@gcunit almost all of my gaming friends own a switch in addition to a PS4, so I don't think that's really the case here. Then again those same friends also have a Wii.

But the Switch isn't really competing with anything else, like the Wii.

Well this is a remake and not a port so I'll leave that for RE fans to discuss. Those games aren't coming to Switch for the same reason they're not coming to XB360. It isn't powerful enough.

@j_whitfield8 You've obviously never played a COD. Some of them have very good campaigns.

The last one had missions based on the Bin Laden raids and Benghazi.

Played with it for like 3 days maybe. It was quite a waste. Building it took forever.

I love the new COD, but war zone sucks. I think I just hate battle royales. So boring. Just give me small maps in hardcore.

@AxeltheBuizel P5R is my current single player game, and MW has been my multiplayer game for 6 months. You can like and enjoy both.

@AnnoyingFrenzy I never played MW2 back in the day, but the remake is great. I thought I didnt like fps campaigns anymore but that changed that.

@graysoncharles I wear a size L glove, but several fingers will end up breaking out since my hands and fingers are long but thin. The PS4 controller feels bigger to me for some reason though.

I can also comfortably use an original Xbox controller.

@Samwise7 My friends daughter wanted a switch but didnt know what games she wanted. They got her animal crossing and Mario kart. She just plays Fortnite.

Kids just want things without actually wanting them.

@mesome713 Switch fortnite is the mobile version at 30fps. On iOS it is 60fps. Switch isnt competing at all with PC.

@Gerald I too like the N64 controller. Since getting a PS4 I now prefer that stick placement, and asymmetrical feels a bit weird, and if you stop and think about it, asymmetrical makes no sense.

But I can jump between all of them. Even my beloved N64.

I set mine up a few months ago.

If I could export my saves to USB I'd probably sell my switch for more and buy one again later.

The starter course looks really...dumb? Like what you pretend you're playing Mario 1? When I was a kid I built ships and weapons (mostly with technic) and created my own stories.

But your argument is flawed in assuming that the majority means it is correct.

Pokemon sells a lot, but real knowledge of it only really applies to those who were kids in the 90s and beyond. Its sales don't imply large culture, as we know people who have thousands of dollars in the series through cards, games, toys, etc. It's a media franchise for children, unless he has kids that are into it (which isn't as big as you think, and assuming he pays attention to it), or he was a kid back then, its very possible he has no idea. I don't know a thing about Disney for example.

In the end, the mistake he made was failing to realize his mic was hot.

Also Xenosaga 2 was a bit of a mess.

@Heavyarms55 in comparison the world you view in a current gen console is about 500mb, so next gen is capable of world and detail 10 times greater. It will be insane, but we haven't seen it yet.

A lot of that is the switch rumor mill disappointing themselves. If you want to play Xbox hames get an Xbox.

Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo are all on friendly terms. Or at least it appears that way.

I dreamed of a portable N64 the size of a gamegear when I was a kid. This is next level.

I had quite a bit of fun today playing Kondey Dong Odyssey today. Nintendo should make something similar.

@Kalmaro thats not how it works at all with IP protection. Also Sony is not profiting off this at all. There is no monetization.

The Nintendo IPs in Dreams are mostly for memes.

That being said there is still a good amount of Nintendo games on dreams. Seems people will just change names to get around that.

The loading times on these next gen consoles is going to be insane. How detailed and large a world will be with 5gb/sec load times will be truly something to see.
