I'm feeling quite a bit more hopeful after seeing this trailer! Sure, it's not a complete return to form (but luckily we have Bug Fables for that), but I think this looks a lot more promising than the drivel we've been given recently.

@Nerdfather1 And it depends if you're concerned about story, or just experiencing the gameplay. If gameplay only, I would recommend starting with Pirate's Curse and/or Seven Sirens. If story concerns you, then I would start with Half-Genie Hero which is meant to be a standalone title, then do the original trilogy (Shantae, Risky's Revenge, then Pirate's Curse) and then Seven Sirens.

I'm bummed that Breath of Fire II was so low. I love that game, and it would easily be in my Top 10 for sure.

This game is absolutely fantastic. I personally would easily give it a 9 or 10.

Yesterday, Ryan published an article (https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2020/06/official_pokemon_board_game_announced_will_be_based_on_the_trading_card_game) that incorrectly states in the title that it is a new Pokemon board game, when if he actually bothered clicking on the link, he would've seen its just a playmat for the TCG. We gave him some grief for it 😂

Oh what a nice surprise! I absolutely loved the Pokemon Master Trainer board games back in the day.
EDIT: Nevermind... Leave it up to NL. It's not a "board game" at all, just a glorified playmat with Pokemon TCG decks. Cool for the people who play the TCG though!

This Splatfast rematch (and the free demo period) have breathed new life into this game. Although the community has always been generally pretty active, I love that they did this and hope they do more Splatfests. What do they really have to lose?

Galaxy 2 had better level design and platforming. Galaxy 1 had better story and overall atmosphere. While Odyssey was certainly fantastic, I personally still prefer both Galaxies to it for those reasons.

I mean, sure, I'm getting tired of it. But that's after playing it every day for 2 months straight...that's pretty darn impressive and I've more than got my money's worth for this game already.

Which bugs does it fix? The long locust I hope... /s

Europe's is iconic. I remember that image being one the first leaked images about the new game and I was so excited to see the new Pikmin types.

Got back into Splatoon 2. Forgot how much I missed that game (and how frustrating online can be sometimes).

This was incredibly well made! Had quite a few laughs and easter eggs hidden throughout.

I never knew I'd be so hyped for this game. Maybe I'm going crazy from staying inside for weeks on end, but I can't wait for this one!!

I just came here to say this maze thing was absolutely awesome and ingenious. It reminded me of those dungeons in Runescape where they'd strip your inventory and you had to use what you were given to solve puzzles and navigate your way through. Loved it!
