I get that Nintendo does want fans to be able to hack the game and figure out all the secrets, but it would be nice to get it released on the Eshop. I don't have any of these stores around me and I would like to give it a try like many others. I don't plan on getting the game for awhile
the only complaint from me is the lack of traditional dungeons. The dungeons feel a lot like the divine beasts, which were okay at best. So I would give it a 9. I love everything else in the game and I am always thinking about it.
Eh, I don’t really care to much. They are still credited for the original version and I don’t need credits to be even longer 😅 I rather the new people be credited instead.
Could we have an option,
"want to see the scores"
or something like that. I don't plan on getting the game for a while and would love to see how the community scores the game.
For me personally, I don’t think it matters if the name is left out for the remaster. The individual still worked on the original game and that information can easily be traced down. It’s not like they are magical erased from the project as a whole. It probably would be easy to copy and paste all the names and there shouldn’t be a reason it’s not there…but it’s the credits so who cares really? 😅 im gonna skip them in the end
In my opinion, it makes sense for the first breath of the wild game that weapons break often. Often these items have been stirring around for 100 years unused exposed to the environments. With the sequel, I’d like some weapons to be unbreakable. Perhaps they can be a bit more basic or less powerful compared to the weapons you could fine in dungeons, ruins, etc.
@ryu_san I had to take a break from the game after I kept on running into a section where I would get stunned locked by a certain enemy and they would kill my team. I fully support the decision and if you still actively dislike it when you come back, then I fully support stopping. Time is precious
@TheJGG @valharian if you are willing to give that much time to one singular thing, you might as well follow through in my opinion. Perhaps things may change or whatnot. I know that is a lot to ask, but that is just my opinion.
I don't understand how my take is narrow-minded when you said the same thing. The two reviews were from different people with different minds. Hence the reviews should not be compared and held in the same light since they are done under other people. I would love an explanation of why my take was narrow-minded so I may see what I can change, but for now, I have no idea what you mean.
The only thing I'll say is that it was a great year in my eyes. I am personally okay with slower years since I need to catch up on games that I've yet to play. I have a ton on my plate and continue my best to catch up, so the extra time is very much appreciated.
@liljmoore It's a legit reason that people need to accept. Nintendo life isn't one person. IGN isn't one person. Everyone has a different opinion of what they think a game deserves on any rating scale you may make up. No matter what you say will change that undeniable truth.
Does pokemon deserve 7? Perhaps not. Does Sonic deserve a 4? Perhaps not. For me, I would have given Sonic Frontiers a 4 while others would give the game any other number. I can't comment on pokemon yet.
I honestly loved the trailer. Wasn't planning on getting it when it was released due to time and money issues, but I'll see what I can do to fix said issues. I'm looking forward to the game.
@blindsquarel There are a few videos on YouTube that show off the switch version. When people got copies early, I saw a hour long video of the switch version. It runs fine, but definitely not as good as other versions. Maybe a constant mid 20’s when it’s raining and whatnot
@roboshort ehhh, I don't trust humans. Sure either side may not lie, but everyone has their own perspective of what actually happened. Hence, the third side being a more neutral position. I do get what you're saying though. Just a shame and perhaps more information will be given for the masses to come to their own conclusion instead of a game of he said she said
One of my favorite podcasts said something interesting. There are three sides to a story. Two for the two parties, then the third being the truth.
I don't care for the drama and I hope to play the bayonetta stories at some point. Always been hoping for a sale of some sort. Things happen and people will be replaced for whatever reason. Treasure what you have now and don't hold any grudges, if you can that is.
I'm not a person who cares for sonic and I am not sure how people are excited about this game after watching the last few videos. This most recent video looks so bland. I do get what some said about breath of the wild...but I trust Nintendo far more then I do then the Sonic team. They have a large up hill battle in my eyes. Happy for those that are excited though
Not a fan of the cloud stuff. Not something we can do yet and may need another generation or two before it can be a viable way of playing games.
If anything, I’m happy to see the option for choosing to have graphics or performance prioritized. Something I wish many games did more often. I love the option when it’s given
I really really want to play this game. I don't mind if there is no innovation or some grand new mechanic. It's a farm sim with a mix of fantasy into it.
I will say that I am a bit bummed with the consistent frame drops and pop in that occurs. I wish the developers spent some more time on this. May wait a bit to pick it up and see if their is any updates to the game that improves the game.
I wanted to throw out that money doesn't solve everything, talking about the graphics part of the article. I don't know if i'll be able to express my full thoughts into words. Here I go...
I believe it's more about time than money. Game freak could have waited a few more months or even a year after the Gen 4 remakes were released. This extra time could have been used to improve on PLA. There is a time when you have too many people working on one project. Could it benefit from one or two more people? Probably could have, but I don't know since I don't know what was going on behind the scenes.
One other thing, I don't know if the switch could run something a bit more graphically demanding, but I definitely could be wrong.
Yeah, not a fan of most of them. A few of them are good and would have good potential. A good amount of them are mostly circles, which ends up making them feel the same and unnatural.

Re: Poll: Are You Still Playing Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom?
perhaps there should be an option "just about done."
Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom?

@NintendoArchive It was voted, so not sure how it's complete nonsense and the website is having fun with its audience.

My rankings were completely different haha. I am a fan of hyrule warriors design, and I'm not a fan of windwakers design.

@ryu_san If you played 50 hours....I would say finish it since you're getting close to the finish. Depending on how you play of course.

Kinda wanting to give the game a go, but I have too much on the plate currently. Will wait for later when their is a sale, or when I have the time.
