This has me really excited! Love both Ecco The Dolphin & Tides Of Time. I hope the game is just as difficult and it includes the Sega CD Soundtrack and includes all the FMV's.

I ran into a bug during the quest A Trip through History in Kakariko Village. If you go around and read all the Stone Slabs and then talk to Bugut to start the quest. The game will let you tell Bugut what they say all at once. If you do this then Bugut won't actually give you the quest and you can't ever complete it because you already told him what they said. So he will have the quest icon forever. I has to reload an earlier save to fix it. So I would talk to him before reading the Stone Slabs or if you read them before talking to him. Make you stop talking to him before telling him what they say so that you a given the quest.

One last restock before this product gets discontinued in Janurary! Hardly anyone will be able to get one. Thank you Nintendo!

I'm curious to know how many downloads the 3DS version got. I loved the original NES version. Even read the Worlds Of Power book when it came out. Loved this remake so much that I finished it on release day.

If they want to stop people from pirating older games then they need to provide a way to legally purchase these older games. I would love to see a sevice like steam that I can download to my computer and run. Then legally browse and purchase roms and manage/update the roms. Then we can run our legally purchased roms on any device or emulator we own. This seems like the best solution to me, as I won't have to rebuy the game everytime a new system comes out and the company still makes a profit from selling the game. Plus they won't have to spend time and money to develop an emulator for each new system. Just provide proper documentation about the hardware and let others do the work.

WOW! Nintendo doesn't even have their own games up for sale. Kind of expected that. No wonder you are failing.

I still love my Wii U. People really didn't give it a fair chance. Only thing that really disappointed me with the Wii U was the Virtual Console. Such a slow release of games. Then the emulation was kind of bad with blurry dark images. Was even more disappointed when they proved they knew how to do emulation properly after seeing the NES Mini. I hope Nintendo does better with the Switch.

The only thing I ever wanted was a Mega Man Legends 3 and maybe an HD remake of the first two games. But after the way they treated fans and blamed them for the failure of the game. Capcom can go screw themselves. Go under already.

#12 - Because the new content is for the 3DS version. The Wii U version only gets the new charaters to play with. So there would nothing to show people.

I have to say I am kinda of disappointed that the Switch isn't using a full size SD Card Slot. I could have bought a 512GB SDXC Card or higher. But now we are stuck with a MicroSD Card Slot which means I will only be able to get a 128GB MicroSDXC Card now. I know larger size cards are coming. However they are still kind of expensive at the moment. I can get a larger amount of storage for my money with a full size slot.

Does the new 2DS models have the faster hardware of the New 3DS or are they still using the old hardware?

At least they got to release a v1.1 update before it was taken down and I downloaded it to my hard drive to play all I want.

Wow! This is awesome to see Turbo Grafx 16/PC Engine games on the Wii U. I hope they bring out more games like Neutopia 1 & 2. Maybe some of the CD Games as well.

I'm not sure I like the look of this. Still could be a fake. But if its not I will reserve judgment until I see a video showing how everything is suppose to be used with the NX. However I still don't think I will be getting a NX anytime soon unless all my digitally purchased Wii U software is transferable to the NX.

I have the digital version pre-ordered. Can't wait to play it on Friday.

I want to buy this game. But I'm not going to bother with it. If it doesn't have a way to transfer the save between versions. I put way to much time into the Wii U version to completely start over again.

I'm kinda sad to see the Wii U go. I do love the hardware and the few games for it. I'm just disappointed in how Nintendo has handled the system. I think if they had done better advertising it would have help. It has been pretty much non existent. The really disappointing virtual console. Crappy online functionality.

I don't think I will bother getting a NX unless it has better specs than the XBOX One and PS4. They could really outshine those systems and have better looking games. I also don't want to upgrade unless all my Wii U software is 100% transferable and playable on the new system. Then it better have better online support. Purchases tied to an account rather than hardware. Better friends list. Be able to voice chat with people and have party chats with friends.

I really wish they would make a game that was kind of like the original gamecube version. The other games have been fun, but not as fun as the original.

Hahaha... I really don't see them ending anytime soon. I also don't know how people can play games on an Android or iOS device. Using a touch screen for a fps or other types of games is absolute crap. Personally what I would love to see happen, but I know will never happen. Is for Microsoft, Sony, & Nintendo get together and make one super awesome powerful console. Then they could split any loss on the hardware between the three of them. This would stop splitting the fan base between systems. Would generate more game sales in general. Wouldn't have to deal with console exclusives and loss of sales as the other fan base doesn't have access to it. More people would be able to play the same game online. Since we wouldn't a fractured environment like we do now, with half the people playing the same game on one console and the other half playing the same game on a different console. I think it would be a win-win for everyone.

That's cool. Since I own the new model. I'm good to go. The only thing I want this game to have is cross save support. I can play on the console version and then transfer my save to play on the go. Then back again. Otherwise I don't know if I would want to buy the new version and have to play through two versions of the game.

Strange. I did the 10.1.0-27 update last night. Went to Mii Plaza and did a check for updates and it told me I needed to update my firmware. Went back into setting I was still running 10.1.0-27. Did the system update again and it downloaded an update. Check the new update was still on 10.1.0-27. Was then able to check for updates in Mii Plaza. Did they release an update/fix for 10.1.0-27 and didn't give it a new version number?

What the hell is this angry purple baboon? Looks like they took their final dump on the Metroid series. You'd think they would have learned their lesson after Super Paper Mario. Then releasing a even pretty feathered bonnet game Paper Mario Sticker Star. I guess after Metroid Other M it was finally time to release and even magical copper goblet Metriod game. Time to flush the toilet and see how good of a plunger Nintendo has to get them out of this mess.

I tried to play the Soul Axiom Demo. Sadly there is no option to invert the thumbstick. So I am unable to play it. How could a basic feature like that be missing? Guess I won't be buying the full game.

I went to ToysRUs Canada today and was able to pick up a Toad Amiibo.

Woah! I'm actually kinda excited about this. Loved Hyrule Warriors! However I will only buy this game if it has some sort of cross-save support. I really don't want to spend the time upgrading and leveling up charaters from 2 different versions of the game. So If I can play on the WiiU then continue playing on 3DS with my same save data. Then this is a day 1 buy for me!

I would love to see Ecco 2. But I'm really disappointed with the current Ecco 3D Classics. Why didn't they port the Sega CD version with the extra levels and awesome soundtrack?

Really? A Silver one now!?! I did manage to get a Gold Mario from Toys R Us in Canada. The store had 15 shipped to them.

Finally got my Mewtwo DLC Codes. Was able to redeem it on both the 3DS and WII U. The 3DS Update was available right away. However the Wii U update too a while to become available. Its finally downloading the Wii U Update now.

I'm done buying Amiibo's. I don't have the time to waste sitting here pressing refresh to see when pre-orders open only for them to be sold out in 10 seconds. I'm not going to play Nintendo's game anymore. I have better things to do with my time and money. In the beginning I really did think this would be something fun and interesting to collect. Now its just frustration and aggravation. I might consider getting those Amiibo Cards to unlock in game items, but only if they are cheap and plentiful. Been thinking about selling the figures I do own.

I really wish I could pick up 2 Games. Since I Double Platinum this year. Got over 1200 Coins.

Nothing for me this week. Good thing my Super Smash Bros. Soundtrack arrived today in the mail to keep my ears busy this week.

At first I thought this game & controller looked interesting. Went to look up the cost of the controller like few others have.... $371 Canadian? No thanks! I would have maybe bought it for $50-60. But $371 for a controller that works with only one game! Hell No! I don't see them selling too many for that crazy price.

I also installed a PNY 128GB MicroSDXC Card into my New 3DS XL. So I'm all set! If your going to use a 64GB or larger MicroSDXC Card. Remember to set your cluster size to 32k when formatting to FAT32 or you may run into a few issues.

Buy! Buy! Buy!

I'm still surprise how much I like playing Hyrule Warriors. I hope they will announce a 2nd season of dlc or a sequel.

I will be getting this for sure. Loved playing this in 3D on my Sega Master System way back when. Also played Maze Hunter 3D, Missile Defense 3-D, Space Harrier 3D, Zaxxon 3D on my Sega Master System.

Looking back at some of the earlier Sega 3D Classics. I wish they had spent the time to update the resolution to support the 3DS screen size and make them wide screen. Also wish the Ecco game used the awesome Sega CD Soundtrack.

@vonseux I know. I had 200 coins to redeem the DSiware one. Didn't have enough coins for the other one. So I just bought it. Will buy the new one when I get paid next week.

A little disappointed. Was hoping the previous Mario Vs. Donkey Kong games would go on sale to promote the new release. sigh

I agree the eShop could be better organized. However at least the eShop is usable and doesn't crash like my PS3 does with the PlayStation Store every 5 minutes. I'm hoping with the beefed up specs of the N3DS will we start to see NES, SNES & GBA Games. Plus finally offer Cross-Buy or Cross-Discount if you already own the game on one system and a way to do Cross-Save for those games. I think bringing out Virtual Boy games to the 3DS VC would be awesome. Would love to play a few of them again in 3D.

I prefer going all digital myself. It makes it easier to bring my system to friends and not have to carry around a ton of crap. So finally having everything tied to an account would be so much better. I also hate when a game is only released on physical disc and you can't buy it digital. I refuse to buy it. Finally bring back Nintendo Land to the eShop.

Still have my Model 2 Sega Genesis & Model 2 Sega CD. Also own originals of Lunar, Vay, Popful Mail, Sonic CD, Ecco, 5-in-1 Arcade
