This look super cool looks like worth picking up there seems to be a lot of cool little indie titles appearing on the switch.

The snes mini costs way too much, is set to be a night mare to find and generally seems like a distraction. They should have just been pushing this towards switch VC and maybe released some cool snes themed accessories. As for amazon making it one per customer how the hell did they let it not be that they from the start after last time.

I think this is what every one is looking for cheaper docks, hopefully they get to the price they should be under £25 and we can leave them where ever we think we want to play and not have to lug around the dock to work.

That is awesome that the file sizes is coming down but I think a more interesting case will be when Xenoblade games out as that will be a similar size game to breath of the wild. But as Impressive as that is price is king and the physical media is way cheaper.

As long as they keep adding and developing for it I think they can keep this going for a while. I know I like to play on the walk to the gym, makes the little walks more fun.

March is before December so yes it was out way before Christmas, but it was looking like there would not be enough games to make it worth while before then. But I am getting more excited for the games coming for it as the year has gone on.

This is why i brought a switch before Christmas can't wait for more info.

I am going to get it when released and hope people that enjoy sports games also buy it as we need to show third parties it is worth while to develop for the switch.

That was a terrible poll only positive questions barely impossible to show concern. I really think that Nintendo need to show some plans even if it is just teaser trailers for what is coming in 2018.

@Yasume The PS4 version was always going to run better but the ability to take it on the train to work would be worth it for a lot of people. Also from what I have played of zelda I would pay the full price of the switch and the game to play that if i did not have a wiiu.

I have brought it for the WiiU and I am glad for now and will wait on Splatoon 2 for getting the switch, hopefully my will power lasts that long.

I would love to see videos of these type of talks from gdc Its fascinating finding how developers made decisions to get the game we get.

I have missed advance wars so much looks like this will scratch that itch might make me get a switch earlier than thought.

This is a great game really looking forward to this but not paying for the extra controllers to make it 4 player

So far I have been happy with the events and the changes hopefully it keeps going for a while and they don't make changes to make it harder to play for free. I will probably give them some money at some point but not yet maybe when I run out of story missions for getting orbs?

If they come in stock I will get one but I am starting to lose hope that they will ever be freely available looks like it is destined to be double the price on ebay forever.

As long as it is good Im looking forward to the possibility of extending the zelda experience before we have to wait for the next one.

@Dangerous25 Yeah I don't quite know why there was plenty of useful posts about if they had a good or bad experience and that all we need. Personally if I get a chance I will try and order one just as I am in no rush to get it and if it gets cancelled I will just buy it when splatoon hits like I had planned.

@Masurao The Only thing is that is not a good analogy. As you would need to have an Apple seller and an orchard owner.
Nintendo is the orchard owner and they make more money if you buy the apples off them for the same price as the apple seller but with out the apple seller taking a cut.
This would mean the orchard makes more money so they would want to encourage you to buy from them so make a reduction in price but still make more profit.

This also does not take into account that if you buy digital you can not trade in meaning Nintendo should be able to sell more games. They really should be making the digital market place the best way to buy there games, and it is currently the worst.

Have they got any plans for another direct soon as this would be a big motivator in trying to get the switch early, and they have a lot of information holes to fill in for the system.

Just wow ironside went Bananas. I will agree the deal does look to good to be true but people here have had positive experiences ordering through them and there is no need to shout that down. Also his evidence is terrible none of those review sites have a statistical pool large enough to be any use. Also those sites are largely negative reviews because lets be honest people don't write reviews unless they are mad. I am going to look to see if the companies financials are ok as that is a better way to work out if this is a scam or just a marketing stunt.

I think when splatoon 2 launches is time for me to get a switch it looks awesome, I just hope it is not the only game worth paying for the online service.

They really have not got the hang of a digital store, Thank god for the indies making the store worth while.

The idea that they would launch a system that has the form factor of a tablet without a web browser and streaming apps is insane. Hopefully the modding community can work out dual booting with in the weeks of launch to fix these issues.

The browser lets you watch videos and YouTube on the go why would you not want this. This just shows more worrying signs that this was not finished before launch it needs a web browser. hopefully some one wont take to long to release one, on people hack android onto the switch which probably wont take long.

the sports games they have done for Nintendo consoles have not been bad, Lets wait and see. Hopefully it is a good version with ultimate team and I can play fifa on the go

This game has grabbed me in a big way. I can't stop playing it and enjoy collecting and levelling the characters. I am even enjoying the grind not seeing any of the pay to win aspect yet, think the review might just be a bit bias against mobile games. but it does make me really want fire emblem on the switch!!!!

I think there is a much stronger argument for this being a soft launch than what was made. The system is Launching lacking several key features. Online service is not ready, No streaming services, Nothing about the virtual console and Generally badly explained launch. These will be key selling points and not ready for launch. The system is effectively in beta till the end of the year. I think you can make an argument that it is still worth getting but it is a soft launch.

He needs to be quite on the 3ds successor there is no room for one in the next two years if the switch fails then you can start talking about it. He needs to make sure all studios are working to make the switch is a success

I want what ever he is smocking, as that is far out there numbers.
This will sell well like 3ds numbers not wii numbers.

There short add looked great but they should reduce the amount they show 1 2 switch I think it will put more people off than bring people in.

If it gets anywhere close to windwaker, then I will be a very happy man. So I am looking forward to this game.

@LegendOfPokemon I think they have to put everything behind the switch right now and let the third parties still develop for the 3DS if they still wish. The future is switch and they need it to succeed, which will require all there devs to make games for the system.

@AyanamiReign You are 100% right I think there needs to be just one system that plays all nintendos games.

If they want a more portable system they need to amke sure it still plays the same games and just changes screen size and battery life maybe something in the style of a 3dsXL?

I think this looks a really cool feature, I have no use for it at the moment but if I did I would want a system like this.

I am not planning on getting the switch till the end of the year when enough games have come out for it, and to have a clear idea of what the online service is and if it is worth it just for splatoon. But im glad lots of other people are hyped and pre-ordering hopefully it will encourage more devs to develop for the switch.

It will be interesting to see what the switch version of fifa is like first. But I don't blame them for waiting to see first as I will be doing the same, but maybe they are just holding stuff till E3??

Awesome that the console is selling out but does not show that Nintendo knows that it might have a popular machine and stock may be an issue for a while again.

This looks great and glad it is coming to WiiU as well in case I put off getting the switch for a while.

When I get the switch I think I would stick to getting a 64Gb card and sticking to just getting physical games and then just install the indies on the micro SD card but they are always getting cheaper so buy the time I get a switch maybe they will be much better value for money.

I have been burnt too many times this game looks cool but they can still mess this up its modern sega. So until reviews hit I am going to assume it is terrible and then get very excited if people play the final game and say it is awesome.

The key selling point for me was this will be the Nintendo console and that is what they need to do, they cant support both a home system and a handheld the last generation showed that. Hopefully they stick to this being there handheld as well but if they decide they need a handheld as well then they need to make it so that games can still be played on the switch.

I think all the pricing has added to the message that this is not the time to buy a switch. Get Zelda on WiiU and wait for the switch to be ready to use after it gets out of Beta.

This really increases my fear that they don't understand the internet still and they want us to pay for a service. They need to add these fast and the external hard drive would be great and actually allow digital purchases. However looks like there is no reason to go buy a switch for awhile as it is clearly being launched have finished.
