I'm playing Dragon Quest 11, Pokemon Sword and, if it arrives, Tokyo Mirage sessions this weekend.

Probably just Pokemon Sword this weekend, I've been trying to get a G-max Butterfree but it keeps escaping.

To be honest they're all rather poor though.

Pretty much just Pokemon Sword. I'm about halfway through, it's decent so far, but nothing mindblowing. I'm aiming to finish it this weekend.

@ThanosReXXX It's just that some british dialetcs stretch the A sound into an AR, so Glass would be Glarss, Master would be Marster, Dance would be Darnce and Rayquaza would by Ray-qua-zar.

@ThanosReXXX I probably didn't word my comment that well, Dodger was asking why A sounds are sometimes like AR sounds and if it was a dialect thing, Glass and Master were just to illustrate the dialect thing and how certain pronounciations will make an A into an AR.

@Dodger It can be, are you thining of words like Glass and Master, where a British person might pronouce those with an R sound?

It midly bothers me how many of you lot say Arceus wrong. It's a fusion of Arc and Deus, When Silvally's ability, a type changer very similar to Arceus called R-K-S was revealed, I always saw that as Gamefreak telling people they were pronouncing Arceus wrong.

Also i've never heard anyone say Sudowoodo out loud so the way I pronounce that must be a big outlier, mine wasn't even an option.

I'd love a remake of FE6 and FE7, hopefully it's that. I'd be suprised if Nintendo remade Genealogy in this day and age, considering...you know.

What I find more demoralising than leaks is Blizzard's appalling recent behaviour.

@Alpha008 I'm pretty sure some of the bundles did increase in price but maybe i'm misremembering.

Anyway saying microtransactions are optional is a little misleading, when I first got it I thought the game was grindy and it turns out it was by design, we see this in games where microtransactions are removed, they often have to entirely rebalance the entire in game economy as a result because the game becomes too frustrating (Shadow of War for example). There's no option to just have a less grindy game, the prices, the drip feeding of wumpa coins, the trickle of nitro fuel has all been meticulosly put together with the intent to get people spending.

I'm not here to preach to anyone, if you genuinely haven't noticed a change and you're enjoying the game then I'm happy for you. I just don't support models like this on principle because I find them cyncial and to the active detriment to the game.

I stopped playing this when they added microtransactions to it.

I clicked on the "once you see it, you can never unsee it" link and now I regret everything.

Oh I voted for Japan, the others are too logo heavy for my liking.

I'm nearing the end of Astral Chain so I'll try to finish that this weekend. If I manage to, I'll start Dragon Quest XI and Ori and the Blind Forest.
