Here we are once again, seven days later, as if by magic. It's been a week game-packed with video games of all shapes and sizes. This week we've seen Black Friday 'leaks' which were too good to be true, news of a Nintendo Store opening in Tokyo (no, amazingly there wasn't one already) and Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa giving a rare interview to western journalists. Now, though, it's time to sit back and relax with some of them vidya games.
As ever, Team Nintendo Life has gathered to discuss our weekend plans and we'd love for you to get involved via the comment and poll sections below. Enjoy!
Liam Doolan, news reporter
This weekend I'll be continuing my adventure in Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair. I've absolutely loved every single second of this game so far, so I'm looking forward to jumping back in for another prolonged session.
If I manage to rip myself away from this, I plan to spend some more time with The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, as I'm not ready to leave Koholint Island just yet. I'll also be revisiting Wargroove (which is a game I really need to play more often) and if I get the chance, I might even play some Rocket League.

No points for anyone guessing that I’m placing (again) two of my GOTYs into my weekend plans: Astral Chain and DAEMON X MACHINA. Feels like I’m purposely not finishing both but the real blame lies with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt which has naturally taken over most of my gaming life. Some multiplayer bouts of River City Melee Mach!! and kaiju-kicking provided by Override: Mech City Brawl round things up nicely for another explosive gaming weekend.
Game of the week is another essential fighting game that arrives fashionably late to the Switch and marks my first time with the series: Skullgirls 2nd Encore feels like an Arc Systems Works fighting game with the animation of Cuphead. If that is not enough to pique your interest, perhaps the incredible soundtrack by the one and only Michiru Yamane might, or the fact my main is a wrestler who fights with a folding chair (cliché!) and an amputated, possessed arm of a giant demon (OK, that’s fresh, even for me!).

This weekend, my little brother will be visiting from out of town - so, of course, we’ll be continuing our eternal sibling gaming battle that has been going on since our childhoods - Smash Bros. and Mario Kart will be the deciding factors. After that, he’ll be playing Link’s Awakening for the first time, while I watch and cheerfully withhold any helpful tips from him (I recently received my UK Special Edition in the mail, so I’m bequeathing my Dreamer Edition to him - and he has yet to try it out). I’m sure I’ll also cave and pick up Ring Fit Adventure as well, because it just looks like too much fun. Should make for an entertaining weekend!

I picked up Xeodrifter for the teeny tiny sum of 99 cents last week, so I'd love to dabble with that if I can wade out of the backlog. I also have a pile of Star Trek games that have been sitting on my desk for a while in preparation for a feature I'll be cooking up on a month or two. I suppose I should really get started on them. Bit of a shame there are so few decent games set in that universe, really. You could even say that I've been hoisted by my own... wait for it... Picard.
Thanks very much - I'll be here all night. Don't forget to tip your waitress.
As always, thanks for reading! Make sure to leave a vote in the poll above and a comment below with your gaming choices over the next few days...

Happy weekend all!!!
For me capcom beat em up bundle
Little dragon café
And my friend pedro!
Maybe an other indie as wel!!
Outer worlds and a bit of Smash for me
Devil's Third on Wii U. Going to finally try it as I picked it up the other day for a tenner. Then more Fire Emblem Three Houses before Luigi's Mansion 3 comes out.
I'll probably just stick mostly to Dragon Quest XI this weekend. Slowly making my way through it.
Transistor. Playing 2nd time through to complete all the doors.
Street fighter Alpha 2
FF 7
Doom 1 and 2
Mario Kart 8
And Discworld 2 via scummVM for me
I like variation.
Will give the post-game content in DQXI another go, then some Witcher 3, Ni No Kuni and Baldur's Gate, all on Switch!
I WAS planning to play RC Girls this weekend but my copy didn't arrive today as scheduled (technically yesterday). What's up with that, LRG/UPS/USPS?
Breath of the Wild with my little boy and we should hopefully complete it this weekend - finally!
We have over 200 hours in it and had a deal that we would complete it together and we have both sat there neither of us missing a moment.
At first I did the the fighting and exploration and he did the shrines and Korok puzzles. Now he’s much better at playing and actually plays mostly and I watch him do it all.
Lots and lots of Witcher 3 this weekend. Some Dragon Quest 3 and Doom (1993) too probably.
I was really busy this Saturday. I had a school Bazaar and i have to tend a Game booth. The Bazaar has been finished this afternoon.
So, i will consider Portal Knights PS4 for this weekend gaming.

For me i continue on Hellblade and also some fortnite that i started to play for the first time yesterday.
I’m thinking of revisiting Links Awakening but I’m also really enjoying Doraemon Story of Seasons!
Overwatch... Overwatch... That games is so good...
Ori and the Blind Forest: great game! And a little Rocket League.
Happy gaming everyone!
Fire Emblem Three Houses ❤️
I’m at about 150 hours in Dragon Quest XI and I kinda just don’t want it end, but I also wanna jump into Witcher 3
Expect snow and meteorites, folks, because The Witcher 3 has become my first (but, for the visible future, only) physical Switch game. Geez, can't even remember doing this since that insane luck of finding a Project X Zone used copy in Minsk - but The Witcher 3 is still unique in that the game is readily available on eShop. Ironically, for all the packed card to stuff my Switch's game slot with, I still ended up putting a patch in the internal memory (so its content can always apply despite me alternating between two memory cards lately). Supposedly optional "graphics and performance" boosts; I haven't even noticed any difference, so I mostly occupied 3 Gb of space because of the console's whimsical "autodonwload all updates for the recently used lineup". Not pleasant to get daily traffic cap messages out of the blue.😅
Anyway, I'm playing cautiously for now, being 2 games and 1.5 books behind and all. Still a fun roam in the vicinity of White Orchard, and I have time to get over mu traditional initial "pick up everything not nailed down" illness in such games before I get to the meat of the game.
Otherwise, I've been paying a good bit of attention to Warframe this week, finally finding time for open world challenges in Nightwave, making myself a clan for future research investments (ironic to use an MLP reference for what's intended to be a solo flight, but not many will recognize it anyway - less vague ones seem long booked even on Switch) and looking forward to maxing out Vauban... so I can go back to Mag. Although I may take a shot at Trinity spectre and see if Vauban's traps are a better chance against her. In other big plans there's Bloodstained - and finally a double jump ability therein.
Among new stuff tried this week, special mention goes to The World Next Door - a very promising title from what I've tried so far. Took me a while to download Transcripted, but it's also proved to be an intriguing genre mix with the kind of sci-fi plot and theme I don't normally expect from the aforesaid genres - gives almost Michael Crichton vibes at times.
I'm having so many adventures going on: Dragon Quest XI, Ni no Kuni, Cosmic Star Heroine and Night in the Woods. Also playing some Killer Queen Black but match making is just too long which means I'm not really playing it, just waiting to get to play...
Friend and I plan to play Paladins because of the party-up weekend they're having. Also, some Asphalt 9 on Switch, and maybe Klonoa 2 or Donkey Kong 64 on Wii U as I downloaded them this past week.
Playing witcher 3 and if I can stop playing it, I'll try to finish return of the obra dinn.
Continue to play Overwatch, having a lot of fun with the Switch version since launch, so addicting
@teixeiras same
I’ve been dragged away from Ori and the Blind Forest (which I absolutely love) by The Witcher 3.
I was worried I wouldn’t like Witcher as I found Skyrim overwhelming and gave up on it after a couple of hours but so far so good. It is quite blurry on the TV though.
Not feeling to good... Will just watch Marianne on Netflix then... When in the mode Switcher 3 then.
Was planning on playing Tetris 99 for the Luigi's Mansion theme, but already got that yesterday. So will get in a couple of rounds of Fortnite with my sister, play Luigi's Mansion 3D and Animal Crossing New Leaf on the 3DS, The Division on PS4, maybe a short horror adventure game on the PC and ...
... Julie Finds a Way on DS. Never heard, read or seen anything from it but the cover was too weird not to try it. Looks like an 3D adventure game on DS. Very curious about this one.
The Outer Worlds on PS4. Stunning. Some Diablo style games on Xbox 360: Sacred 3 and Dungeon Siege 3. Just started new Yooka Laylee game on Switch. Great apart from loading times.
This week I will be mostly playing
Smash Ultimate
Breath of the Wild
DK County (GBA)
Snipperclips
Resident Evil 0
Gonna spend my weekend going through some digimon cyber slueth, need to get through these before pokemon sword and shield comes out
Octopath Traveler ... man that game is loooong
Watching some horror movies. Probably get some Nuclear Throne action on Switch and get a little further in P5 on PS4.
Already completed the Tetris 99 event. Smash Event next. Have been playing my Mega Drive Mini but think I need to give it a rest now as I'm getting a bit bored, will have to come back to it.
Ring Fit Adventure! Starting tonight, after work.
I played a lot of Dead Cells and Slay the Spire last night. We'll be hopping on the old broomsticks and flying to Salem today, so probably not a ton of gaming.
Tetris 99 of course and unlock that Luigi theme!
Loving the theme and music by the way!
Given that this is the spooky month of October, I've been enjoying me some Castlevania.
I went trough good ol' Rondo of Blood again now that I've finally got access to the title once more courtesy of the Requiem collection (I didn't redownload it off of the Wii VC before it went down, so I've been without options before I got this new collection).
I'm the kind of guy who treasures smooth and precise controls above anything else, so I tend to forget what makes the Classicvanias great when I go a long while without playing one. Limitations breed creativity after all, and I really love the feeling of triumphing over your infinitely faster and stronger adversaries by making deliberate use of the few options you do have. They're sort of like puzzle games in that regard.
I also replayed Bloodstained ROTN on Nightmare difficulty. I quite enjoyed how taking away the ability to level up makes you see the stats that your equipment provides in a completely different light. It helps that the crafting doesn't bog you down with trial-and-error-type busywork so having to rely on it wasn't a bother.
I think I'm the only one playing sniper elite 3
Just finished Link’s Awakening, very close to finishing the Resident Evil 2 Remake 2nd Story on PS4 so will do that today too. Bunch of Apple Arcade games on the go too - for mobile gaming, that’s winning out over my Switch at the moment.
Tetris 99
Mario kart tour
I finished Dragon Quest XI last weekend and it really made me want to explore the series further so now I'm playing through Dragon Quest V (DS).
Astral Chain, Fire Emblem Three Houses, old Gameboy games
Had a bit of time on Smash and Tetris for the weekend events. A bit of Super Mario Party later with the family. Got the platinum on God of War (fantastic game!!!) yesterday so looking to attack another game from my backlog. Last of Us has been unplayed for too long, so that's looking like a strong contender.
FFX mainly, but will try out the Jet Kave Adventures demo, and maybe some Crash Team Racing.
@Kienda LOVE LOVE LOVE this! My wonderful daughter saved up her allowance and gave me BOTW for my bday this year (along with a homemade bag of bells with chocolate coins lol) and it's been our thing playing together ever since and just having a blast. This weekend we are finally facing Ganon! Good luck to you and your little boy, you are making amazing memories that will last him his whole life!
Dark Souls (just got to Blight Town and the struggle is intense 😖)
Also, Ring Fit Adventure, which I think I'll be playing regularly for a very long time to come.
The Outer Worlds on pc. Obsidian did their magic again and made (what i believe to be) another classic. For those of you who'll wait for the Switch release i'm sure you'll be rewarded for your patience.
30 mins of working out with Ring Fit Adventure each morning followed by the combination of Witcher 3 on Switch and Devil May Cry 5 on PS4
Ring Fit Adventure and Dragon Quest 11!!
Ring Fit Adventure has become a part of my daily routine already.
I've been restoring derelict cars in Car Mechanic Pocket Edition. That and making very slow progress in Gleaner Heights.
I am bouncing between Dragon Quest 11 still (just got the sixth orb!) and Darksiders 2. I’d nearly forgotten just how many different dungeons there are in this game and I couldn’t be happier!! That core gameplay is just so good!
I'm somewhere around Chapter 14 on Fire Emblem Three Houses. An unbelievable time sink, but what a marvellous game.
I'm also continuing my adventure through Dragon Quest IV. I think I'm pretty far along now, having just visited the Yggdrasil Tree. Must say, it's a lot zippier than Fire Emblem. Thoroughly enjoy them both, though.
@Cindyb26 I’m so glad you’re doing this with your daughter also and yes, playing video games with your children really does have a lasting impact.
I used to play games with my brothers and every so often our mum would join us for Mario Kart and I remember it being a great way to connect.
My Grandpa and Uncle also played video games and it was my Grandpa who bought us kids our first consoles.
When we got our Wii my two Grandpas played it with us the whole day, one of them knocked over the TV doing bowling and it was so funny. I was a teenager then but it was one of my fondest memories of them.
I hope my son will remember the fun times of us playing games together. And I hope to also play them with my grandkids in the distant future.
I became an uncle this morning, so I doubt there’ll be much game time but if there is, I just picked up Darksiders II on sale! Happy weekend to all!
Finally finished up Astral Chain last weekend, at around 23 hours played. It was a lot of fun, but the combat did wear a little thin by the very end, and I was not a fan of the astral plain platforming or stealth segments. The police investigations were very fun and interesting though.
I'm now playing Indivisible and Borderlands 3 on PS4. I couldn't wait for the Switch port of Indivisible (I did want the portability, but the wait would have been too long, and there may be performance issues in the Switch version for all I know). Combat started off feeling too tricky, but now I'm in love with it, and the characters are hilarious. Borderlands 3 is picking up for my wife and I the more that we play it.
I've also picked up a bunch of new other games like Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair, Gunvolt Luminous Avenger IX, Flipping Death and Stick It To The Man, but I'm not sure if I'll start them yet until I get one of my current games finished. I'm waiting for a 256 GB memory card in the mail as well, as I've just filled up my 128 GB card, with nearly 100 switch games. I cannot stop buying and playing titles!
I know I digging far in the old catalog, but I’m playing Victor Vran: Overkill on Switch.
Will probably play some more River City Girls, and maybe play some more Astral Chain.
I finally got iceborne so more of that. The difficulty definitely isn't the same as g rank though it is fun so far. Also I am still playing the free to start Kirby game without putting any money in it.
The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season (Windows Store) - Moving onto Episode 3, that last episode was quite disturbing.
Zoo Tycoon Friends (Windows Store) - The workaround to bypass the server authentication is becoming unstable. I've lost progress a couple of times.
FIFA 15 Ultimate Team (Windows Phone) - Still playing quick matches.
Yooka laylee and the impossible lair, castlevania 3 and a little of re5 demo
Ring fit adventure. Just finished world 2. Really fun and good exercise. Some Mario and Rabbits dlc and moonlighter. Fire emblem: Three houses if i finish moonlighter today
I was so close to finishing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 but accidentally deleted my game, so now I'm starting it again from the beginning.
Outside of that I'm going to pick up The Thrill of the Fight on the Oculus Quest for some 1:1 boxing action.
Breath of Fire 1 (SNES), Dark Souls 2, Disgaea 4
1. The Witcher 3 on the Switch!!!
2. Castlevania Order of Ecclesia
3. Some NES, Sega Genesis and SNES game son my SNES Mini!
Some Splatoon and Tetris 99 while I wait for Luigi's mansion
I was thinking of getting a fighting game cause I don't have one. Any thoughts on BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle?
Astral Chain and Something else-Fire Emblem Three Houses on 2nd and 3rd playthrough (Blue Lions 2nd Male Byleth and 3rd Female Byleth at simultaneous pace)
I’m playing Ring Fit Adventure and Gleaner Heights.
Super monkey ball banana blitz hd!
I finished Links Awakening a few days so I tried to get back into my 70 plus hour game file of Octopath Traveller but all I seem to be doing now is grinding..lots and lots...So I put that aside again and now I'm about to start Fire Emblem Three Houses.
I will also grab the Luigi theme in Tetris and get some Asphalt 9 done.
On the ps4 it will be Dragon Quest Builders 2 and Trails Of Cold Steel 2.
Been playing Castlevania SOTN for the first time - somehow never got round to it as didn’t have a PS1 and was focussed on N64 at the time. What a game. Just started on the inverted castle. Also playing Links Awakening which is good fun
I initially largely underestimated the amount of time it would take to finish Dragon Quest XI (since I had played the PS4 version before), but I'm in post-game now and may clear it this weekend. As for afterwards, I'm kind of torn as to whether I want to go for a nice chill replay of Chrono Trigger or continue my backlog with Mother 3.
@NintendoByNature
Opinion on yooka?
I loved it my goty so far.
Too easy though.
Getting secret ending is a challenge
It’s all about The Outer Worlds for me.
Fire Emblem Three Houses
Still working through that last route of FE3H. Other than that, Ring Fit Adventure. Maybe some Dragon Quest XI.
DQXIS for me, 46 hours in and loving it. Playing on the train as out and about
@DenDen im actually loving the heck outta it. I didn't think I'd enjoy the over world as much, but switches, puzzles and blocks are one of my favorite parts of the game. The platforming is the best of the year imo. Secrets are fun to find. Aside from astral chain, smm2, and links awakening, it's its goty worthy to me. It's at the very least, indie game of the year( if they're considered indie). Question: how long did it take you to finish the game and how many beetallion did you get before attempting the lair? I'm at 22 right now 6.5 hours in.
Ni no Kuni. From the beginning. Love the game. First time didn't understand sh*t about teams and I also released most collected beasties but then became quests where I had to bring certain beasties I previously released. Goddamn. But now I am wiser so I'll start over.
Ring Fit Adventure. I’m liking it.
@SterlingEyes
That's why I play such games on stronger hardware, if I can. Otherwise, switch will do.
After a bunch of stuff prevented me from completing Breath of the Wild I restarted the whole game and finally, after some 50-odd hours finished it yesterday. A part of me is ready to move on and dive back into the backlog, but I feel like I am not ready to leave Hyrule just yet. Might dive back in for a few extra shrines and side quests.
I will be playing Sonic Mania as well since I am one level away from completing it. Also restarted Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle, another game that I stopped playing after World 1-9 due to something else catching my attention. I am already at the same point I was before I stopped and I hope I can press on to beat it. It is a really fun game, I just don't know why my eyes keep wandering.
After all, I still have Mario Tennis Aces, Civilization VI and Slay the Spire in my backlog unfinished and I even haven't started Link's Awakening yet (my wife already beat it).
In for another playthrough of Breath of the Wild. (Could be my tenth, I've lost track) Some Pokemon Go outside, and perhaps I'll play some NES Castlevania to pass the time when family's over.
The outer worlds. Very good game
I earned the Luigis Mansion 3 Theme in Tetris 99 before I went to work this morning... but I’ll probably still have a few more games this evening. Some Links Awakening and then maybe I’ll move in to something new! Have a lovely weekend all
ACNL dailies/weeklies, Pokémon Art Academy, and Pokémon Pearl for singleplayer, maybe Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn, too, should I get too burnt out. ACNL and Minecraft for multiplayer.
Have a nice weekend, everyone, and happy gaming!
@Kienda that is lovely thanks for sharing with us! Had the exact same experience with my son a few years ago, only the game was Pikmin 3 on Wii U! We both had our own game going on Breath Of The Wild too, it was fun watching him and seeing what he was doing, experiencing, and same for him watching me, and how I was playing it! Amazing game.
Botw and always a bit of Mario kart. Katamari deamacy and gonna try do some 2 player Mario sonic Olympics with my girlfriend to show my 110 metre skills off.
Farm in Daemon X Machina, and online in Xenoblade X.
1. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III
2. the Outer Worlds (only to make my character)
3. Just finished SteamWorld Quest on Switch.
Running a few Timing events in F1 2019 (F1 Mexico weekend!)
I have a very busy weekend with a lot of travel - including some airplane time tomorrow - so handheld gaming will be a must. I'll be taking Golden Sun: Dark Dawn along on my trip. I just started the game and am only a couple of hours in so far; I like what I've played up to this point, though the game has just properly taken off my training wheels.
As usual, I'll sprinkle in some Pokemon Go when I get the chance. I'm bound to spin a few dozen new stops during my travels at any rate!
Happy gaming!
I'm about 80 hours into Dragon Quest XI and loving it. I'll be focusing exclusively on that until Luigi's Mansion 3 comes out.
I finished Celeste on the week - bloody wonderful. Now need to go back to something else I've started but not finished whilst also playing some Rocket League, Overwatch and Witcher 3
@nin10dobot that's unfortunate mine showed up a day later than planned and I didn't like how a big limited run logo was on the box. Some people may see that and start thinking like bender.
No way you're all done with Dragon Quest XI-S....
@aVagabond only got a switch so didn’t have another option.
I can live with a bit of blur but I do keep contemplating a PS4 - maybe Black Friday will persuade me
For Switch: Senran Kagura Peach Ball, Super Mario Party, and maybe some Breath of the Wild.
For PS4: I do want to finish up the season in F1 2019. I think I got about 4 races left and I'm sitting top in the points, but with a narrow lead.
Playing more Final Fantasy 4 (DS). Whew... what a game. The grind is real!
Also playing Gurumin 3d for the 1st time. I am really split on this. What a delightful game, horribly marred by one of the worst cases of pedophilia I have ever witnessed in a game. As a father of a little girl, it is bothering me quite a bit, especially since I was planning on playing it with her. Some of the innuendo is just unacceptable for that to happen, though. Especially when this creepy character literally "forces his sweaty parts" on a little girl... horrible.
Wanna play some more overwatch on switch this weekend. And I have Outer Worlds and Dark Souls 3 that I’m playing as well.
Dragon Quest XI S. My first time playing this game and I'm about 50 hours in. Love it. Want to finish it before Luigi Mansion comes out because I definitely have a one track mind when it comes to games.
So I have been playing Castle Crashers for the most part. Played a little bit of Outlast and Layers of Fear to get in the spooky mood. Also to get in the spoopy mood played a little Castlevania collection and ROTN. Gonna pick up Witcher 3 this week when I get paid. And as always I am playing Dark Souls Remaster as much as possible. Made a new character.
I took the risk of buying Milo the Myopic Mouse before reading a review. It plays like Mickey's castle of illusion on the mega drive but due to Milo's poor eyesight it's harder to judge the obstacles. Would rate it 4/5 but £80 is a bit steep Atari!
Grid, Overwatch, NBA 2K20!!!
I beat Flashback last week. Well worth a second playthrough on Switch for $6. Childhood memories. Attacking 3 stars on the last couple of 150cc races I still need in MK9.
And just started playing Magic: The Gathering Arena on PC. Haven't played Magic since childhood. This gives me the perfect opportunity to play again because I can't bear to spend all that money on cards again. I have already assembled quite a collection and haven't spent a dime. Very slick presentation too.
For me my copy of River City Girls came in from Limited Run Games. I'll be playing that for a bit. (Annoyingly I found a typo on the box in which they forgot the o in Kunio in the description. I know it's so minor but to pay ~$40 and wait almost 2 months since the game came out for there to be a typo as well as being unable to register the game to my Nintendo is a bit disappointing)
I'll also play for Fight'n Rage in order to compare which one is better. Lastly I'll try to finish Ape Out and Check out the new songs added to Muse Dash.
I'm going hard in the paint with nothing but Collection of Mana - Trials of Mana.
Divinity Original Sin 2 on my ps4 and R Type 3 on my snes mini. Quite tough games both!
@NintendoByNature
I did the lair with 30 beetles
SPOILERSSSS
...
I did beat the lair also without beetles doe the secret ending
More Astral Chain and XB1. Got to the penultimate case in Astral Chain's postgame and it's very difficult. Meanwhile Halo 5 has double XP and a free platinum REQ pack as part of its 4 year anniversary celebration.
@DenDen cool thanks. Might give it a go around that amount of beetallion
@NintendoByNature
With 12,5h i had the game 100%
Yeah, Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair is truly an awesome platformer! I'll be playing that along with Ring Fit Adventure, The Ninja Saviours, Tetris 99, Links Awakening, and Bad North.
Much like Austin, I've been playing Smash and Mario Kart with the family. If I get a chance to play something by myself it'll be Dragon Quest XI all the way.
Dragon Quest and FIFA 20 (PS4).
Just about finished Links Awakening. Barely scratched the surface of Astral Chain or Yokka Laylee and the impossible lair. However Outer Worlds has arrived. Wish the switch version was out now so I could squeeze another hour out of it in bed. But alas it's not to be.
I'm playing Dragon Quest Builders 2. The first game was already brilliant but the 2nd is even better!
Tried Digimon Story but wasn't too impressed. Apart from great character design and occassional music, the game is mostly forgettable (at least for me). I do believe Digimon Adventure fans will be happy with the game.
I'll probably start playing Cat Quest II!
Playing; reading a book.
Switcher 3 has taken over for DQXI. I'm only a dozen hours in but absolutely loving it and having a blast!!
ASPHALT LEGENDS 9 and TETRIS 99 so far. Really want to finish FFXV on PS4. We will see if I get any time.
Finished Xenoblade on the 3DS last week. Awesome. Just started Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate - proving to be very interesting and will keep me occupied until I buy my Switch next month
Got the Luigi theme in Tetris 99, got the Tetris Spirits in Smash and playing the Haunted Hallows event in Rocket League!
@SterlingEyes
Go for it. Imo, it is a perfect combo. PS4 and Switch
@Thwomp_Stomper
IKR? I thought maybe even someone in the shipping system may have "scored" themselves a "free" LRG game. But it DID arrive today, WHEW. Those LRG and Amazon boxes...
I'm too tired to play anything tonight, tomorrow (sunday) I'll play RC Girls. At midnight (a few minutes) it'll be time to "do the time warp again" with a double feature of both versions of The Rocky Horror Picture Show!
@Swizze Cross Tag is the best traditional fighting game on the system! Love that game. Only problem is the online community is very small. If you are looking for a bigger community, Mortal Kombat 11 and Dragonballz Fighters is pretty good. Dragon balls Figthers is on sale right now.
Ring Fit Adventure for me. I finally reached some challenge with world 5 only to have it snatched away by world 6 being nothing but boss fights.
@Adroitone I was considering DBZ fighters, we're MK isn't really my style you could say. Cross Tag grabbed my interest the most, so I might check it out cheers!
@teixeiras @AFernandes03 I'm glad to see this. I've never played it but I'm considering getting it in Switch to play with my wife
I played Ring Fit Adventure Friday & Yesterday. Today I was really sore from it so I worked on play through #2 of Fire Emblem Three Houses
Doraemon story of seasons 60+ hours in and still loving it. Also playing ring fit adventure for 10 mins at least per day. The switch made me fat it can sure as hell unfat me, but damn my arms ache, that game should come with a public health warning for thicc couch potatoes like me :')
