I love this game. It is far from perfect and today its graphics can make your eyes bleed but it is a very fun and replayable game with a great multiplayer.
With so many good games on N64 and you keep talking about mediocrity. Where are the Turoks, Perfect Dark, GoldenEye, The World is Not Enough, Rocket: Robot on Wheels, Bettle Adventure Racing, Ridge Racer, World Driver Championship, F-1 WGP, F-1 WGP 2, Pilotwings, ShadowMan, F-Zero X, Extreme G, Smash Bros, Star Wars Episode 1: Racer, Rogue Squadron, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Jet Force Gemini, Conker, Donkey Kong 64, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask...?
I've never complained about that dumb number at the bottom of the review but there is always a first time and to give an 8 to Bayonetta is ridiculous. The best game of its genre in many years, maybe the best ever, deserves at least a 9 and probably a 10.
I don't understand how can you give just an 8 and yes, I know 8 is a very good grade but this game is more than very good.
@ThomasBW84 Sayonara Umihara Kawase doesn't ring the bell for me. I like (love) platformers but this one doesn't attract me. On the other hand, I need a brawler to satiate my hunger. I might end up getting Code of Princess.
It makes sad seeing how little love shows Nintendo to the brilliant The Wonderful 101. One of the best and most imginative games in years, one that gets better and bettet the more you play it and that will keep you entertain for dozens and dozens of hours.
@SetupDisk you don't have a 3DS therefore I wasn't talking about you and the like. I was talking about us, who have supported the company buying consoles, games and peripherals just to be dupe by these smarty-pants. I have two portables that will no longer be able to play all the games they were supposed to.
First time ever I wish Nintendo fails, not an easy thing to get out of me as a long time fan (25 years fyi).
It's an insult. Nintendo is no more what it used to be to me. They should be ashamed, they've thrown us, customers, not an ice bucket but a crap-full bucket.
@justlink yes, like people who don't respect others' beliefes, which is fine. Nobody has the right to tell others how to live their lifes as long as they don't interfere with others. And no, two women or two men kissing on the street is not an interference.
I have it on my 3DS too and I'm planning on buying it the WiiU version to enjoy the HD visuals and show 'em some love. Sweden makes awesome games (play Brothers: A tale of two sons, do it).

Re: Rare Donkey Kong Delights to Grace the Wii U and 3DS
I already beat all Donkey Kong Lands back in the day but never got to play Country 2&3, it might be a good time to rectify that.
Re: Captain Toad's Joined by Toadette in Treasure Tracker as European Release Date is Confirmed

Re: Nintendo 64x64: Perfect Dark
What an amazing game. Long, replayable, varied, inventive, superb graphics and sound AND FUN likr no one else.
Plus that multiplayer. Mindblowing.
Re: Nintendo 64x64: Mission: Impossible
It's not perfect by any means but d*** it if wasn't fun and varied. They failed to deliver what they had promised but they still made a good game.
Re: Feature: The Biggest 3DS Games of 2014 - Fall Edition

I love this game. It is far from perfect and today its graphics can make your eyes bleed but it is a very fun and replayable game with a great multiplayer.
Re: Nintendo 64x64: F1 World Grand Prix
Wow, a little bit harsh. I've always thought of this game as one of the best racers on the console.
Re: Review: Bayonetta (Wii U eShop)
@MadAdam81 Are you saying Bayonetta is a button mashing game?? If so, you clearly haven't played it.

Re: Nintendo 64x64: Mario Tennis
I didn't like it even a bit. It is not tennis and more important, it isn't fun.
Re: Interview: We Loot Image & Form For Insight Into SteamWorld Heist
Nice read. They'll have to fail big to make me pass on this game, looks very promising.
Re: Nintendo 64x64: Mario Kart 64
What? 64's battle mode is the best (haven't played DD)!
Re: Preview: Fantasy Life is Waiting to Become Part of Yours
My wallet is ready.

Re: Feature: Kickstarter's Wii U and 3DS Campaigns - 3rd September
@SirQuincealot Because that's the name of th section. It's not his fault that there aren't any 3DS projects right now.
Re: Sayonara UmiharaKawase and Code of Princess Set for European Discounts
21 €? I was expecting a bigger discount. Well, I'll just keep waiting, it's not like I don't have a humongous backlog...
Re: Nintendo 64x64: 1080° Snowboarding
This a great game. I wish Nintendo makes a new one for WiiU. It could be amazing.
Re: Teslagrad Artist Makes a Cheeky Addition to Nintendo's Wii U Line-Up Infographic
@ollibald mind you if I ask how many did you work on the game? I'm very curious about everything videogame development related, thanks.
Re: Harvest Moon and PoPoLoCrois Fantasy Farming RPG Heading to 3DS in Japan
Sounds interesting, to the ever growing promising games list!
Re: Reaction: Picking Apart The New Nintendo 3DS And New 3DS XL
@Wolfgabe if they feel they need a new and more potent portable, fine. But this is a ridiculous and unnerving move.
Re: Teslagrad Artist Makes a Cheeky Addition to Nintendo's Wii U Line-Up Infographic
I've been waiting for it a long time and even passed on a discount on PC because I want to play it on WiiU and show them that we'll buy their games.
Re: All-Star Mode in Super Smash Bros. is a History Lesson Available From the Start
This is going to be too awesome _
Re: The Keep Begins Its 3DS eShop Quest on 11th September
I'll be waiting for your review.
Re: Nintendo Download: 4th September (Europe)
Demo and maybe Code of Princess for me.
Super Little Acorns 3D Turbo is great at that price, don't miss the chance.
Re: Feature: The Benefits of a Portable Super Smash Bros.
In fact I'm more hyped with the handheld version.

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles Coming to 3DS in Japan
Whatever, it's going to be terrible to look at. On Wii the popping was pretty bad, I don't wanna imagine the heights it's gonna reach on the portable.
Aaand, I already played for countless hours so I'll just wait for X.
Re: New Nintendo 3DS Models Announced
I just hope these models won't get exclusive games.
In that case I'd be VERY mad at Nintendo.

Re: Nintendo's Unity Presentation Confirms Critically Acclaimed Gone Home for Wii U eShop
I'll pass on this one. I'm all into trying new things but I've already played Dear Esther and this kind of experience is just not my cup of tea.
Re: Feature: The History of Super Smash Bros.
Great article
Re: Nintendo Download: 28th August (North America)
Wow, great week for the Americas.
Re: Weirdness: Hearthstone Game Boy Demake Is An Experience Nintendo Fans Can Never Have
It's pretty cool. He did a nice job.
Re: Mario Kart 8 DLC Coming In November, Features Zelda, F-Zero And Animal Crossing
I'll likely buy them but it truly saddens me that Nintendo has definately embraced these practices :___(
Re: Feature: A Week of Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Screens - Issue Fifty Two
I chose Nightmare Wizard. I won't say what I think about the ones that vote sexy Samus.
Re: Image & Form's Olle Hakansson Teases New SteamWorld Game
@Prof_Clayton Huh? Like that's not the very same reaction of Sony and MS fans, right? Fanboys are fanboys, it doesn't matter what they are fans of.

Come on guys, announce it already!

Re: Talking Point: A Virtual Console Revival Could Be Just a Pricing Revolution Away
@WaLzgi Which are the ones that beg for cross-buy the most. They should implement it ASAP.
Re: Talking Point: A History of the Sexualisation of Samus
I do think she is overly sexualized and I don't like it. It's not a good precedent either.
Re: Talking Point: A Virtual Console Revival Could Be Just a Pricing Revolution Away
Yep, the prices are too high. That's the reason I've only bought a couple of games when I'd gladly buy many more.
Cross-buy should be a thing too and the games (all of them, not just VC) should be linked to the account not the console.
