@rjejr For the reason of downloading Super Smash Bros at midnight so I can play it on the bus to school I'm liking the early release.

I'll be honest I'm leaning slightly towards the NES one just because the inside isn't bland black (models can be seen here: http://www.nintendo.com/3ds/buy#threeDS-XL-nes) like all the others.

@ZachBeacon No I mean when you bought Mario Kart 8 you got a game with it free and if you owned shin megami tensei and fire emblem awakening you got $30 or $40 free. Those were two sales in NA that Nintendo did that were pretty amazing. And those are only two of them.

Even if it doesn't come with a copy of the game I'm getting it. I need a new 3DS anyways and why not get the special edition for the source of my hype.

@Miss_Pixelheart It appears to be be footage of a video for the ESRB. My hope is his response will be something around the lines of "ESRB get your doggeyoopsiepoop together."

I'm kind of irked at this considering he's ruined most if not all of the surprises that would help hype the game.If stuff like this keeps happening game developers are going to stop trusting the ESRB. I'm pretty sure they have rules about this.
