Lol stability

Is there a reason why this big disclaimer can't be put on the back ?

Is it just me or these significant leaps in 'version' numbers don't really justify a full system update. I feel Ike by Version 7 we should have more features. This just feels like Switch OS '1.7'

Love me some physics based gameplay. Unsure if I want to play it now or wait for a sale

The trailer made it look like a mobile game .

I feel that was a whole lot of trailer and a whole lot of nothing game

@Hoho your right, smash bros is a stellar game, but is it one of the greatest game ever (10/10)? No. It's not. BOTW defiantly is? And both are fantastic. I feel like mainstream sights poo poo smaller titles

IGN has reviewed this as a 6.0. But they average review for Suda Games is around 5.0...

They take the reviews based on the game-play, over all feel and mechanics of games given the volume of games they play and see. But to the average consumer, or an indie consumer we might actually enjoy its colour crazy weird mental potty mouthed adventure over someone in the biz.

Reviews are hard these days.. play it; don't like it; sell it.

I think the problem with some of the bad reviews out there is that it's an expectation of "no more heroes 3" rather than a spin off title.

@TheAwesomeBowser NEVER HEARD OF VLC!!? Where have you been man, it's the go to for playing media on PC. Supports basically every format.

I'd personally enjoy being able to plug a USB into the switch and watch movies.

The "brutal" nature for me is a put-off. I like to enjoy games rather than get super frustrated.. but for some people they love it. I'll pass tho

@Gs69 Now is a good time to play it. It's fun. I played it heaps, nearly threw my controller at the TV with LuigiU but it's your classic Nintendo MARIO platformer. Graphically it's a bit meh.. but still fun none the less.

I understand wanting to hold off, I wanted to buy Travis Strikes Again in a few days but sunk $70AU into this game instead. But I'm not disappointed.

I hope these numbers give us 3D World. Such an fantastic game! With the switch install base far surpassing wii it will sell like hot cakes. People may not even know there was a great 3D main Mario game a few years ago

@Medic_alert I noticed it more after the Ocerina of Time 3DS release where I was like "this looks just like how I remember! I'll play it on the 64"

If the 3DS/2DS was like $99 with first party preloaded game and 2DS WAS $79 it would fly off the shelf.

I find it hard after playing switch in handheld to play a new game in a downgraded format. I do like the 3D gimmick still but it's challenging seeing shark polygons after silky smooth Mario Odyssey in the same hands

I agree the price tag is a little too high ($79 in AU) for a game that's that old. However. I did buy it and pre load it. I'm filthy about it but Nintendo knows people like me enjoy the games, have good memories of how fun they were in multiplayer and knows il throw money at a Mario title.

WANT pikachu and eevee. Don't want to buy a new switch to get them. Also don't want to pay the flog off price on eBay for $200..... aaaaaaahhhhh Nintendo release them

After seeing MARIO sunshine levels in Smash brothers I'm totally keen for a HD remaster of Mario Subshine.

Zelda skyward sword is also a no-brainer. Late in the console life with dodgy controls that could easily be improved and have a graphical enhancement like Twilight Princess.

Affordable space adventures was the best use of the hardware 100%, if Nintendo made their own games that utilised the Gamepad in the same way people would have noticed and bought the damn thing!

Wow these comments are weird and totally unrelated to the video! He's a hulk yea, but he's also one of Hollywood's kindest celebrities doing more Make-a-wish appearances, charity donations and unpaid intern views. The video highlights he's a Nintendo nerd too and maybe he's just an all round too fella. Who cares if he took steroids, he's an entertainer (I say that because wrestling is so camp it's basically musical theatre)

Feel like the game boy colour shouldn't have been penalised for its lack for games. It gave colour to prexisting games, it's an improvement on the game boy, slimmer and has a range of colours.

Switch games have a habit of being delayed, so you think maybe it's the retailer protecting itself given the trend ?

To be honest, I see your posts a bit across NL and you come across as the "im always right" guy on most topics. You don't have to be that guy. Sometimes it's okay to read a story and be happy.

@cobalt Would programming really be a factor? All the characters are programmed into the single player campaign to be used as fighters, Kirby is an old familiar and it makes sense to pick up the little Pink fluff and start.

I don't think they went "what's the easiest to program and start there" when they've all gotta be programmed into the same scenario and work on the same engine with multiple AI's.

As long as people are going to continue hacking the switch Nintendo will keep making it stable.

@zool yeah I'm glad they are hiring but the attention to detail in these games is why it takes so long. I feel like the next game will be at the end of the switch, the beginning of the new Nintendo or both
