It's not surprising. They don't know how well the first game will do, and as an original exclusive it seems fair to have the sequel on their platforms before shifting.

@DarkLloyd yeah, Let's go eevee/pikachu got bad reviews even before it was released. I saw one that was 0/10 because "it looks sh*t I'm not buying it" ... people are W-E-I-R-D! I'm glad they're getting some sort of action taken against it

@dugan for the price on switch you get the same on IOS. I only payed a couple of bucks. That and Strongbrothers Sword And Sorcery, good games. I'd probably hold off till it's on sale. But S&S is good and graphically brilliant. I'd buy that first

Sorry but Marry-o is wrong. They say his name in numerous games. Other characters in the games say it correctly. I get 'Mario' can have an accent in England, but this guys name is Mar-ee-oh Mario.

@MaxlRoseGNR meanwhile PlayStation is on version 6.0 and packed with features. Significant features. I love Nintendo, been a fanboy for over 20 years but their system updates are not system updates. I'd happy say they're on 2.0 OS. Additional languages and avatars are not a system overhaul.

Someone needs to poach a Nintendo staffer.. compared to MK8 with all the players, with all the graphics, scenery, ect ect that game is silky smooth. Every other dev struggles to get there. (I'm not a game maker so I'm sure it's hard but I still scratch my head about it)

@thesilverbrick nah. EB games in Australia does this (GameStop). They put price points for Aus$79 for Nintendo first party and generally a couple of AUS$59 for third party. $129.99 for limited edition stuff too. All this without knowing what it is and update it on the fly

Might seem insignificant, but Nintendo have an incredible level of detail in their first party games. So I'm genuinely surprised this is an oversight.
