Probably snag all of them that I don't own, as those prices are well worth it.
Wow now this is great! Finally going to pick up some games that just seemed a little too pricey for me.
Top of my list are Liberation Maiden, The Starship Damrey and Crimson Shroud.
Man, Crimson Shroud got cheap. I did like that game. Too bad I already have it?
I'll probably have to pick up inazuma eleven!
I'll probably get Attack of the Friday Monsters and give the others a miss as they don't particularly interest me. I don't doubt that they're all quality games though. If Aero Porter was a full featured airport simulator, I would have bought it on day 1, but it appears to be little more than an endless, repetitive high score chase, and I have other games to fulfil that itch.
Brilliant, but I would love an English release of the original Ni No Kuni.
I'll definitely pick up Weapon Shop De Omasse. I have the others except for Bugs vs Tanks and Aeroporter. Are those any good? I've heard some mixed reviews.
Weapon Shop & Friday Monsters for me!
Already have Attack of the Friday Monsters and Liberation Maiden, picking up Weaponshop de Omasse. I was waiting for that one to be discounted.
@MrWalkieTalkie Same. Was waiting for the latter to get iscounted. Just forgot I didn't own the former already...
I'll definitely be getting Weapon Shop. I already have all of the others except for Bugs vs Tanks.
I don't have any of those so I'll probably pick up two or sumthing.. Damrey and Friday Monsters maybe. Good discounts!
I'll pick up Aero Porter as I missed it last year.
Getting Omasse. Already have Friday Monsters and beat it on a single day, precisely a Friday.
Weapon shop is gonna be mine!
Liberation Maiden for $3!? You're losing money is you DON'T buy it!!! It's a great game and more than worth that price!
Everyone needs to play Attack of the Friday Monsters.
That's great....though i already have all of them.
I love Level-5...
The Starship Damrey will finally be mine.
Weapon Shop de Omasse shall be mine.
I see a few recommendations on here....any one want to say if Crimson Shroud is a good buy? I want to get at least one of these titles.
I already own Aero Porter and a previous poster pretty much nailed it by calling it a "high score chaser", but with an airport theme. The StreetPass option is kind of cool, but I do recommend the game if you're a fan of airports anyway since the feel is there, supported by airport noises.
Definitely getting Weapon Shop De Omasse, and since I'll then own every other Guild game I may as well get BUGS vs. TANKS to complete the collection.
Love, love, LOVE Crimson Shroud and Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale. The Starship Damrey was good too, currently playing Liberation Maiden.
@sinalefa - But was it a good day or a bad day? For $3 I might be willing to strain my eyes for 3 hours on my wifes 3DS.
So is Wonderflick Ev-AH coming west?
I have all of these except Weapon Shoppe. Finally time to finish my digital Guild collection.
@rjejr Friday Monsters is definitely worth the $3. That's my favorite of all these games. It's short, but sweet.
Kinda wish this included Professor Layton games..
Looks like I will be getting Weapon Shop! Can't resist at that price!
I already own all the Guild games besides Weapon Shop De Omasse, which I will get posthaste, thanks alot.
@Samuel-Flutter Bugs VS Tanks is terrible. It's the only bad game in the Guild collections imho, though. I wasn't all that impressed by Damrey either, but for the sales price, it was worth it.
Aero Porter is great, if you like these kind of fast-paced "puzzle" games. If not, you might want to skip it, because it's no cakewalk, and if it's not your type of game, you might end up getting frustrated with it rather quickly!
Weapon Shop, here I come!
@rjejr
I feel you should get it since I know you have a soft spot for Godzilla. Setting is 70s Tokyo and the whole game is in Japanese with subtitles. Very story oriented so you will have to read a lot.
I'll probably get the lot to be honest
@sinalefa - "Very story oriented so you will have to read a lot."
Hey thanks, maybe I can get it for my kid as "edu-tainment" and not have to feel guilty about it. Since its only a few hours we can all share it and not worry about losing save points once we finish.
AFM, Amillo, Pushmo World, Swords & Soldiers 2 eventually. I better ask Santa for an eShop gift card. My kids are getting $10 each for Hanukkah tonight I think, it's hard keeping the 8 nights straight sometimes.
Grabbing Inazuma Eleven and Weapon Shop De Omasse. I have every other game except Bugs vs Tanks which isn't really appealing to me.
I'm tempted by all of them. Where should I start?
Loved Attack of the Friday Monsters for its original and innocent appeal! Though the end did not really satisfy me. Same thing with Weapon Shop de Omasse. You might need new Screen Protectors afterwards, by the way. ;–] Did not really play Starship Damrey so far but it seems quite great. Got surprisingly addicted to Inazuma Eleven, since I like the idea of non-fantasy-rpgs. Though I am not really into football. Only Level 5 game I did not really enjoy was Crimson Shroud, since it felt quite dry with it´s boardgame-appeal.
Defo picking up Liberation Maiden. I was hoping it would have a sale during the christmas but was not expecting €3. I just have enough left in my wallet.
EDIT: I just noticed that the sale is not till the 25th.
@Ralek85 Thanks! I'll probably skip those two then, but still pick up Weapon Shop de Omasse. Sorry to hear that you didn't like the Starship Damre. I thought it was a nice little game. My only complaint was that it's short, but I managed to get it on sale.
Definitely getting Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale, been meaning to get this one,
Also debating to get Inazuma Eleven(Not sure if I'll like it, the review didn't really change my opinion so far ).
I can definitely recommend: The Starship Damrey, Crimson Shroud & Liberation Maiden.
I'm getting Attack of the Friday Monsters, Crimson Shroud, and Weapon Shop De Omasse. Only $9 which means that I get to save $15!
Loos like it ill be Starship, Tokyo tale and weapon shop for me.
@Samuel-Flutter I wouldn't say I didn't like it, I just enjoyed Liberation Maiden, Crimson Shroud and Friday Monsters alot more. I'd say it is a solid game, especially if you get it while on sale. At full price I would have found it a bit short as you said, and overall just not that exciting.
@rjejr
Your kids must be happy for getting both Xmas and Hannukah gifts. Your wallet not so much
I beat Capt Toad today. That is another great game to share with your family on Xmas morning as per your plan. Some bonus levels are only available if you 100% the game, best incentive ever.
Weapon Shop is De only one I'm missing.
Maybe I'll finally pick up Weapon Shop De Omasse and maybe BUGS vs. TANKS.
@sinalefa - "Some bonus levels are only available if you 100% the game"
Are those the same levels that open w/ the SM3DW save or different ones? I can see my kids going for 100% in this, I'll just look to beat every level I can.
Yes, my kids have it good, maybe too good. I just gave my youngest a $10 eShop card and he told me he'ld rather have a PSN card for his Minecraft Skyrim pack My oldest was happy as he blurted out something about "Pushmo World" as soon as he saw it. And yes my wallet suffers, but I'd rather it suffer for my kids than the government, my annual real estate tax bill is due next week for $. Why my town decided to mail out that bill every mid-December I'll never know. My kids are good though, they give a bunch of their money to school for charity and spend it on each other and other family members .Could be worse.
Have a Happy Merry week.
@rjejr
You get the 3d world levels when you normally beat the game or right away if you have a 3d world save file on your Wii U. The ones I talk about are different, but I cannot say much about them since I don't have the 100% yet.
Wish you the best to you and your family as well, my friend
Yay! I will finally be able to get Weapon Shop De Omasse! & may buy the others I don't have already as they're cheap.
I've been waiting for a sale but I'm definitely getting Crimson Shroud, Liberation Maiden, and Attack of the Friday Monsters. After that I'm not quite sure.
Wow, tons of cool sales on both eShops right now. Bugs vs Tanks and Crimson Shroud for $3 a pop sounds tempting.
I'll probably get Attack of the Friday Monsters.
I have LIBERATION MAIDEN, CRIMSON SHROUD, ATTACK OF THE FRIDAY MONSTERS, and THE STARSHIP DAMREY. WEAPONS.... should round out my set nicely.
Weapon shop de Omasse for me! And my Guild collection will be complete (Bugs vs Tanks doesn't interest me).
Definitely getting Weapons. Both Attack and Starship highly recommended. Liberation is a very stylish game and Crimson a very well made one, but for some reason neither did it for me. Any suggestions regarding Inazuma?
Awesome! I've been waiting for Weapon Shop to go on sale just like Attack of the Friday Monsters, but this sale is even better!
@Samuel-Flutter, for a different opinion, I happened to enjoy Bugs VS Tanks. It's not my favorite of the Guild series, as it does have issues (the biggest issues being the repetitive nature of the gameplay, and the fact that some tanks can only be unlocked in the local play only Co-Op missions), but I'd still say it's worth it at the sale price.
I'd say it has more content than maybe even Crimson Shroud, with 40 single player missions, 15 Co-Op missions (if you can find someone to play them with), and over 30 lovingly recreated real world tanks to mix, match, & collect. My possible favorite feature is the encyclopedia that lets you view models & read interesting facts about the tanks you've collected & bugs you've defeated.
Again, it's my least favorite of the Guild games (Crimson Shroud › Liberation Maiden › Friday Monsters › Starship Damrey › Bugs VS Tanks), but still worth a look, IMO (especially at this price).
Guys, I have a big question for you all. Whoever capable of answering it have my gratitude. I can have the same NNID in two 3DSes sharing the same content? Cause I want these discounts but I will mainly play e-Shop games in my future New Nintendo 3DS, and want to Know if I could buy these games now and load and install them in the N3DS.
@RR529 Thanks for the second opinion. That price is very tempting, so who knows I may end up grabbing it after all.
@Magrane I'd put Crimson Shroud at the top of the Guild games I've played (not played Weapon Shop, Bugs vs. Tanks or Starship), it has a well written localisation and an interesting world. The downfall is the same as most of the Guild, it is not that long though (my first play was about 6.5 hours, maybe that is enough for you) in the sense of it leaving you wanting more it does have new game+ which the level 5 website suggests playing to the end. The dice rolling and static graphics mean it might not be for everyone though.
@OmegaPowerEX It only affects the games published by Level5ia. The games you named were published by Nintendo in Europe and Level5 in Japan.
@LawRulesALL You can not have the same NNID on two systems simultaneously. You can however use the system transfer tool to transfer over the NNID and all content associated with it to the new 3DS (provided an NNID isn't already linked to that). Read the system settings manual for more information.
nice Weapon Shop De Omasse and The starship great prices level 5 make such great quality games if anyone here has a ps3 ni no kuni .. is amazing.
@Starwolf_UK Ok, thanks buddy! I knew I could do the system tranfer and like, maybe make a new account for my "old 3DS". But what made me hold this tought back was the fact that i would like to use it mainly for e-Shop only titles and the retail ones continue playing on the old one. 'Cause I pretend to buy the standard new one and my old one is a XL. And since all of my SD stuff will be ported over the "extras" that go to the SD of my retail games will not be there.... I'll see what I'll do then... But nevertheless, thanks again, gave me an insight on the matter.
Going to grab Starship Damrey and maybe one more.
Just added Crimson Shroud to my wishlist two days ago. Hell yeah!
Inazuma Eleven!!! I'll finally make you mine!
FINALLY Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale is on sale!! I love point and clicks/Adventure games, but I wasn't going to pay that price. THIS is coming home. Liberation Maden and Weapons De Omasse are intriguing one's to me too, but I may have to pass for now.
I recommend The Starship Damrey to everyone that like adventure games. The story is awesome and the price is right !
Got Crimson Shroud, Attack of the Friday Monsters, and Starship Damrey last sale, and have Liberation Maiden on iOS, but may have get late-comer Weapon Shop. Think I'll still avoid Aero Porter, and haven't caught the Inazuma craze enough to sink money on it. Bugs vs Tanks is still up in the air, but I'll definitely pass the news of A Tokyo Tale on to this person at our mall's GameStop who I've chirped with over various import releases.
Bought Attack of the Friday Monsters and Weapon Shop de Omasse (really wanted that one when it came out), already had Crimson Shroud (which I loved).
Was tempted to buy Liberation Maiden and Starship Damrey as well, but I don't think they are a style of game that I like.
I played Ni No Kuni all the way through, and became quite obsessed with Fantasy Life after it came out (well over 100 hours, hero on all classes). The folks at Level-5 are game crafting gods in my book.
