I don't think this looks bad but it's definitely a handheld Harvest Moon, similar to the DS and 3DS games. I feel like we're all ready for a console Harvest Moon. The last one was Animal Parade for Wii (which is still my favourite HM to this day) and I want to see something more like that. This is playing it safe to be sure.

I hope there is a new one in the making as well.

I have heard good things about Graveyard Keeper. I already played Dream Daddy on Steam and I loved it but I probably won't double dip.

I hope Natume puts some effort into a brand new HM experience. Nobody is going to buy a boring farming mobile game when Stardew Valley exists and Rune Factory is coming. They can even look to My Time at Portia for some inspiration.

And I know the Story of Seasons games are the "real" Harvest Moon and are much more polished than the Natsume ones but Story of Seasons is getting pretty stale as well.

If you liked exploring and collecting and cooking in Breath of the Wild but didn't like the combat or the dungeons, look into Yonder: Cloud Catcher Chronicles. It has no enemies and no dungeons but a nice world to explore. I liked it, but it's probably not for everyone.

I adored this game. I'd love a sequel on the Switch (I'd be happy with a port)

I'm looking forward to it but I hope they mix things up a little for the new game.

I played the Story of Seasons and PopoloCrois crossover, and it was pretty good. I'm not sure if I'm interested in a Doraemon crossover.

I was going to get Dragonball Heroes World Mission but I’ve decided to wait on that one and pick it up some time in the future. I’m definitely getting My Time at Portia and Dragon’s Dogma and I’ll most likely get Labo VR. I may import the physical version of Phoenix Wright but maybe not because I already own those games on the DS. Lots of games in April!

I might give Zelda II SP a try. I have never beaten Zelda II but a head start in stats will help a little.

Another game on my Steam wishlist that I can get on Switch instead. My Steam wishlist has gotten so small.

This game is wonderful. I didn't expect much from an RPG Maker game but it really is beautiful. I don't know if I'll double dip for the Switch but I hope there are people who play it for the first time.

I prepurchased The Stillness of the Wind based entirely on the eshop description and screenshots. It looks like an artsy game but I hope it's interesting to play too. In other words I hope it's fun to take care of your backyard farm and it isn't just story.

I was hoping to pick it up on sale but if the game is doing well, there might not be a sale any time soon.

I've been interested in these titles and I always like to buy physical when given the option, but I don't think I can justify the cost.

My favourite is FF: My Life as King. I was obsessed with that game for awhile. Second favourite is Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People.

I would suggest everyone playtest their Wii games before the shop goes down. I transferred everything over to my Wii U when I first got the Wii U but only my NES and SNES games worked when I tested them a week ago. N64, TurboGrafx, and WiiWare gave an error. I had to delete them and redownload them (for free) from the eShop. It was a huge hassle but they work now.

To be honest I'm kind of interested in this but I'm afraid I'll buy it full price, play it one or two times, and never touch it again. I suppose I should give the demo a try.

I enjoyed Firewatch a lot but not enough to double dip. I hope it sells well though. I want more and more indies to be ported to Switch.

If it controls well it could be fun but I'm not sure about the price.

I'm getting Civ 6 (probably physical) and Pokemon Let's Go is being sent via amazon.

I played Civ 2 or Civ 3 with a friend years ago but I've never owned a Civilization game myself. I think it's perfect for Switch. I can't wait to waste hours and hours on it.

I'm not going to import this, but if they release a physical version here I will get it. I already bought Stardew Valley on Steam and digitally on Switch but I'm a sucker for physical versions of games especially if it comes with maps, books, or soundtracks.

I always kind of wanted to play this game but never actually bought it on Steam. I might give it a try. It may sound a little cringy but it's no different than any other management sim game.

Technically my first Monster Hunter was MH Tri which I picked up for $20 at WalMart. I didn't even play it long enough to see Great Jaggi. I'm glad I decided to get MH3U for the Wii U because MH is one of my favourite series'.

MH World is the best one... except MHGU has so much more content that I think if I could one play one MH game for the rest of time, I would go with MHGU.

I’m definitely getting Knights of Pen & Paper. The whole reason I didn’t but it in the eShop is I knew there was a chance for a physical version.

I bought this because I heard it was a straight forward rhythm game with a great soundtrack, but I was hugely disappointed. I ended up trading it to someone for a different game. If you have Voez, Musynx is a big step down.

I have episode one on Steam already. I think at this point I should just never buy anything on Steam and wait for the Switch version.

I played the demo for three hours and finally decided to stop so I could buy the full game and start over. It’s not for everyone but I really like it.

I bought Mario & Rabbids yesterday so I’m playing that all weekend.

Dammit I already bought this game. It was great and all, but I wish I could have gotten the physical version instead. This sucks.

Splatoon 2 for a bit, then Stardew Valley until it's time to go back to work. I just bought The Flame in the Flood and Thimbleweed Park but I'm going to wait until I'm thoroughly done with Stardew before I play them.

I bought Pure Chess for Wii U but for some reason I only played it once. I'm not really a chess player but I thought a console chess game would be fun. I never really gave it a proper chance.

Story of Seasons are definitely better games but I find myself bored by them. The format has gotten stale, the characters are bland. Harvest Moon: Lost Valley wasn't great but it was different, something new. I haven't played Skytree Village or the newest Story of Seasons though.

Stardew Valley got it right. It had the right amount of complexity, the right amount of story and character interaction, the right amount of crafting and customization, and it even looked nice despite being a 2D game.

I'm disappointed.

I like a lot of these. I'll probably get the Pikmin one and maybe one or two others.

I'm considering it, but it's $65 here. Maybe when the price drops I'll pick it up.

This is great and everything, but I wasn't planning on buying anything else for the Wii U with the Switch out in a week and a half.

The only time I'll play a mobile game is if I don't have access to wifi. Phone games that require an online connection are useless to me.

I'm hoping this rumour is true. I usually play as female characters when given the option. Although I'm a fan of Link so I may just play as him anyway.

While I kind of enjoyed Lost Valley, I don't recommend it and I wouldn't call it a good game. I'm surprised that Natsume considers it a success. I wonder if it sold really well?

This is disappointing. I like the 3DS one but I'd rather play on the Gamepad/TV. Sketchpad only has pastels and coloured pencils which are a little difficult to get used to. I'd rather have paints and lessons and everything that the 3DS one has.

I played it on Steam but I'll get it again on Wii U to support it. There was a bunch of extra stuff that I didn't find while playing the first time.

I bought this and I agree that it's a great single player game. I'm pretty bad at chess so I'm enjoying playing against the computer. I likely won't bother with online.

I imported Band Bros in the early days of the DS. I'd love to see the sequel localized (not likely to happen though).

Game & Wario doesn't look as strong as Wario Ware games, but I think it will be worth owning.

The Wii U doesn't need a price cut. It's $100 cheaper than the PS4 ($200 cheaper than the XBone), has free online, supports used games, complete backwards compatibility with the Wii (including wii-ware and virtual console titles), no DRM, and some cool features like miiverse and netflix etc. It also has (or will have) great games that are guaranteed not to appear on other systems.

The Wii U just needs more games. I know a lot of people who are getting a Wii U, but they don't want one right now because there's not a lot of games for it. Personally I already have six retail Wii U games, plus a bunch of downloadable ones.
