@SethNintendo Yeah some people don't, and in the first two games you can ignore them completely and still get the 100% ending. I was just pointing out anyone wanting to unlock the 100% ending in the 3rd one needs to at least get a sapphire rating in the time trials.
@Linnybhoy It's reasonably tough but outside of a few difficulty spikes it isn't obnoxiously difficult. The DLC level and the time trials can be brutal but they aren't mandatory, (although to 100% warped you'll need at least a sapphire rating in every time trial.)
@zool It's not that hard, I 100%'d (or in the case of 3, 105%'d) the three games as child. There are some difficulty spikes in each game and this games version of The High Road can be tricky, but the majority of the game is perfectly managable.
If you can handle late game Mario you can handle this.
This won't be Doom Eternal because more information on that's being announced in August, not next month. If it is a Bethesda game i'm hoping for Wolfenstein Youngblood although as others have pointed out it could well be another studio. If it is i'm hoping it's the Resi 2 remake.
It's really difficult to avoid leaks if you're active on gaming sites and youtube around E3 which is really frustrating. As such i've come to dislike leaks.
Games like Rage 2 and DMC5 would've been nice suprises at E3 if we hadn't already known about them.
Talk out of turn? That's a Paladin
Looking out the window? That's a Paladin
Staring at my Sandals? That's a Paladin
Paddlin the school Canoe? Ooh you better believe that's a Paladin.
Shantae, Owlboy and Little Nightmares in May (Maybe Fallen Legion.) Sushi Striker, Mario Tennis and Wolfenstein in June. Crash and Octopath Traveller in July.
The X factor joke was quite funny. This looks interesting and I'm on a Norse mythology kick right now, so I'll probably pick this up after I've finished God of War.
If they're forecasting 20 million, then something else is coming. I like Fire Emblem but it's not gonna sell 20 million. It could be Pokemon but we'll most likely not find out until E3.
@Drussa Yeah I played it, I enjoyed it but I'm worried about how accessible the gameplay is, as a newcomer I felt a bit lost at times, I'm wondering if the first one is a better jumping in point.
I'm disappointed there's no Switch version, seemed like a shoo in to me but I guess I was wrong. I'm probably gonna wait a while to see if a Switch version gets announced and if not pick it up cheap on the PS4. I won't be buying two versions like with N Sane trilogy though.
Do people not get this? The article isn't bothered about more adult games or partial nudity, in fact it states the opposite several times. The point of the article is the attempt to censor hasn't worked because in TV mode you can still see it.
It's just a humourous observation, hence why it's listed as random.
@AcridSkull Thanks. I'm going to pre order there, the shipping is pricey, but it's better than scalpers and it looks like those are the only options available at the moment.

I couldn't get into this at all.

Re: Oxenfree Developer's Next Project Afterparty Has Been Confirmed For Switch
Flirt with Satan is indeed a positive for this game. This looks really cool but I wasn't too keen on Oxenfree so i'm not sure about this.

Re: Nintendo Announces Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu! and Let’s Go Eevee! For Nintendo Switch
I...don't know what to think.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend?
Tempted by Bloodstained and The Banner Saga, other than that i'll probably just play some more God of War.
Re: Review: Little Nightmares: Complete Edition (Switch eShop)
Nice review, the loading times do sound like a problem but the Story and the Aesthetic are too appealing so i'll still likely get this.
Re: Rumour: Retro Studios Is Working On A Secret Star Fox: Grand Prix Title For Switch
Weren't Retro working on a horror/adventure game?
Re: Awkward Is A New Mature-Rated Party Game That Will Put Friendships To The Test Next Month On Switch
I get that the trailer was trying to be deliberately bad, but that still doesn't make me want to play it.
Re: Video: Examining the Likelihood of Fortnite Battle Royale on Nintendo Switch
It'll need to leave early access first but once it does it'll probably come to switch.
Unless Splatoon's new thing is a Battle Royale in which case, the Fortnite is dead, long live the Splattle Royale.
Re: We'll Get To Play Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy On Switch Earlier Than Planned
This is great but now 3 games are coming out June 29th and I don't have time/funds for all three...
Sorry YS VIII.
Re: Cave Story And The Binding Of Isaac Go Head-To-Head In New Puzzle-Fighter, Crystal Crisis
Bizarre, but intriguing.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend?
God of War, Darkest Dungeon, Spirit of Justice.
Re: We Nearly Had A Terrifying Second Pikachu Evolution With Horns And Fangs
Ha someone looked at the gen 1 metagame and said "Yes this is all fine, but if we add a Raichu evolution, THAT will make it unbalanced".
Re: Review: Late Shift (Switch eShop)
@Kaas It's about an hour and a half.
Re: Guide: Upcoming Nintendo Switch Games And Accessories For May And June
Shantae, Owlboy and Little Nightmares in May (Maybe Fallen Legion.)
Sushi Striker, Mario Tennis and Wolfenstein in June.
Crash and Octopath Traveller in July.

Re: Nintendo Download: 26th April (Europe)
Guys, a warning.
Do not pick up any of those Firefighter Simulation games, they're insultingly bad.

If they're forecasting 20 million, then something else is coming. I like Fire Emblem but it's not gonna sell 20 million. It could be Pokemon but we'll most likely not find out until E3.
Re: Arc System Works Promises More Fighting Games Are Headed To Switch
Soon as FighterZ comes to Switch, i'll be getting it.
Re: Japan Is More Excited About Nintendo Labo Than God Of War
It's nice that both games seem to have an audience.
Re: Guide: Pokémon Switch: Rumours, Release Date News And Everything Else We Know So Far
This just highlights how little we do know, I like to try and avoid Pokemon spoilers but right now we don't even know its name.
Re: Dark Souls: Remastered Succumbs To Delay On Switch, Along With Solaire amiibo
Awwww...
I'll still wait for the Switch version but...Awwww...
Re: Konami's Creating A New Castlevania, But It's Not Coming To Consoles
Konami...just stop.
Re: Chose Your Own Adventure And Solve The Case As Late Shift Arrives On Switch This Month
Saw TFS play this a while back, it looked alright but it's really short. It's like 45 minutes long.
Re: Football Manager Touch 2018 Kicks Off Today On Nintendo Switch
Is it just me or does releasing a game the same day you announce it not seem like good business sense?
Re: Random: As The Pokémon Anime Hits 1000 Episodes, One Thing Is Clear: Ash Sucks At Pokémon
Remember when Ash caught 30 Tauros? He doesn't even use them.
Oh and he got someone else to train his Charizard because by his own admission he wasn't good enough to do it.
Re: Disgaea Refine Launches On Switch Later This Year In Japan
@Drussa Yeah I played it, I enjoyed it but I'm worried about how accessible the gameplay is, as a newcomer I felt a bit lost at times, I'm wondering if the first one is a better jumping in point.
Re: Disgaea Refine Launches On Switch Later This Year In Japan
I've never played Disgaea so this might be a good place to jump in.
Edit: I should clarify I did play the demo of 5, but that's all I've played, I haven't spent any significant time with any of the games.
Re: Former Nintendo Of Europe Staffer Ed Valiente Joins Thunderful
@Kimyonaakuma Ha I was thinking the exact same thing.

Still playing Detective Pikachu so nothing for me this week.

Bayonetta, The Sexy Brutale, Demon's Souls and Skyrim.

Re: Nintendo's Damon Baker Explains Why Some Indie Devs Are Refused Access To The eShop

Re: Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Will Be Playable On Switch Next Month At PAX East
When this eventually comes out I'll likely purchase it.

Re: Nintendo Download: 22nd March (Europe)
I'm getting Detective Pikachu and Spirit of Justice, weird the discounts aren't mentioned.
Edit: Ah they're in a separate article.
Re: Review: Detective Pikachu (3DS)
I'll definitely be getting this.
Re: Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana Secures Late June Release Date On Switch
I'll be honest I haven't heard of this series but it looks interesting.

Re: Deals: This Dark Souls: Remastered Metal Plate Looks Tasty
The Amiibo has already sold out, this is ridiculous, how are people supposed to get one?
