We hope you're ready to build your dream PC, because PC Building Simulator is launching today on Nintendo Switch.
Yes, initially revealed ahead of time by an official Nintendo document of all places, PC Building Simulator has now been properly confirmed by publisher, The Irregular Corporation. The game lets you run your own PC repair workshop, taking care of everything from simple diagnosis and upgrades to creating bespoke creations that anyone would love to own.
You'll have access to more than 1,000 real-life PC parts from top manufacturers like Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, Deepcool, EKWB and NZXT, and there's even a story mode where you'll take over your Uncle Tim's workshop, repairing and upgrading customers' machines. When you're done with that, you can hop into the Free Build mode and create your very own masterpiece - perhaps as practice before you go ahead and build the real deal?
As noted above, the game is launching today, 13th August. Expect to find it popping up on the eShop in your region very soon indeed.

So when does Switch building simulator come to PC?
But can it run Crysis on max settings?
Actually...
Deep inside my honest feeling, i have no desire to upgrade my PC with Superior specs since i just working with CorelDraw, COREL PHOTOPAINT and Microsoft Words & Excel.
I don't play PC games anymore so to see this game about upgrading a virtual PC to get the best result, for me it's kinda useless since i have no desire to spend my lifetime for a dedicated PC ever.
I prefer a laptop instead a PC actually due to portability and smaller size so i will not waste a lot of space. And i really adore a Pure White Laptop since White is my signature color for any electronic devices. But, i still don't have adequate budget and right time yet to buy a decent laptop for working with my drawing project and my school tasks. 😅
(Yeah, blame to my gaming hype on Consoles and Handhelds)
Back to topic.
That game above was sound pretty interesting but alas i have no desire to think about spending any powerful PC parts to make an ultimate PC ever.
@RupeeClock It can also run AC Odyssey on Ultra on Switch.
So... they want Switch player to be part of the PC master race? You might as well do the same on the Dell website, and try to build the most expansive PC.
I'm getting the blue screen of death, help! It's either that or it's a water level, in which case did I use too much coolant?
Did I miss it in the article? What's it cost on Switch?
@NoxAeturnus I just got home and fired up the eShop. It's £14.99, but it has a 10% early bird discount going at the moment, making it £13.49.
@SepticLemon Not too bad then. Might be worth a punt.
@NoxAeturnus Well, I purchased the game, but it looks like a big download, so I'm going too be waiting for a while, lol!
@NoxAeturnus Actually... It's 4.9GB, that shouldn't be bad on my connection, so why is it taking so long?
Without even realizing it, I am now a Switch/PC gamer... I built a new HTPC a couple years ago and made sure it was powerful to play low-demand games well and somewhat higher-demand games adequately.
Between Nintendo AAA games, eShop "indies", and Steam Sales on older games and other indies... I have had no desire to own a PS4 or XB1. And when I upgrade my HTPC, all of my Steam games will come with it.
OMG, why is the music so god damn cringey in this!? lmao!
I've always wanted to pretend I have a PC
Yeah, but can it run doom
I am really interested. If I like the price I will buy it today. Otherwise I will wait for a discount.
Ooh, hope you guys will supply us with a review for this one. I am addicted to car mechanic simulator on PS4 and while this seems to be a 'lite' version of that game and it's 'mechanics' (snort) it certainly seems more 'complete' a simulation than the various poor quality mobile mechanic ports we have on the eshop. Being able to scratch that building sim itch on the go would easily be worth the asking price if it plays well.
Stock. YouTube. Soundtrack. 🤢
@Ventilator (cloud version)
Yes. Switch can run any PC game ever from Cloud.
Irony is hard to define... but I'm pretty sure this is it.
I’m all about making games real to life but if this is just me unplugging a computer or restarting a router it’s gonna get repetitive fast. Since that seems to fix 99 percent of my computer problems lol.
