Recently made a decision to give key cards a hard pass - and get them games digitally when on sale as I am not in the habit of selling games.

Mighy give this one a try if it ever reaches $10 on the eshop

@Dang_69 I mean, people who asked for a refund are people who bought the s2 (might also own a s1) and the game and have thus supportef this friendly company.

Not really sure why people are complaining about other people asking for refunds, lol.

@Strictlystyles well, if people get a refund they can buy the upgrade again once its been fixed. Refunds might be a bigger incentive to fix it.

Ngl, I have seen some vids and there seems to be lots of pop-ins. They really should have worked on that draw distance, lol.

@traceman I suppose thats in relation to how previous mario tennis sold - n64 sold over 200k, aces sold over 100k. Even the wii u game sold almost 60k.

@Megas75 Indeed, $70 is rough, being light on single player content doesnt help either. I expect this one to be discounted - will try to get it for like 40eur (managed to get kirby and hyrule warriors for that price).

Happy to see kiwami doing well, didnt really wanna get into the series but after giving kiwami 1 a try I am hooked and would like to see more games released on s2

In any case AI is here to stay and I expect to see more and more deva resorting to AI to speed up development and cut costs.
Its fine I have had my fair share of gaming in my life and a sizable backlog..

Btw, if I bought the metal gear vol. 1 collection - I know some games are downloaded - are these games locked to my account? In other words if I buy the card used is there a chance I wont be able to download the games?

With the economy as is I need to choose wisely which games I buy - dont see any ubisoft game on my list any time soon.

Undecided. Definitely low priority. Will wait for reviews and probably for a sale. There is just too many games in my backlog to feel particularly excited about this

MP4 received alot of flak and nintendo will probably have looked into it, internally. After all they wanna make money. Imo the realized the market for a game like metroid is there but u gotta deliver a better exoerience.

The whole market is in trouble. Nintendo is in a good position tho, imo. As they have lest costly game development and almost guarantued sales. All they need is a new zelda and mario game, besides pokemon

@JohnnyMind right... Will wait and see how prices develope. So far there is only two games I am looking to buy, Persona 3 reload and Ff7 Remake. And with persona, maybe we get a royal edition in the future.
Btw, I have been playing the og ff7 recently. It holds up surprisingly well imo, or maybe its nostalgia, haha. Anyway, in the meantime I checked the ff7 remake demo and that experience was unreal. Brings back memories.
Thing I dont like about digital or GKCs the most is storage space. I cant imagine spending 70eur on a game and having to delete other games just because it requires 100gb of space. Ofc I could have opted for a tb card instead of 256gb but thats just adding more injury to insult

@Jack_Goetz could be. I am still undecided wether I should go GKC or digital, especially for games I dont intend to sell

@Discostew idk, this whole scenario is a bit ridiculous. But then again, I didnt know about the game at all before NL coverage. Doesnt change much for me tho, wouldnt buy it with or without censorship.
