Actually, I'm starting to like it a bit, the Switch 2 logo on the top. Because of that, I know it's a Switch 2 game.

@kmtrain83 We all know that technically, Switch already surpass PS2 numbers. Because that additional 5m PS2s are just imaginary numbers that Jim Ryan creates.

They should improve the texture quality of the Switch 2 version. It should at least be on-par with the Series S version.

You should get this bundle guys, especially the GKC physical versions. Because there's a rumor that RE Generation Pack Vol.2(Currently available on PS5 Japan only) will also coming to Switch 2. It consist of RE2, RE3, & RE4 remakes.

@Jeff2sayshi I agree. They should include the generation pack numbers on standalone. Just put percentages between the two.

Impressive sales of RE9 Switch 2 versions! So the RE9s from Generation pack is not counted on RE9 standalone sales?

@chiptoon LOL, look again. Generation Pack is at #3 spot. It make sense that the standalone version is lower in sales.

Finally, it looks like I'll be able to play a Pokemon game for the first time. I think the final product will be even better than the reveal.

I'm so hyped about this trailer.

I think this game is the best-looking Switch 2 game right now. Even playing in handheld mode is awesome!! I thought I was playing on PS5. And I like what they did for both protagonists. Grace's default camera view is first person for survivability, and Leon's view is third person for action-packed gameplay.

@NintendoByNature If you buy the Generation pack, you will just pay $10 for RE7 and RE8.

Waiting for my RE Generation pack on Switch 2!!! So excited!

You'll only notice that problem when you put your face close to the screen. But when in normal view, it looked totally fine. Even if you zoom on it in-game, you won't notice it. You don't play games with your eyes and face close to the screen anyway.

I'm satisfied with my purchase, I haven't seen anything bad about the game yet. Others who want to downplay all of Nintendo's releases are just looking for complaints.

Fix the framerate for Switch 2 please Capcom!!!

@koekiemonster If you checked the january 2026 world wide sales data, Switch 2 is #1 with 765k units, while PS5 is #2 with 760k units.

@Zeldinion $5 upgrade for those with Switch 1 edition.

I downloaded it, I think they improve the overall graphics fidelity in handheld mode. And the water reflections are now present. Great update Ubisoft!

I already pre-ordered RE9 Generation Pack and GearClub 3 on Switch 2. I might get also this february the DQ remake on Switch 2 as well.

If this is true, I will wait for Switch 2 version and skip PS5.

The criticism of this game is just too over the top. Other games don't get the same treatment. I'm playing Gran Blue Fantasy Relink on PS5 right now, Even in very intense battles, the NPCs are talking every second. It's so annoying sometimes, I wish I didn't have any party members.

All the people who have negative comments about this game are the ones who haven't played it. I see many people on FB who have played it and are enjoying the game just like me.

The RE9 showcase is underwhelming. Why not a good amount of gameplay on each version, especially the Switch 2 version?

Calm down haters. 13M-15M units within 6 months is still breaking records. And we know that Sony has a strong pull during the holiday seasons. Even with the peak sales of the Switch 1, they can't beat the PS4 and PS5 during Black Friday sales. And For comparisons sake.....

First six months sales:

Switch = 5.5M
PS4 = 7.5M
PS5 = 8.5M
Switch 2 = 13M-15M

I love the game! I already played it 2x to get the alternate Samus ending and Sylux backstory. I even enjoyed exploring and getting all the green crystals across Sol Valley. I gave the game an 8.5/10, I might give it a 9 if they change the ending into happy one. Hehehe. XD

And by the way, for me Miles Mackenzie is a cool character. He's one of the reasons that keeps the game alive in my honest opinion. But my favorite support character is Tokabi.

I hope MP4 have long legs. I'm glad it's still on the charts until now.

On the other hand, it is still number 1 in North American Nintendo Eshop sales for the week ending December 14. I hope it sells more in the coming days, because it is one of the top games I have played on the Switch 2.

Very beautiful game. I can't believe many journalists decided to downplay it from the very start. That is why it affects some of the review scores. But IMHO, Miles is a nice addition to the game overall. This is nothing new when it comes to 1st-party and third-party exclusive Nintendo games. They will try to ruin almost every game before it's released.

Good thing I'm still busy playing Metroid Prime 4. I just installed it and played for 1 hour. I'll just come back to play it after the major patch on December 15.

This early December, I bought 3 games. Tomb Raider switch 2, AC Shadows, and MP4. I also planning to buy Hades physical edition and Cronos later this year.

81 Meta is still great IMHO. Still waiting for my copy and play nonstop. Digital Foundry review said that the HDR lighting effects of this game is top notch!

I am glad that Star Wars Outlaws is selling well on switch 2.

I like it! Especially the workshop mode. The highway traffic mode looks sick and fun to play as well. I might get this on launch.

@ShadLink Amen brother. You really can't blame them, switch 2 is doing awesome right now. Even sony had a japan state of play just to counter nintendo's dominance there. That's why they copied even the region locked PS5.

Maybe that very talkative support character is there for a reason. It is the start of the game; maybe it serves as the tutorial of some sort.

Anyway....I AM SO HYPED FOR THIS GAME!!! Even the bike(viola) section looks awesome now!! Can't wait for December 4 already!

I will buy this game for Mosslax alone! XD

I hope there is a surprise nintendo switch 2 mario game in the end of the direct.

Switch 2 became my console of choice for multiplats even that is not the best version. Now my PS5 is for sony exclusives only.

I already pre-ordered the game(Switch 2 version), but I might get this one too!! So cool!
