might pick up plants vs. Zombies later but knowing MH Rise will take over my gaming life for the coming months i might just wait for a sale for it.

Was able to beat Mizu in about 13 minutes average using HH and 15+ using other weapons like Switch Axe, Hammer and long sword (I really suck at counters). Killing all monsters in Quest took me about 30-35 minutes but i am not trying hard to speed run it.

Maybe my eyes are too old to register all the hiccups in frame rates and frame pacing or the way i play allowed for a smoother experience but i enjoyed the Demo without experiencing issues. Now i have never been too hung up on this as long as the performance does not break the gaming experience for me and i am lucky enough to have a low bar (seemingly). I am sorry for the hardcore gamers that do notice it quickly because they will experience a gamebreaking performance much more often than i do and will miss out on things because of this that i do not.

HW age of Calamity day one for me. Probably Sakuna as it does look interesting. For Fenix Rising i’ll wait for a discount as Ubisoft is often very fast with those and my backlog is already big enough as it is. Not to mention MH rise coming out next year and that will definitively absorb me whole for months.

I kind of like how Nintendo has news on a weekly basis like this in short directs, partner showcases etc. Don't get me wrong, i always got hyped for the big directs but they were spread wide and now we get tidbits of information on a regular basis it seems.

MHGU for me still. so many games to still play or finish but for some reason i keep getting sucked into monster hunter. Ah well, as all the other games i still need to finish are time sinks as Well (Witcher, DQXI, DQB2 , divinity OS2) i have held off of Buying AC NH for now. Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate still for me. Finally broke Hunter Rank. Solo played most of it but enjoying some online coop now while helping others to progress through their ranks as well.

@Sean161 it is quite straightforward. You can ‘back’ the project with different values (levels are mentioned on the page). Each level will provide it’s own rewards (the more you pay, the more you get). If primary funding goal is not reached, you do do not lose your money. There is normally only ‘giving’ money at the higher pledge levels, which are normally done by sponsors.

Despite a big backlog with Witcher 3 and DQXI and LM3 (to just name a few) i am all absorbed again with monster hunter generations ultimate. Just starting village star 10 quests and HR6 now and solo’d my first dreadqueen.

@Marios-love-child If it is not your thing then don't even bother. If you like RPG's then it is a true must buy (in my opinion at least). I have had so much fun playing it and then re-playing it again with my son.

Nothing for me. Have DQXI and witcher 3 to keep me busy (and still need to start pokemon, Luigi Mansion 3). With AC coming soon i have enough to keep me occupied for a while.

Just hope they will keep the Switch in mind with any new IP they will publish.

Too bad no Astral Chain or DQ X1S yet but i'll get Witcher 3, Rayman and Ori instead. Maybe Original Sin 2 too while i am at it. Already bought pokemon and Mario party for under the Christmas tree for the kids and did a trade in of one of our older games for Luigi's Mansion 3 couple of weeks ago. All of it will be in backlog as i am replaying Zelda BotW with my son at the moment. 116 shrines done!

@milliag , they probably tried that first, only to discover Cardboard only flexes once .
I like this idea of a Switch Fit. It is a nice addition to get the non-gamers back from the Wii days. make the exercises and mini games fun and, if possible coop and i am all in.

probably just Zelda and Ori for me this month. next month Witcher 3 and Luigi and if i find time to actually play all this that would be nice. My back log is only growing but it is hard to pass on all this.

my left Joy-Con also started drifting after a year of use. my second pair is still functioning ok but this is really holding me off to buying a Switch Lite for my kid. the joy-cons can at least be replaced and docked mode we play with the pro-controller but when the the Lite gets this issue as well it means the whole Switch needs to be repaired.

I would love this one but I'll go for Yellow i think. It will be great to have one just for travelling. Just hope the data transfer system Nintendo is allegedly working on will work seamless.

@redd214 , Not sure. I understand that you are able to "share" digital games on a second device and user but you are just not able to share the save files. Hopefully you can have the digital game on both devices and just use the different users to go online (you will need family subscription for this ofcourse).

we play handheld /docked about 50/50 at home so not being able to dock could be a deal breaker. however, if i can just pick up and play further where i was thanks to the cloud saves (which i expect to at least be possible) it is not so bad. the big one can stay docked. my kids can play handheld mode and we will be able to play local coop on 2 devices. Guess it will end up under the Christmas tree later this year

@redd214 , go digital, you can store a digital game on mutiple devices at least. just need extra SD cards

My son is horse hunting in Zelda BOTW and i am totally hooked into Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. Still only in village 7 for solo and HR4 in online but god it is fun

Just loaded monster hunter generations ultimate again after not playing for months (played it for some hours when i it came out hut got side tracked due to other releases). Boy is this game addictive... only at low level quests still but i see myself spending a lot of time in this (if i can find some peeps to play with online to increase my rank).

Played the original ages ago and re-playing this will feel like a new game to me. Day 1 for me.

Have not played this myself but my 7 year old has been having quite some fun with it the last week. Then again, he does not care for 60fps or lack luster menus, he is happy he can ride and fly on Dino’s.

Half way through FFXII. Have Darksiders, Dragon’s Dogma, Fate and assassins creed to start.

Started on FF XII -the zodiac age, but have not touched Darksiders, Dragon’s Dogma and Fate Extrella yet, not to mention the Starlink DLC. Too much to play, not enough time.

@westman98 That would explain a lot indeed (did not yet have a chance to look at the IR reports yet). would also provide some shred of probability that the rumor of a new switch version is valid. Clearing out inventories to make some space for new model.

Solid software sales for FY2019. Kind of disappointed of the hardware sales numbers though. i expected it to be closer to 18mio instead of 16.95mio. 2.47 mio in last quarter of which almost 1mio alone in Japan means sales have really slowed down in Europe (seeing that switch was best selling console in US for last quarter according to NPD data i expect it was not too bad in US)..

@Donutman it is on sale for like 30 euro for the deluxe version and that is actually worth the price.
