It’s not very ultimate if it doesn’t have gyro aiming. Makes it worthless for something like Splatoon.

A game like this shouldn’t be predictably spotty on Switch. It looks like an uprezzed PS2 game.

Whatever the next Switch is, I just want backwards compatibility.

Good. Anyone who cheats in an online multiplayer game should have permanent bans immediately. No second chances.

A port of the original one would be nice. Low key one of the best GameCube games.

Cool but I'll stick with my Switch and wait for whatever the successor is instead of grabbing one of these or a Steam Deck.

This game isn't like OutRun really at all gameplay wise. It's more like the Top Gear SNES games. They even got the composer form those to compose this game.

I'd rather play replay LTTP for the bazillionth time rather than one of these cheap ripoffs.

That's disappointing. I'm guessing M2 wasn't involved with this one like the Genesis/MD mini consoles. Those are great quality, like everything they work on.

People are way too hard on these courses. They look and play great.

Who’s playing this on a regular basis? It’s super shallow compared to Streets of Rage 4 and Fight N Rage.

I know they're just fan mockups and they look nice but man the screen crunch would be horrible if they were real. lol

Nintendo fans should play more Nintendo games rather than getting anxious over nothing on social media. Better use of energy.

I’ll never understand the people that want MK9 on Switch. I’d rather they save that for the successor. I’m glad they’re just adding to this one since it looks as good as a game could already on Switch.

Makes sense to me that there would be no more N64 tracks considering that the base game had a good deal of them already. Kalamari Desert is a fine final choice. I hope another Rainbow Road or 2.

Really disappointed it wasn’t jailbroken like literally every other Analogue product. I don’t want to have to deal with 30 year old carts or multiple dodgy flash carts.

I wouldn’t say it’s laziness most of the time but it is an unfortunate part of game development these days. We just don’t get finished products anymore at launch.

Nintendo is better about it than most devs at least. I’ve lost interest in playing certain Xbox and PS games once I saw I’d have to download 50GB+ patches just to play.

They’re cool for what they are, Zelda games that are playable via stylus, but I personally find them painful to play. I don’t see myself replaying either unless they’re remade with traditional controls in-mind.

Those buttons don’t look very good quality-wise. That’s a huge part of these machines that no one seems to mention. Even the Analogue Pocket, which is amazing in every other way, still doesn’t have a great dpad.

No but I kinda liked the idea of each multiplier centric Nintendo series getting only 1 entry per system. I’d rather they would have kept updating 2 and saved 3 for whatever is after Switch. I’ll still buy and enjoy 3 though.
