TLOU2 - will prob pick up Mario 3D all stars when it comes out if I can get a physical copy

Playing Minish Cap at the moment.

I’ve started this game so many times but never got very far.

Just about finished the first dungeon so that’s better than my previous efforts.

Excited for Silksong.

Grindstone is a really good puzzle game but also available on Apple Arcade and it’s probably best played on iPad/phone

PS4 - get your act together Nintendo...

Saying all that I loved Super Meat Boy, Celeste, and Hollow Knight - all of which were savagely difficult

I am 36 and don’t have time to be punished by games. I never beat Dark Souls - I couldn’t beat a boss late in the game and gave up. If I could‘be turned the difficulty down to get through that section I probably would’ve played the whole way through. It’s a shame because I was enjoying it until that point.

I didn’t enjoy Bayonetta on ‘Normal’ because it felt like the game was playing itself and I was just mashing buttons occasionally.

I’ve just finished God of War on easy, spiderman on Normal and now playing HZD on easy.

Just pick the level that makes the game fun for you.

I’m too busy with life, social commitments and running my own business to struggle over one section of a game for hours upon end.

DKC on SNES online. Probably my favourite game of all time

2020 is the switches worst year for sure (so far)

They could drop the new Zelda and all would be forgiven

@mcdreamer I’ll def be tempted by PS5 but I’ll see how much I end up playing PS4. I’ve enjoyed switch because I don’t often have time to sit down and play a proper console.

If I decide to get PS5 I’ll just sell the 4 to help pay for it.

Also depends how much the 5 costs. I prob won’t get it til it drops a bit if it’s over £400

Finally caved and bought a PS4. Ive been playing and loving God Of War & Spider-Man. Last of Us 2 arrived today.

I’ll prob pick up paper Mario when it comes out depending on reviews

Rise of the Tomb Raider on imac - it’s making me want a PS4 for more top quality single player adventure games.

Nintendo has dropped the ball for the last 2 years.

I was playing my switch non stop for the first year or so but there’s a real lack of games that appeal to me at the moment.

Bioshock and bloodstained. Prob not a great deal of either

Bioshock remastered and Bloodstained. I’m mostly playing Bloodstained but only an hour in and can’t seem to make it to a new save point before dying

I bought Bioshock remastered and Bloodstained in the sale. Can’t pick which to play so I keep flirting between them

Struggling to get into any games at the mo. I dip in and out of ACNH but after 190 hours the charm is wearing off a bit.

I bought the escapists but instantly didn’t like it. Also picked up cosmic star heroine so might give that a go later

This looks like it could be amazing. Keenly awaiting release/reviews

Finally got a 5 star rating on animal crossing, fully upgraded my house and got the gold watering can and axe. I’ll probably play it less now.

Animal crossing and I’ve also been enjoying the Blasphemous demo so might pick that up whilst it’s on sale

After 80 hours of AC having unlocked terraforming etc I’ve been less engaged with it as I don’t really know what to do with my island. Might have to re-visit the backlog or pick up something new

More animal crossing for me. I’ve put nearly 80 hours in now. My islands a mess but having never played an AC before I’m learning everything as I go.

About 50 hours into Animal Crossing in under 2 weeks - this is definitely going to be my most played game on switch before too long.

I feel like I’ve made a bit of a mess of my island planting trees in the wrong place and not properly planning where to put things so I might try to move things around this weekend.

I held off on Animal Crossing as I’ve never played one before and was worried I’d find it boring.

Today is my fourth day and I’ve built the museum, the shop, upgraded my house to the bigger version, built a bridge, created 3 news houses for new residents, furnished those houses, and spent last night dreaming of cartoon racoons.

Guess it’s not boring

Probably having a video game break and painting miniatures for Zombicide board game.

Might even have a go at playing the game too

I love my switch and have tons of great games for it but there’s been nothing that’s got me excited for a while. Second half of 2019 and this year so far there’s been nothing I really wanted to buy.

Quite liked the look of Good Job though....

Finally bought Slay The Spire after holding off this long - it’s very addictive.

I bought it because Dark Souks is draining my life force and needed something I could dive in and out of.

Dark Souls which has finally clicked with me. So hard though.
When I finish that Twilight Princess HD is next on my list

Finally bought Dark Souls. I’m right at the beginning and finding it crazy hard to get my attack timing right. Hopefully it’ll click soon.

Will prob dive back into The Witcher soon seeing as the update has improved the blurriness that was putting me off.

WWE2K on switch is unplayable. It’s the worst gaming experience I’ve ever had in 30+ years of gaming.

It does have some fairly amusing glitches though so there’s that I guess...

Finished wind waker and I’ve got twilight princess on standby but I need a palate cleanser so think I’m going to split my time between super monkey ball 2 and Rise of the Tomb Raider

I’m towards the back end of wind Waker at the moment but still got to search for all the tri force pieces so that’ll keep me busy for a while longer.

Then I need to get back to Ashen and finish that last dungeon!

Skyward sword is probably top of my list now I’ve got windwaker and twilight princess in HD

I actually own the game so no problem emulating it for a better experience and have bought all of the Zelda games multiple times.

I’m up to the (I think) final dungeon in Ashen but it’s really hard so I’m having a break.

I’ve finally got the Dolphin emulator running on my iMac so I’m currently working my way through Zelda Windwaker which is absolutely stunning in glorious HD!

I'm mainly hoping for Zelda HD ports from the Wii U.

Anything Zelda or 3D Mario would be good really.

I'm also very intriuged to learn more about a Switch Pro if it exists.

I’ve been playing Ashen and absolutely loving it.

Making me think I might enjoy Dark Souls after all

Pokemon and Arkham City on mac

I’ve just started playing Arkham City on my iMac - it’s really really good so far. Never had a computer capable of gaming before so I’ll probably be off Nintendo for a bit as there’s loads to catch up on

I’ll carry on picking up a few quests in Witcher 3 tomorrow afternoon. I’m enjoying the game but only playing in short bursts here and there. I get bored quite quickly.

I might trade in a couple of games for the new Pokemon next week if I go past a game shop

I’ve had hardly any gaming time lately but I’ll be dropping into Witcher 3 to do a few quests as and when I have time tomorrow.

Busy week has meant no gaming for me.

Tomorrow I plan to make some progress in the Witcher 3 and probably some picross

I’ve been dragged away from Ori and the Blind Forest (which I absolutely love) by The Witcher 3.

I was worried I wouldn’t like Witcher as I found Skyrim overwhelming and gave up on it after a couple of hours but so far so good. It is quite blurry on the TV though.

So many franchises I’ve never played. Didn’t game between the ps2 and the switch.

Big one that jumps to mind is Castlevania

Half way through Ori and the blind forest which is amazing but really damn hard.

Going to pick up Witcher 3 next week which I’ve never played before.
