I’ve been holding out for a deal and got excited when I read this article but my 256 is already full and loads of games archived so I need a 512 (or 1tb) and that’s still £170 odd quid
I don't understand how you can file a lawsuit about a faulty product. Surely if a company sells a faulty product then thats their problem. Hardly breaking the law is it. Can't see this going anywhere.
@Lawnachaun I played your levels mate. Beat three of them but couldn't beat the "Level 1-1 +" one - no idea how to do that last bit! Thanks for playing my levels too
@Lawnachaun Cool, cheers I'll try them out tonight. I've only made 2, but they aren't that good really I was just messing about. Feel free to try them though, the codes are:
Dozen Goomba Smash (all you gotta do is kill the 12 Goombas!) - 97J-SC1-BNG
My First Level (worst name ever!) - F90-BDP-L2G
Was thinking - wouldn't it be cool if they added a "Game specific service" to the ill fated "Nintendo Online" app, where you could see your courses, how many people beat them, get the course IDs etc etc etc. Just a thought!
You don't need to add all the course ids separately - just add the first one, then follow the creator. Then you will see all the courses and you can run through them as you wish.
“If French site JeuxVideo is to be trusted”. They can’t, it would seem. As if the big man was gonna show up at an Xbox presentation anyway. The worlds gone mad alright, but not that mad. They are competitors at the end of the day
I remember the day I went to pick it up. The girl in the shop thought it was called "DS3"! I'm like, no no it's "3DS", and she was adamant that it was called "DS3", as in the "PS3" or whatever. Haha!
The biggest thing that needs fixing imo is the interface for discovering levels. The Wii U version was cumbersome and quickly got overrun with auto run or concept levels, rather than clever design. I ended up manually entering level ids from the internet rather than using the tools within the game.
Great list. Agree with all except Nintendo 64 Mini. Screw that just stick it all on switch and be done with it. No room in my living room for more consoles and controllers.
bet nintendo already has switch 1.1 ready to go. just waiting for the right time. they aren't stupid, they been in the game a long time. they will be planning 5+ years in advance
Anyone who owns a playstation or an xbox as well as a switch will be all too familiar with this. Long before playstation or xbox even existed, nintendo has always had the confirm button as A and the back/cancel button as B. And A has always been on the right and B on the left. Playstation and xbox have always done the opposite. It freaks me out every time I switch between consoles and always takes me a good 10 minutes of infuriating mistakes to adjust.
Also, for some reason, Fifa has also always put lob and shoot buttons the opposite way round on nintendo systems. Whhhyyyyyy?!
This has been a bug of mine since playstation launched back in the 90s.
@kobashi100 because by all intents and purposes, it's a starfox game, with starfox characters in it. i know they aren't in the other versions, but still. just like mrkb was a switch exclusive, this should have followed in the same vein. they could have put that out on other consoles without the mushroom kingdom clang afterall
don't care about nes games. i've been playing them for 30 years. i just want a modern, stable backend network service where i can easily play with my mates from over the world, and i want it integrated in 1st AND 3rd party games just as well too, like fifa etc. be cool to have a community section of the switch firmware where you can see who it online, send messages, view stats etc etc etc, but there's just no way nintendo is gonna do all that

The price them artificially high so they can discount them in 6 months time. Just sit tight and pick 'em up when they slash 50% off the base price.
