3DS getting ShovelWare now. I'm so sad. Still the best system of all time and some good retail coming out soon. I just hope they don't shutdown the multiplayer servers anytime soon.

I'm playing Cursed Mountain and Endless Ocean Blue World on Wii. I'm in a Wii Renaissance. Wish I could play Fatal Frame 4 on my Wii. Just another cool game not ported to North America

@Spoony_Tech I hear ya. Port begging has been a huge frustration for me on Nintendo TV consoles. I never felt like port begging on 3ds, it seemed everything I ever wanted came to 3ds. it was or is perfectly running in terms of how the games came to us. In regards to Square Enix they have the strangest relationship with Nintendo. it seems any games that come west from them are produced by Nintendo if its a physical release. But lately if its Digital Square has been bringing its digital games themselves. I dont get it. its like Square dowsnt want to make money porting to the west. I have been mad at Square for a longtime. It just seems they are vwry afraid of bringing anything west for Nintendo. or just dont want to take the chance.

Im boycotting Capcom until I see Monster Hunter XX release for Switch. Then I will start buying again. It makes no sense not to want free money cause thats what they would get. Millions of dollars in free money and the Switch would get another game that sells systems.

If this makes it to Switch. I will re-Buy a switch to play this. If Dragon Quest X makes it to Switch I will also re-Buy a Switch. I have no faith that they are coming and with Capcom holding Monster Hunter XX hostage im just ticked at Capcom right now. It makes no sense not to port Monster Hunter XX which makes millions of Dollars worldwide. They must hate paying taxes on their huge profits.

@ACK yeah my Backlog is huge. I have a nice number of RPG's on the 3DS and probably have every RPG on Wii. I also have a PS2 with 30 or so RPG's I am starting to get back into other genres. Starting to look for more 2d platformers. I picked up a Boy and His Bubble on Wii also playing Muramasa. Love the looks of those. When Xenoblade comes to Switch I will for sure regret not having one. I couldn't get into the Wii-U version though. Like you I pretty much have games for life. Oh ive also busted out some sports games lately. I can't believe how good NBA 2k is. I imagine the Switch version is off the hook.

I sure wish Stardew Valley would come to 3ds. I would for sure get that.

@ACK I'm really glad for you. I actually wish I felt the same way but I don't. Maybe it has something to do with my age 52 and I'm just settling into the stuff I have. I hope you have great times with your Switch.

If I still had a Switch I would be getting Stardew Valley today. But Nintendo has ticked me off for the last time with the ridiculous Eshop Prices, the closure of the Wii Shop (I guess it had to close sometime, really Why?), Calling Eshop only titles Retail downloads to justify the huge price on certain titles, Releasing very few retail games on Switch, Porting games from the Wii-U and Wii Shop and charging a couple dollars more. Still not proving they are dedicated to a decent online service and doing it exactly as it's been done in the past with Confusion and complication. If somebody from Nintendo would look me up and my purchases they would realize they lost a huge customer, but really I don't matter one bit to them. So I will play what I have Wii and New 3DS. Nintendo got a Huge amount of money from me but they won't anymore. To be honest I hate where all gaming is headed with Nickel and Diming to death by starting these free to play with DLC charges. I hate the fact that Dragon Quest X should have been released on Wii in North America and wasn't. I also have a beef with Capcom and it's crappy stance on Monster Hunter for Switch in North America. Anyway it's not exactly good bye as I still have my New 3DSXL which I will play and love for years. To me the 3DS is the last great console release there ever was and ever will be.

@World Something wierd with the Switch!

We have Capcom acting like Weeners. High def versions of games skipping Switch. The prices on Switch are no match for the other newer systems. In fact we Switch owners are paying higher prices for slightly lnferior games. Not that the games arent any more fun to play. These are all pretty important reasons its really frustrating being a Switch owner. Nintendo still hasnt proved one bit that they are Dedicated to a decent online experience. Games like Dragon Quest X and Phantasy Star Online will more than likely Slide by the switch unnoticed and unported to the rest of the world. 2 really fun and top quality online experiences. I think we will see Monster Hunter get ported to the rest of the World after Nintendo gets its new Network in place. I just have my doubts about their paid service compared to the others. If Capcom continues to be Weenies The Switches online future doesnt look real good.

@World I bought A-train the last time it was on sale but i have such a backlog on 3ds I havent got to it. I need to get to it. But ive also started playing some backlog I have on Wii and started playing Okami. So far what an excellent game!

Just a Heads up! If you haven't bought Gotcha Racing on 3DS I highly recommend it. It has No 3d effects though as it's a top down racer so don't expect 3d effects. But it looks great and it plays great. It's also a single player experience but it's well worth 2.99 I loved it and it was a very memorable experience

Omg my favorite online RPG which i have played every version of. Anounced day after I sell my Switch! **sadface** I doubt it gets ported but if it does Back to the store to buy a new Switch

There are already ShovelWare titles in the Eshop so why not join in. World racing would have been interesting to me since we can't seem to get a proper racer on any Nintendo Platform. The last racer we got was F1 2009. Of course MarioKart is a proper racer but I'm talking F1 or Rally. Heck even the old Naamco racers would be welcome. But I've sold my Switch because of what I see over the next year just not being for me. So I'm back to 3DS as my main system and that is definitely not bad cause there is always something good to play

OceanHorne turned out to be one of my favorites on Switch before I sold the Switch. Just turned out the Switch wasn't for me and from what's coming out over the next year probably won't be for me. So it's back to the 3DS The prices for Switch games were causing me stress with the fact that physical releases seem like a rare occurrence.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE Keeping a close eye..........to me that statement just sets itself to dissappoint. At least the 3rd parties who have comfirmed have balls to follow through. The system is flying off shelves. There is absolutely no reason not to support it and make some fast money. But maybe Nintendo doesnt treat them that well. Because it sure seems 3rd parties just dont have as much excitement as Nintendo thinks they have towards the Switch and Nintendo themselves have led us to believe that 3rd party Developement was all Jim Dandy. The Wii was understandable with a seriously short amount of power, But the switch has more than enough power now to create great things especially a F1 game with nice graphics. Its out selling everything and will soon have a huge user base. It already has a huge User Base. No excuse what so ever. Im sorry there has to be some kind of problem when bringing a 3rd party game to Switch behind the scenes that we will never know of. Heck for Dragon quest Nintendo has to grab the Publishing rights and do the job themselves or its not coming. Square looks like it will never port a physical game on a Nintendo platform ever again. It just looks like it's the same old 3rd party frustrations for Nintendo fans.....but hey EA is back! I was actually glad to hear EA had jumped in.

For me since Zelda which was awesome, its been buyers remorse. I actually just listed my Switch with 3 games on Ebay for 380.00 if anyone is interested. The current gaming line up and the next year are not my cup of tea. My last home console purchase for this old man system includes- Zelda, MarioKart and Cave Story. If there is a way to keep the 5 Eshop games on it I will try and leave those on it too.

******system has been sold****** well gang the significance of it all is that I wont ever be buying another home console in my life. Im a 52 year old man who still loves gaming. But the 3ds is my favorite system of all time and I have a huge backlog for it and my Wii, and PS2. I will just play what I have. I was quite frustrated with the Switch. The current content was not to my liking except for Zelda Breath of the Wild. Future content was nothing to write home about. So with the Switch , I just give up. Happy gaming to everyone whatever your system of choice is, and for me............Goodbye Switch.

Question: to be nice should I keep my Mii on the system with the 5 games I downloaded for an added surprise to the lady who bought my system? I have already put a password on my Mii to login to the Eshop. But I would hate to see games like Tomiko, MineCraft, Oceanhorne, Implosion and WonderBoy float out into space and become nothing. What do you think? Can it be done?

Such a line of garbage! Years ago CDrom was going to make gaming so cheap. We were going to pay like 30 to 50 percent cheaper with these very low cost CD-ROMs. It never happened. Now we have Digital Download where they upload a game to a server and consumers download. No manufacturers costs, no instruction books but still full price. Horrible! To own a Switch you better have some money. Because it's expensive. It feels like the most expensive system ever made.

Neat! If it's not insanely priced I will get it. I love Outrun which looks great on 3DS @ 7.99 and around 4 bucks when on sale.

@Tyranexx yeah definitely try the Demo. It feels very open world if you like those. I actually love open world myself. Can't wait for Xenoblade 2 on Switch

@Tyranexx I played the Demo this week. I think alot of people will enjoy the game. I thought it had a bit to much handholding and although the colors popout the areas to play in looked a bit barren to me. No trees. The Battle system is kind of fun through the demo but I wonder how Rock, scissors, papers will feel 100 hours into it. I will probably pick it up at some point but I'm going to wait for a sale. I have tons of RPG's myself and the demo really didn't impress me that much.

Opus looks interesting if it gets ported. Golf Story is a must buy for me.

@ThanosReXXX I'm kind of torn between getting Golf Story and the Kingdoms downloads. Both games are on my Radar. I guess I will pick one, beat it. Then buy the other gee that's terribly logical, I must be an old man lol

I love OceanHorne. So far on my Switch it's my 4rth favorite game. It ain't no Zelda. It has some issues too. But it has Charm and will make you smile. It's got a nice storyline and some halfway decent cut scenes. I like the online Fishing rankings as fishing is fast and pretty easy. I was still bummed about the price as I am with just about every Switch download title. But OceanHorne has been fun and has made me forget about the sting of the price.

@joey302 The end of 3DS is coming. Although I'm in the keep it going camp. I am looking forward too Dragon Quest XI if Square will stop being stupid and just port it. I think Nintendo has already announced they will be handling the port for 3DS. Dragon Quest XI for Switch is going to be a huge ordeal on porting. I doubt we see that port for a very longtime if at all. I swear there is something wrong with Square and there has been for years. They take very minimal chances on ports and when they do take a chance, it seems to be digital anymore. They frustrate me to no end.

@joey302 yeah I usually hit the sales too. I have so many games on my 3DS it's sick. A majority I picked up on sale. I also have about 60 cartridges most of which I got on sale or used. It's the beginning of the Switch life and I sometimes forget that the 3DS pretty much started out this way.

Oh btw.....You should really unwrap that Xenoblade. It's pretty incredible. I didn't like the Wii-U version but the Wii version was pretty incredible. The 3DS version is great too. Either way awesome.

@TsukiDeity you have convinced me! To be honest this game could possibly be my 3rd favorite game on Switch. Right now for my collection of games it's Zelda BOTW, MarioKart, then Cave Story. I think this will move Cave Story down my list. I have quite a few Nindie titles but I've been a bit let down by them. This one looks right up my alley.

Lego Worlds looks so good but I have Minecraft and rarely play it. I guess I just dont get the Builder/Mining type games. I will probably pass on Lego Worlds but im tempted.

@Agent721 The game does look great. You however are totally insensitive. Good for you that you get to have everything you want. But a majority of people cant afford that. Not nice.

I love the look and will probably buy it. But yet again 5 dollars more than everyone else. WTH is with you Eshop!

@joey302 I cant wait for Xenoblade 2 also and will definately feel better when I get that in my grubby hands. I do like alot of Nindie titles and also look forward to Golf story. I was extremely impressed with the Pokken demo. I dont play many fighting games anymore in fact zero. But wow very impressive. I might have to get it.

@joey302 seems to me the plan is to release all the Android/Apple games they can on Switch with a very rare retail release. I'm sorry it's so frustrating for me to be a Switch owner right now. I actually thought we had a chance of getting Dragon Quest X. #Buyersremorse

Looks like it's Garumin for 3DS then. A great looking mana type of game with loads of charm.

@Spoony_Tech I hope they have some physical releases up their sleeves. This digital only stuff so far is making me nervous.

I would love to get this pad myself. But the cord might be too short for me. I play mainly hooked up to the tv and the way its setup I dont want to be moving furniture around.

@Tibob I figure at some point people will get tired of being gouged. I thought it would be before now because of the shovelware titles now hitting the Switch Shop. Not that these are shovelware. I still think a majority of people prefer physical releases, but this onslaught of digital releases might get old real fast. To be honest with all these digital titles there are some quality games but to me less than half are not good or great quality. In a way its good we have these games to choose from. If we werent getting these digital games , the system would seem pretty bad with rare physical releases. These digital releases are keeping it going but I am begging for some good physical product. The holiday release looks good with a few physical releases.

Decent 3ds eshop sale. Picked Airport Narita for 7.77. Might get another one of the train driving sim games on sale.
