This is my favorite Handheld Zelda title, and one of my favorites period. There is a pretty meaningful story you can glean out of it. Very symbolic. There have been some good articles written up on it if you do a quick search, well worth looking at if you feel the game is lacking story.

Again as said before, double dipped, worth it.

You know, maybe I'm not as happy this year, but Nintendo has managed to keep me enticed since I was probably 6 years old. I used to love hearing news in Nintendo power magazine, and now I check nintendo life and YouTube for news as much as most people do Facebook. I love Nintendo, and probably always will

@JaniN83 ok yeah, i can totally see that. Mines 50 i think and at 3 meters its hard. Granted I might need a update on my glasses, but yeah that sucks at that distance. I actually sit directly in front of mine so I never noticed how small it was.

@JaniN83 How big is your tv? It is small though. They cram a lot on the screen but still try to leave a lot of room to view the world.

I personally dont like the games myself, but I hope that they all do well because I love getting "Japanese" releases localized and I like when some more mature content makes its way onto a nintendo platform. I would rather buy more JRPGs and more Japanese games on my Nintendo rather than buying a Playstation just to get a chance to play those types of games.

With my old xl getting wore out and the stable 3d, I'm quite happy with my nn3ds. But I also understand the hate

I've been playing this recent. I have played I think 3 metroid games, but this is perfect if you want to get your feet wet. I am very critical of retro games or any older games, but this one seems flawless to me.

@LztheQuack guys!! Look at this comment. Lzthequack tactfully presented a negative view of the eshop in a tasteful and even amusing way. You all should learn and take note.

@Kisame83 yeah I understand the point of view and also how the eshop isn't decked out this week. But people just come off so entitled and whiny. And they try to over simplify situations and place blame right away. What if updating the eshop is a bit more complex than it sounds, noa says " hey, web eshop updater dudes its Xmas so we made a small workload for you so you can go home early, and there you have it, they only have to monitor SMG and everything else is in the system. Or idk. But do you get my point? This is a over simplified example, but anyway yeah eshop doesn't look as good as it could and their is a group of whying brats among us I want to point out lol.

@Wolfgabe don't get me wrong, I like to do my share of grumbling about disappointments ( smash ballot, reviewing games, ect...) But its like they think Nintendo made a magical eshop promise. ..... Yeah the eshop as a whole seems to be "lacking" some VC titles and blah blah blah, but Nintendo is a business not some weird government operated candy store that you think is mandted to issue you goodies every moment you please because its your right lol.

Ha-ha you always see the negative side on here. I was expecting some positive comments for Mario Galaxy but everyone is disappointed. Nothing for me this week, but you guys have to stop treating the eshop like its Nintendo's personal gift to you. Why would they throw a mountain of sales on you when it's Xmas and people already are going to buy games for loved ones?

honestly not expecting much. Probably Wolf or some other character will get announced that im not into. But anything is great. This has been an awesome year for smash.

@GoldenGamer88 I didn't want cloud either. Like I think a mage or character that has been on a Nintendo console would be fine. Doesn't feel right, unless ff7 came to Wii u or its announced he was the ballot winner

My issue with the game is retro replay-ability. What happened in a few years when the 3ds servers are shut down. I personally will never find 2 other friends that will want to go back and play it. So its like I can only play it now or never, going off of the single player reviews

Heck, keep the 3ds alive. Developers probably have a good handle on the system. Pump out a couple more years! And use the freaking New 3ds lol.

I can to the Wii u party late and have been holding out by not buying it for the Wii u, but if it had cross save, I would definitely buy both

After this last Natume developed "harvest moon" pshh no thanks. Leave it to Marvelous.... but even then the latest Marvelous harvest moon/ story of seasons havent been doing it for me like the older ones did.

How is the game better? It's a completely different game. I liked the first one, but this one is not my style. Hope it does well though

My longest, funnest, and most strategic turn based battles were with these games. It has been forever since i played the GBAs but I felt so freaking smart when you were barely hanging on by a few HP for like 30 minutes on the bosses. The stress and thought you put into the battle made you feel like a real hero when you finally won.

hahah I wanted to get one game. 7.99 for the super saver shipping.... makes it not worth it

not a huge fan as I am more of a Persona guy, but I love atlus getting more titles with Nintendo and especial the handhelds. Cant wait to hear an announcement and review

@Naoiko ahh man, i completely missed the demo, thanks!! Yeah, i see how that might be a bother to you. If they are dressed like that there will be probably a decent amount of super cheesy and unproportional sexual themes that will leave you a little disturbed if the clothing alone bothers you. I mean its rated T with partial nudity and suggestive themes, but I have seen a few "suggestive theme" that went pretty far.

@SpookyMeths haha there are 3 types of atlus gamers, I think. Newcomers whos minds are blown. Then the release day fans. And then those fans that wait for the inevitable price drop.

Im still waiting for that price drop. Well, at least i think I can hold out that long lol

Not debunking this at allllll, because i really want it to be true, but this Link kind of stands out from the rest in the pic because he more resembles art work than a 3d model, so just imagine the original art work and that wouldnt match here at all. I dont think it is likely that they made a whole new piece of art just for this photo, but just throwing it out there. Im on the HD side, but this could be a possible reason other than an HD remake.

@mookysam Yeah, really good point actually. Directs are more of just for core fans, and they probably dont really increase sales nearly as much as other marketing tactics. So in that sense, I am just kinda content to wait (though I would love if a direct happened. And I agree, any info they could put out right now would probably not be mind blowing and actually piss us whinny fans off haha.
