I'm surprised Namco Museum for GBA is not on the list.

LEGO Dimensions should've been ported to Switch for that system's launch the same way Skylanders Imaginators was.

I tried Googling info on the 2018 and 2019 editions of the Sega Genesis Flashback and couldn't find any info.

The AtGames Sega Flashbacks are almost gone where I'm at. My Kohls has 2 remaining Flashbacks on shelf and my FYE only has one remaining AtGames Sega handheld in stock.

I'm calling right now, it will be the Psycho Soldier herself.

The next Smash DLC character will be Psycho Soldier.

I wish Endless Mode was added alongside 100 Mario Mode instead of replacing 100 Mario Mode.

I wonder if they're doing this instead of a September Nintendo Direct this year.

I could see Super Mario Bros 2, Yoshi's Island, and Super Mario Odyssey coming to this.

Odd that Castlevania Legends is not included since the other two Game Boy Castlevanias are. I wonder what the last game on the Contra Collection will be if three of the four unrevealed games are Hard Corps, Operation C, and Contra: The Alien Wars (for Game Boy).

The game's only a couple months away so I wasn't expecting more than one more Smash Direct anyways.

Alot of people say that the 3DS's rocky 2011 and the Vita's downfall was entirely because of the smartphone boogeyman when they were both because of choices that both Nintendo and Sony made.

@Slim1999 They said that they weren't counting out a 3DS successor so they would secretly have a plan B if the Switch abruptly falls off a cliff (not going to happen at this point).

@FragRed 8th gen killed "pillars" with the Wii U and PS Vita not being successful like the 3DS and PS4.

I really hope he means a miniature version of the Switch when he says "3DS successor" now since the Switch didn't go the way of the Wii U.

I think it will be in-between a port and a new game, I'm guessing it will have all of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U's content but it will have so much new content that it couldn't really be called a port either.

I also think the new Pokemon for Switch will be revealed before E3 knowing how different the Pokemon Company likes to be from the rest of Nintendo.

I'm always honest about my predictions being predictions and don't pass them off as fake leaks, though I still enjoy reading fake leaks made by other people.

Sega Ages is going to be native ports instead of emulations. There's still a possible chance that emulated Genesis/MD games could be part of whatever the Nintendo Switch's equivalent to the Virtual Console is.

Sega should make their own equivalent to the AtGames Flashback for the Japanese instead of selling the literal same Sega Flashback consoles that they sell here.

All of the 3DS & Wii U characters plus Inklings, Ice Climbers, Wolf, and probably 4 more. Cloud is likely in danger though.

I hope the next batch of upcoming ACA Neo Geo releases also comes with some standard Arcade Archives games as well.

An analyst is the most useless job in the world. Everyone's at least sometimes an analyst and makes predictions. That's like getting paid to eat burgers, not even to review the burgers but just for the sake of eating burgers.

I still have the My Arcade Data East Pixel Player I bought last year. Only 8 of the 308 games are Data East games, the rest are homebrew.

I think it will include games from all of Sega's consoles.

The list posted in this article actually does cover every Nintendo Direct Mini except for the ones that had another Nintendo Direct Mini right after it. Although, some of the Directs that came after the Nintendo Direct Mini were not general Nintendo Directs, but themed Nintendo Directs that cover something specific. The next Nintendo Direct could be a general Direct like in April and September 2017, but it could also instead be a specific themed Direct entirely about "Nintendo Switch Online" with its Virtual Console equivalent being the "featured games" of the Direct. No matter what the theoretical Direct is about, we'll find out in 20 days or less if Kimishima's Nintendo will be continuing the tradition of another Nintendo Direct shortly after a Nintendo Direct Mini.

The Tingle DS games staying in Japan were Tingle's revenge on Americans for hating him.

Since their new console runs on Android, I wouldn't mind seeing one that includes both classic games and indie games next year.

I understand why the Switch doesn't have Miiverse, Miiverse is flawed, but shutting it down this year is way too early since alot of games are tied to it. It's pretty much WiiConnect24 (also shut down earlier than it should have been) all over again.

Finally, now this just needs to come stateside.

The update itself didn't close Miiverse, it likely future proofed the system for when they do finally decide to close Miiverse in a few years. It also seems to only apply to the Wii U side of Miiverse since the 3DS didn't get this update at the same time since the 3DS is still being supported. The whole thing could also be a hoax because the "data-miner" that got credit for finding it in a tweet has his Twitter account set to private.
