@Alucard83 take a chill pill kill Bill! How dare Nintendo release a handheld behind PS4/Xbox generation. Enjoy Your little one man protest against Nintendo dude!
@6thHorizon you are not getting ripped off though as you have a choice. Nobody is forced to buy the game. If you believe it's a rip off then don't buy. It's really that simple. Everyone who does buy knows exactly what they are getting and are happy to purchase.
@6thHorizon the reviewe mentioned the premium price tag and the danger of servers being switched off. You are unhappy the reviewer never trashed the game and instead praised it because you personally hate cloud gaming. Why can't we let others enjoy the experience rather than constantly telling them not to support this way of gaming.
@BlackenedHalo maybe because its playable on switch. Good grief, we get it. You don't support cloud gaming but please stop expecting everyone to accept this view.
@6thHorizon ridiculous post. Nintendo life are giving a fair review of the performance and playability of the game. You don't like cloud gaming, that's fair enough but don't expect game journalists to straight up trash a game unfairly.
@Galva027 you and others are worrying about something that isn't gonna happen. cloud streaming on switch will always be a very small percentage of games.
Third party support will remain pretty much the same.
@TheAwesomeBowser so I guess you didn't bother reading the interview
You can’t just easily outsource the port, either. The technology and the engine are Remedy’s, so we would still need to be involved pretty intricately from an engineering point of view. There are so many things to think of, like is a certain middleware available for Switch, how long will it take to update it, and so on. As always, it’s about resources, and we have very few at a company the size of Remedy, where we are working on several very different projects at once.
@MoonKnight7 comments like these are truly remarkable. The game was never gonna be ported natively. You choosing not to buy it should be enough. The idea that they shouldn't release a cloud base version because you don't like is pure gaming selfishness. Other people may enjoy having a streaming option. The gaming world is for everyone! Cloud based gaming isn't for me but I have no issue with development teams going down this route if it's the only option feasible. End of the day it is still a consumer choice. Nobody is forced to buy it.
@NGNYS ridiculous post and so predictable with the lazy developers comment. It's 2020, that tag line got boring years ago!
@CarlosM87 like he said in the interview. The developers are working on other things. A switch port would take time they don't have or the required finance they need. It's a fair answer but hey because you don't like it you jump on this ridiculous lazy developers slogan.
@Fulkaffe have you ever thought just maybe they have tried to fix the minor frame rate issues in links awakening and the developers were not able to achieve it. I have said this before, some video game players really do believe they are entitled to perfect performance no matter what and they just don't accept sometimes developers cannot achieve it. Stop the Nintendo don't care nonsense.
So sad that DJ Hero was killed off. For me DJ Hero was the best title released. Playing rock band with drums was great also but DJ Hero was always my jam.
@Poor_Evinrude not really. The games will be sold individually after 3D all stars is removed from digital store. Does anyone really believe these games will disappear?
@Spartan48 anyone would think that PC, PS4 and Xbox one never had its it's fair share of mobile ports right.
Also if you are not buying them why do you care? The eshop has plenty of quality non mobile games. Eshop has Hades right now which other consoles don't but hey let's have a moan about eshop selling mobile ports!!
I say this every single year. Yes you can enjoy this game easily without every thinking about micro transactions. MyGM mode will give you a great basketball sim with no micro transaction in sight.
@TheFrenchiestFry so you either wasn't here or you chose to ignore the reporting of Wii U terrible sales. Love it when I see people get salty about Nintendo success!
And yes you can tell who is upset about it as they constantly moan about it Nintendo doing well
Just a note but Damien you have got it wrong regarding Winning Eleven games being known as ISS in the west.
Winning Eleven was always known as PES in the west. ISS was always a completely different game and was called ISS in the West aswell as Japan.
Difference between Winning Eleven and PES was Winning Eleven would get two games released per year in Japan plus the separate Winning Eleven J League titles. PES only received one game per season.
@Milton_Burle you forgot to mention Winning Eleven 6:FE for the GameCube which was a brilliant football game.
@westman98 PES 2021 is just an yearly update for £25. So yeah the switch version would be a full game and seem completely new but in reality it would be PES 2020 with updated players and kits for the few official licensed teams.
@Tisteg80 I mean the roster isn't large enough. For someone who played Virtual Pro-Wrestling 2, then fire pro and KOC I am use to having huge selection of wrestlers. An AEW game with weak CAW probably wouldn't see me buy it. I don't watch the product. I gave it a fair chance but soon as they started doing the silly, wacky stuff like you see in the WWE that was me done with the AEW.
@Tisteg80 considering we have no idea who is developing the AEW game I really do think we could see all this hype and being severely disappointed. Plus any AEW game is gonna need some seriously good CAW mode as that roster line up is not strong enough at all.
@Nintendo_Thumb probably down to cost! If they can include HD rumble which I not sure they can then they would have to price hardware the same as Nintendo which would be a huge risk.
Third parties haven't got the funds to risk spending more money on R&D and then see the product flop.
@MrBlacky I started on N64 you joker! Played them all up to sticker star. Skipped colour splash and will probably skip this. The series is basically an adventure game for kids to enjoy now.

Re: NPD: Switch Sold More Units In Q3 2020 Than Any Platform Since The DS In Q3 2009 (US)
@UltimateOtaku91 you don't price drop a product when it is flying off the shelves! Who in there right mind would be silly enough to do that?
Re: Mass Effect Legendary Edition Isn't Coming To Switch After All
@ATaco crysis runs poorly on Xbox one and PS4 also. You knew this already though but didn't want to mention that
Re: Mass Effect Legendary Edition Isn't Coming To Switch After All
@Ambassador_Kong over 70m switch sold and people still wanna argue that Nintendo made the wrong decision. Absolute madness!!

Re: Video: The Problem With The Super Mario 3D All-Stars Release
@Zeldafan79 dude Nintendo will release galaxy 2 next year as a stand alone title. Business wise they made the right choice not including it.
Lots of money will be made when they release it for switch.
Re: Dataminer Shares New Details About The Emulation In Super Mario 3D All-Stars
Nintendo fans. "Sick of waiting for N64 and GC games, give us these games on switch"
Nintendo fans years later" emulation of N64 and GC games is a disgrace "if they are not remastered ports then don't bother"
Gotta admit it's funny reading the comments on various websites.

@sketchturner like a phone game you play for 10mins!! You are way off, the game is mad fun and makes you want to try just one more time.
It's nowhere near a mobile game and is easily the quality of any console game. The developers did a fantastic job!

Re: BPM: Bullets Per Minute Dev Wants To Bring The Rhythm Action FPS To Switch
@freitasXsau online people are gonna be fuming when they see the next generation of hardware playing games at 30fps. Lol
I don't blame development teams though. The vast majority of people watch a YouTube trailer and visuals is the first thing they look for.
