Re: Mini Review: Wonder Boy Anniversary Collection - A Great But Gouging, Exploitative Package

YoshiAngemon

Ya see this, here? This is why I decided to NOT buy the first Collection, last year. And why Digital is the way to go, in most cases. The Limited Physical editions go so easily, and scalpers make it even worse. This would probably be why I decided to wait until I COULD afford it. The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Collection is not 1 Single Application with 6 Games within, but six separate games on a single cart. You can buy the Final Fantasies separately, in phases, so that in the future, you could end up buying some when they go on sale.

Re: Random: Zelda Cartoon Writer Admits Hiring Family Members To Help Write Episodes

YoshiAngemon

And this just got released when J.C. Thornton's DIC Link model was released. I even made a recreation of Link's Congratulations screen from the original Super Smash Bros in Source Filmmaker. It's too bad he may never see it, due to him blocking me over me admitting I have a foot fetish. I only said it to get people off my back.

How come it seems like I am destined to only be friends with Lewd content creators, creepy femboys, and depraved individuals?

Re: Zelda amiibo Listings Surface Online Ahead Of Tears Of The Kingdom Release

YoshiAngemon

I don't have Toon Zelda, Bokoblin, or Skyward Sword Link. Everyone else, I already have, except for Twilight Princess Link; I don't need him, due to the Smash version being the same as him.

As for others, I DID Pre-order Sephiroth, Kazuya and P2 Corrin. She was the only one of the 3DS/Wii U characters I don't have, having gotten P2 Bayonetta from a Retro collectibles store for less than $30.

Re: Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse Remastered Announced For 2023

YoshiAngemon

@nessisonett I might have to stop you there. SBCG4AP is already on Steam. But a Switch Port might be likely, not a full-blown remaster. I don't even THINK we need Matt Chapman to have some vocal fixing to repeat the bulk of the lines as Strong Bad, let alone Bubs or even Senor Cardgage. And another thing will they replace The Paper with New Paper with the "Clonk-a-donk." or go the extra mile and use 3D The Paper, with "CG-eeow?"

Re: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 3 Launches Next Month

YoshiAngemon

I can see a future pack including Rainbow Road from Mario Kart: Double Dash. You know, format it like the N64 Rainbow Road, and make it into a 3-Section race, with it being one whole lap. Or you could make it three laps, if it's good enough.

Maybe throw in a new Legend of Zelda track, lifted from Breath of the Wild, where the Champion Link rides on his Master Cycle Zero.

Re: Random: Lego Is Now Blocking Idea Submissions Based On The Legend Of Zelda

YoshiAngemon

@sunny63 Nintendo prefers to make LEGO sets part of an interactive game. If you want a set that serves as a Way Past Cool collector's piece, LEGO Ideas has this Sonic the Hedgehog Green Hill Zone set that's been out for a few months, now. Buy two, and you can make alternate modules using instructions posted by Set designer Toastergrl.

It's proof positive that SEGA Does What Nintendon't!

Re: Bandai Namco Has "Multiple Digimon Game Projects In The Pipeline"

YoshiAngemon

I have the PS4 Version, but is it worth trading in for the Switch Version? Also, will we ever see a Digimon Adventure RPG Localization for the Switch? They could remake it from the PSP Version, with the DigiDestined, the War Game portion, and even Tai and Agumon's adventure meeting OTHER Digimon Protags, like:

  • Davis and Veemon/Magnamon
  • Takato and Guilmon/Gallantmon
  • Takuya/Agunimon/EmperorGreymon
  • Marcus and Agumon/ShineGreymon
  • Mikey and Shoutmon/OmniShoutmon
  • Tagiru and Gumdramon/Arresterdramon.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (October 22nd)

YoshiAngemon

Well, I'll be playing Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition, to catch up on those Adventure Maps. I'm on the verge of clearing the Wind Waker Map! Also, I got a Bluetooth USB Adapter coming in from Amazon, so I can add Bluetooth to my laptop. This will be beneficial for my XBox Wireless Controller, so I can use it to play Mega Man X DiVE with, sparing me the trouble of using my Switch Pro Controller's USB Cable to connect it. it IS fickle.

Re: Switch Online N64 Controllers Were Restocked Today, Did You Get One? (US)

YoshiAngemon

No, and I never will, because Nintendo is a hot brand for scalpers to profit off of. You might as well say the controllers are an "eBay Exclusive," and buy from the jerks. I decided to back the Retro Fighters Bluetooth NSO N64 Controller, and when February comes, I'll be glad I did. But for now, I have my trusty Retro-Bit Tribute 64 Wireless controller.

Re: Video: Get A Closer Look At Splatoon 3's Upcoming amiibo

YoshiAngemon

I want to get these for my niece for Christmas, or her birthday, which is literally days before it. If I can't, I'll have to buy the cards on Etsy, preferably before Nintendo chooses to buy out Etsy in an attempt to do a cease-and-desist on unofficial amiibo productions. Sure, I did buy amiibo cards for her in the past, but I don't want to go down that route again.

Re: Rumour: Sonic Frontiers Will Reportedly Target 30fps On Switch

YoshiAngemon

@prismt Look. I can't even afford to even put money aside for the Steam Deck, or even upgrade to the PS5 or XBox Series X. I get that Nintendo wants to be the Bottom Rung of the Gaming Ladder, but the only thing keeping them in business is the Exclusive Rights to Nintendo Games. Otherwise, Nintendo would've gone to becoming a Third-Party Developer, forced to make games for XBox and PlayStation and PC, like how SEGA was, after the Dreamcast went bust!

Re: SEGA Mega Drive Mini 2 Is Officially Coming To Europe

YoshiAngemon

Great line-up, man. I wasn't expecting Crusader of Centy, or both Ecco the Dolphin SEGA CD Editions. I mean, we get to play the lost gems on there. or even an updated version of Space Harrier II from the first Mini! Too bad there won't be a Genesis Mini 3, modelled after the ALREADY miniature Model 3 Genesis, or modeled after the SEGA CDX, an All-in-One unit that plays both Genesis AND SEGA CD games, and is compatible with the 32X.
