Re: Feature: Best Nintendo Switch Action-RPGs

@BlueBlur101 I kind of agree with you - I’ve never really got this either. I guess playing in the role of Link for an epic adventure that takes like 100 - 200 hours or whatever to get through somehow warrants the genre tag? Despite the name, RPGs traditionally focus on gameplay where you constantly level up, which there isn’t too much of in BOTW. I’d class it more of an adventure game. After all, playing for 200 hours as Arthur Morgan in RDR2 doesn’t class that as an RPG does it. Weird!

@Lawnachaun Cool, cheers I'll try them out tonight. I've only made 2, but they aren't that good really I was just messing about. Feel free to try them though, the codes are:

  • Dozen Goomba Smash (all you gotta do is kill the 12 Goombas!) - 97J-SC1-BNG
  • My First Level (worst name ever!) - F90-BDP-L2G

Was thinking - wouldn't it be cool if they added a "Game specific service" to the ill fated "Nintendo Online" app, where you could see your courses, how many people beat them, get the course IDs etc etc etc. Just a thought!

Re: Video: Even Menu Controls Are Challenging In The Switch Version Of Dark Souls

Anyone who owns a playstation or an xbox as well as a switch will be all too familiar with this. Long before playstation or xbox even existed, nintendo has always had the confirm button as A and the back/cancel button as B. And A has always been on the right and B on the left. Playstation and xbox have always done the opposite. It freaks me out every time I switch between consoles and always takes me a good 10 minutes of infuriating mistakes to adjust.

Also, for some reason, Fifa has also always put lob and shoot buttons the opposite way round on nintendo systems. Whhhyyyyyy?!

This has been a bug of mine since playstation launched back in the 90s.
