Re: More Free Content Is on the Way to NBA Playgrounds

Windy

I really like NBA Playgrounds. Well at least the single player. The 3 times I played online so far the game ran so bad it was unplayable and actually disconnected. I will have to try again soon. But the game is loads of fun in single player and local multiplayer so far.

Re: Tiny Barbarian DX To Feature Lovely Box-Art By Beloved Famitsu Artist

Windy

@JJ286 I totally agree with you the Eshop prices are way over Priced but if it's a Physical release Best Buy and Amazon Prime can help the budget a little.

I'm worried about this Atari system which I'm actually excited for. But what if this AtariBox has a similar chipset or even more powerful than the Switch? I think it would for sure shake up the gaming world

Re: R.B.I. Baseball 17 Steps Up To The Plate On Switch This September

Windy

@Spoony_Tech I'm hoping for a just swing the Bat Mechanic. Every baseball game for the past 15 years has made hitting more complicated than it needs to be. Just let me swing the stick! Of course real hitting is hard but videogame baseball games are more fun when you just swing like the old Baseball Stars on NES love that game

Re: Tiny Barbarian DX To Feature Lovely Box-Art By Beloved Famitsu Artist

Windy

@Jessica286 if you have an Amazon Prime Account 30 dollar games are 24 dollars new. I hear the best buy club incentive is even better. I haven't joined the best buy discounts which I think is 30 per year. Amazon Prime is 9.95 a month and you get a Netflix type of experience along with new game discounts. It's been well worth it to me. I love the movies too

Re: New Release Details on Implosion: Never Lose Hope

Windy

@landlord14 ive been so tempted to get this. You seem pretty excited about it so i think i will pull the trigger and buy it. The videos ive been watching look great. Thanks for the post hopefully we will get Gear.Club in about a month or so. I was hoarding credits for that but must play Implosion lol

Re: New Release Details on Implosion: Never Lose Hope

Windy

@spoony_tech I am so tempted to get Implosion and have enough in my Eshop account to get it, but ive been hoarding my money expecting Gear.Club to sneak up on us and be released any day now. Ive been doing online surveys to make extra money for Eshop funds and have been making about 36 dollars a month which transfers right into my paypal where I can buy Eshop credit from. Its been working out quite well so far. I really want Gear.Club on day 1 though

ADD: I have worked on my first RPG for about 50 hours for RPGMaker. But im considering blowing the whole thing up and starting over since the DLC packs finally came out which I downloaded. I have really got into RPGmaker I didnt think it was much fun at the beginning but as I got better with the program im having more and more fun with it. Definately the best game making software ive ever used.

Re: Review: Vaccine (Switch eShop)

Windy

When I first saw this game I was like WTH? I kind of knew it would be a bit of a dud. It looks terrible and to be honest over priced. But all switch Eshop titles are over priced, so , what are ya gonna do? This was kind of the week of Duds. Hopefully soon we start getting some good Eshop titles

Re: Review: Bulb Boy (Switch eShop)

Windy

I'm going to probably pass on this. The characters are putting me off. Plus I've been slaving away on RPG Maker 3DS I just might pass on a bunch of stuff over the next few weeks or so.

Re: Review: RPG Maker Fes (3DS)

Windy

Im working on a random short story right now. Im waiting for DLC graphics packs which I hope will come out soon. I thought we were getting the 5 graphics packs included with our purchase. But I will buy it when it comes out.

Re: Feature: The NES and SNES Mini Could Live On Through Nintendo Switch

Windy

To be honest I don't want anymore Hardware. I wasn't interested in NES Mini or the SNES Mini. I don't even know that I would be interested in the Software versions. I would have to look at the games list again. I'm just moving forward with gaming and not to interested in moving Backwards. However anything PCEngine always interests me. If a PCEngine Mini ever came out I would really want one. If they offered a software version I would consider that too. But what are the Chances of that? I do love this retro movement of new games were getting in retro style though.

Re: Rainway Developer Shows App In Action On Nintendo Switch

Windy

What is he using for a controller? I wouldnt be interested unless I could pick up the Switch and use the Switches controllers to play. If he shows us playing it holding the switch using its controllers I would be playing Final Fantasy 14 as soon as this is released!

Re: Feature: Nintendo Life eShop Selects - June 2017

Windy

I recently picked up Oceanhorn and Mighty Gunvolt Burst. Both are fun games but I'm feeling we are not getting very high quality retail games on Switch and that the Eshop is loading up on what it can to satisfy. I'm not a fan of Splatoon. Zelda was excellent. MarioKart is excellent but really a quick move over to Switch that we have already played before. It just seems that the Switch is falling back into the same issues which plagued us on Wii-U and Wii. I don't think the 3rd party support is as successful as we have been told. I want Switch to succeed. I hope we see some changes soon

Re: Rumour: Porting Steep to the Switch Is Posing a Steep Challenge

Windy

I haven't been interested anyway but this does pose an issue for Switch and it's owners. Probably best to can this project and move on to something else. I'm looking Forward to Starlink but it's probably 2 years from release. I would just hate to see them force the programming of a game that runs bad

Re: Nintendo Download: 15th June (North America)

Windy

@World excellent news! The replacement Wii I bought refurbished from a guy on Ebay Who refurbs Wii systems as a business came on monday and I gotta say its absolutely beautiful. Super clean and the Cdrom drive is so quiet. I could not have been happier with my purchase. I was so happy I messaged the guy and told him I would mail him my old one to refurb and sell or to keep for parts. He was very appreciative as I was too getting such a good deal. I called nintendo and they had no problems switching my downloads to the new system. While i was downloading my games to the system i get a knock at my door and Fedex was delivering RPGMaker a day early it was like christmas on Monday. So far ive messed with RPGmaker a little and seems very easy so I think i will be able to get something done with it. I wanted to try and translate the Cosmic Fantasy games from PCEngine 2 has already been translated and released but 1 and 3 had not. They are like 10 hour games. So im going to look into that as well as some ideas I have rolling around in my head. It should be fun.

Re: Original Journey To Bring Pencil Art Shooting to the Switch eShop

Windy

@Kilroy Somebody out there will have that urge to build something from the ground up with these indie devs as the driving force. I just hope the next Ouya type system is done right. They had such a opportunity with Ouya. It sounded good from the get go. I guess the execution was poor. Im actually looking forward to what Atari has in store for us.

Re: Chicken Wiggle Will Cost $15 On The 3DS eShop

Windy

Sorry @Jools if it was 9.99 I would pick it up. I have been very ill the past couple years and have really had to get picky. In fact so picky that this year I only get 4 retail games and 60 dollars for Eshop indie titles. I love to support ya wherever your at cause you are very talented its just a matter of money for me. I love the artwork in Chicken Wiggle.

edit-just now lol. Internet Sharing level design might have moved this onto my list. Im really intrigued with this. One of my retail buys this year is RPGMaker Fes which arrives tommorrow. I cant wait to see what I can do with RPG Sharing games. I think if the level designer is good in Chicken wiggle I might move it up my list. I sure liked it better when money wasnt a issue. I havent worked now in 2 years. I do surveys online for extra videogame money which I make about 200 dollars a year. I wish Nintendo had something for me to do at home for a job. I could customer service from home anyway the level editor is huge to me. I will probably pick it up now. Stereoscopic 3d is huge for me also. Most new games are not doing it anymore. Well most new indie titles anyway.

Re: Original Journey To Bring Pencil Art Shooting To Switch

Windy

What is keeping Indie Developers from Creating it's own Indie system and just releasing through that type of Venue. Granted Nintendo is a huge name to be going through. But an Indie System done the right way could seriously be alot of fun. Any thoughts? It also seems that something like this could actually take off. **Wonders what Atari is working on**

Re: Square Enix Has Been 'Tenacious' in Ongoing Conversations About Final Fantasy XIV on Switch

Windy

Definitely want to see this on Switch. It would prove to me that Nintendo is finally serious about big time online play. But Square wants cross compatable for everyone and Sony has already made it clear they don't want any other systems on their networks even though they share FFIV with PC Players. I hope this Makes it to Switch. Would love to see how the Switch can handle the game which is pretty stunning

Re: Nintendo Download: 15th June (North America)

Windy

@World yay I picked up a replacement Wii on Ebay from a guy who refurbs them and gives a 30 day warranty. So its coming.

Im a huge fan of these airport hero games but looking at the amount of ratings for them, I dont think they sell that well. I will probably get Osaka but I might wait for a sale this time around.
