Yet another week has passed by, this time with the return of Crazy Redd in Animal Crossing, a welcome Switch eShop update and concerning reports of Nintendo Account hacks - make sure to secure yours! - but it's finally time to wind down for a couple of days.
Members of Team Nintendo Life have gathered together to discuss our weekend plans, and we'd love for you to join in via our poll and comment sections below. Enjoy!

This weekend I’d like to sample the new Worlds Mode in Super Mario Maker 2. The latest ‘final’ update sort of slipped out quietly in the middle of the Animal Crossing madness and seems to deliver what people have been crying out for since the beginning – the ability to make proper Worlds and use Super Mario Bros. 2 mechanics.
That said, I haven’t properly got to grips with the Master Sword 'mushroom' from the last update yet, and Animal Crossing is devouring every free moment. It’s exceptionally relaxing to just tinker around with custom designs and before you know it it’s 1am and you’re up in five hours' time...

Are you bored of us all saying Animal Crossing: New Horizons yet? Of course I'll be heading back to my island this weekend, escaping the misery of real life to get rich from my money trees, decorate the place with more flowers than I know what to do with, and give Cranston the ostrich all the presents that money can buy.
It seems I'm a sucker for any new in-game event, too, so all of the new stuff added this week is keeping me extra preoccupied. See you next week for another episode of 'What are you Playing? Oh, Animal Crossing again'.

My reliance on physical media is making the current times that much harder to endure. So I was blessed yesterday with packages carrying the latest Retro Gamer magazine (yes, I still buy and read it on paper) along with Zombie Army Trilogy, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 and La Mulana 1 & 2 after a four-week-long ordeal of it being lost in transit. Having these makes you appreciate all the people working hard to ensure delivery to your home that much more. On the Animal Crossing: New Horizons front my (near completed) live stage has been declared the 9th Wonder of the World by the local community. I am eager to put it to use soon.
My game of the week is Trials of Mana… or it would be if my copy had actually arrived. Instead I have tuned to retro gaming with soothing sessions of Game Boy’s Blades of Steel and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time on SNES.

Another week of COVID-19 lockdown endured and games are becoming more and more important with regards to filling the void in my household. My kids have been absolutely hammering the new Super Mario Maker 2 update and if trying to survive their nonsensical creations isn’t enough to hone my Mario skills to perfection I’m not sure anything ever will be. I’ve also just picked up Trials of Mana which I’ve been looking forward to for absolutely ages and am now properly excited for after reading Mitch’s pretty glowing review.
Elsewhere I’ve been getting to grips with Streets of Rage 4 - our review will be with you shortly, buying and selling the auld turnips for a killing in Animal Crossing and shaking my head in disappointment at Resident Evil 6 which I rather foolishly picked up in the ongoing Capcom eShop sale. I hope you’re all doing ok out there, stay safe and have a nice weekend!
As always, thanks for reading! Make sure to leave a vote in the poll above and a comment below with your gaming choices over the next few days...

Animal Crossing New Horizons all weekend. When I first played the game, I thought I’d only play it for a couple of weeks, but it keeps on giving. The new update just makes it more hard to put the game away...
Trials of Mana - really fun so far!
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX - this is very underrated!
Animal Crossing: New Horizons - had a little break from it, need to get back!
World of Final Fantasy Maxima - actually better than I thought!
Resident Evil 4 - incredibly satisfying action game!
This week I will be mostly playing
Final Fantasy 7
Dr Mario Miracle Cure
Final Fantasy X, my first game in the series and it feels very modern for a 20 year old game. That’s the joy of classic jrpgs! The linearity is helpful for a first timer, so I can learn the nuances of the battle system etc.
The kids like watching me play a bit of Smash at the moment too, they love King K Rool.
I’ve updated Mario Maker 2 but it’ll make more sense to check it out once people have made use of the new features. As I like playing levels not making them.
I was just sampling SMM2 for the first time when they dropped the latest update so my tiny mind is being blown on all fronts.
I've been having a look through lots of demos this weekend that have been clogging up my switch menu - the Touryst, just shapes and beats, and coffee talk were sampled last night. Tonight maybe Disaster report 4, blasphemous and moving out...
And my main project is 100%-ing rayman legends - I'm getting boring telling everyone I can what a brilliant game this is.
More time on Animal Crossing. Probably get in some Smash Bros, Castle Crashers, and maybe Windjammers. On PS4 will be Samurai Shodown and I’m trying to platinum Jump Force.
For me it's
Been pretty cautious of what I buy lately so Im only playing what I already own.
Playing:
Smash Ultimate
Dragon Marked for Death v3.0.0
ARMS
Think im in the mood to play Splatoon 2 again.
Trials of mana... Mixed with ultimate ninja storm 4.
My eye hurts so no gaming for me this weekend think I got hay Fever! So I will be playing streets of rage 4! X x x x x x x in my head x x x x x can’t wait til next week x x x x x mite download that 89 p flashback that’s a crazy price, never got out of the jungle back in the day but with easy mode and rewind I think it’s time xx stay safe everyone x x x x x
I've restarted Skyrim as a thief. Missed the boat on Animal Crossing and I see there is a fair few posts about that game.
Nothing major for me i don't think. Been playing a bit of tetris 99 to get the theme and might play a bit more snes mario world. Probably some ring fit and a bit of just dance with my daughter. As the weather looks a bit rubbish tomorrow we might have a bit of 4 player family mario party or overcooked.
Got the theme for Tetris 99, next target are the Spirits in SSBU. Will be of course throwing in some ACNH and SMM2. Might also replay Home Sheep Home for no reason at all.
Ok so not to sound like a broken record but today won't be any different than the last few weeks..so yeah,Animal Crossing,Stardew Valley,Final Fantasy VII Remake and maybe some My Time At Portia.
Have also started playing Ring Fit Adventure in the evening..but only for ten minutes mind you as it's absolutely knackering!Or maybe I'm just unfit..I
Also bought AI The Somnium Files on the PS4 in the sale so may or may not start that one.
Stay safe Everyone.
Octopath Traveler and if I find the time some Splatoon 2 and Asphalt 9.
Not an AC fan. Still playing Black Flag.
But with 75% into it, I'm feeling the repetitiveness creeping it. This is one reason I don't 100% many games. Once I stop play I don't often go back.
Octopath Traveler could be next. Or Dragons Dogma? Then with a bit of luck the second half of the year will all be about Mario.
Still into L.A. Noire. Having a lot of fun whit this one. When I’m done I’m gonna be playing some Torchlight 2. I’m pretty interested in Broken Lines. Is there going to be a review of NL?
@TheAwesomeBowser Good job,you just reminded me about that Tetris 99 Theme!Dunno how I forgot that but I'll be playing that too.
@JoeDiddley FFX was my intro to the series too. I havent played it for about 15 years and I just bought it for Switch again. Looking forward to revisiting it.
Still just mostly Animal Crossing but gradually getting through Maitetsu: Pure Station and a bit of One Step From Eden now that the Switch version has finally been patched. Still need to jump on Tetris 99 for the event too.
1. Animal Crossing New Horizons.
2. World of Warcraft
Still less than halfway through The Witcher III, despite putting more than 60hrs into it so far. Just can’t resist those little white question marks...
Apart from that, perhaps inspired by the release of Trials of Mana, I’m taking on the shiny remake of Adventures of Mana on iOS. It’s pretty fun.
I've already played Tetris 99 and got the theme, also finally just finished the first Ace Attorney on 3DS today.
I'll also be playing more Animal Crossing and get the spirits for Smash Brothers tomorrow. Not too much other than that. I do want to knock out P4G this week.
More sidequesting and affinity charting in XC2, although the certain two characters sitting out this chapter are proving to have locked me out of quite a bit of quest progression.
More Spirit of Justice - looks like the day 1 trial is wrapping up, so Apollo won't be demoted to amoeba reincarnation prospects just yet. But I suspect it's a matter of time anyway. The [spoiler] rock, but Ema's return remains my biggest treat from the case so far.
Fire Emblem Echoes - explorable map and dungeons, side quests, weapon skill grind FFIX-style, melee range for bows, combat-savvy clerics, tons of story exposition and character interaction... WOAH. More than enough to "forgive" a few oddities like the reported absence of recruitable axe users in return. Going "back" to Jugdral afterwards (unless that dilogy gets remade in the meantime) might prove a bit of a challenge - but I knew what I was signing up for.
Apart from that, I've been doing dome Crypt of the Necrodancer this week, plus some poking around my PS4 library (most of it disabled until next sub renewal again, but more than enough to play nonetheless), some tasting of the also recently acquired Puzzle & Dragons Z (man, that particular type of board-shuffling mechanic seems to have all but vanished from the match-3 genre now and feels almost nostalgic) and Bit Trip Saga (namely Runner).
More XB1 stuff, perhaps XCOM 2 as that's free for like a week and I can use it as a demo for the upcoming Switch version.
@Steelhead awesome. I hope it holds up for you. How are you finding Octopath? I started it last year, got distracted by something else, and I need to get back to it one day.
I happened to pick up Super Mario Maker 2 this week, as I refused to buy it earlier because of the lack of a world maker to create your own Mario game. I'm glad that was rectified, as Nintendo just earned another sale, and most likely many, many more. I'm starting out with the story mode before I get to building though.
I have also been playing Mario Golf: World Tour on my 3DS, since I'm getting tired of waiting for a Switch entry. Been doing the challenges most recently, trying to unlock all of the extra courses. The challenges are not fun. I mainly want to relax and play leisurely, but I really want the variety in courses.
I also started Splasher this week, which reminds me of Super Meat Boy x Splatoon/Portal. The levels get really inventive, but I do find myself getting really frustrated from time to time, as I feel the game could benefit from more checkpoints. Aside from that, I'm still playing Cat Quest 2 with my wife. We're more than halfway through and I'm loving it, but I do wish the story was a little more thoughtful and memorable like the original game.
After 80 hours of AC having unlocked terraforming etc I’ve been less engaged with it as I don’t really know what to do with my island. Might have to re-visit the backlog or pick up something new
Animal Crossing obviously.
Finally managed to get Ring Fit Adventure which arrived yesterday, so I'll be doing daily exercise.
I bought the Lego Marvel collection on Xbox as I had never played LMSH2 and it came with all three games and DLC. Well LMSH2 is beyond awful and so I just want straight back to the original game and I'm currently on my way to 100% it again.
As a huge Marvel dork, I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to pick up Ultimate Alliance 3. It’s been a blast so far and I don’t know why I slept on it for all these months.
Oh, and bouncing between that and Animal Crossing, of course.
Got Trials of Mana yesterday and already played it. It's just great.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Animal Crossing: New Leaf for sure. Getting that new Tetris 99 theme and hope to finish Unravel on PS4 and get some games of Fortnite in.
Still on Witcher3 while also mucking around with forcing progressive scan on my Pal GameCube Carby setup. Having a load of fun in 480p or 576p baby! F-Zero GX never looked soooo good. Honestly it still competes in the visuals dept with HD games today!
Mostly Xenoblade 3D. I have all the party members now (I believe) and can’t wait to see where the story goes next.
Dropped off of AC New Leaf a bit. As much as I like it, the grind to get enough money to build even a single new bridge seems a bit insane. I feel like I must be missing something short how to make bells, outside of rare bugs, turnips etc.
Booted up FE3H again after a while. Still before the time skip, been very sporadic with this game. However, when I do play it, I really enjoy it. Especially as I just discovered you can save mid battle!
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen went on sale. So be it.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Pokémon Red rom hacks!
Final Fantasy X and River City Girls.
About to start XC2. I have torna as well. Is it worth using the code right away for the extras?
Tetris 99 has the 12th Maximus Tournament. I'll be jumping on that to get the Ring Fit Adventure theme.........then it's back to Animal Crossing 🤣
Bubble bobble, Luigi mansion , warframe
Love F-Zero GX. Possibly my favourite racer ever. hard as nails in places though
Muramasa: The Demon Blade for the Wii for me. A friend had a clear out late last year and asked if I would like it for free, I obliged.
I've just put in 3+ hours, so far it's great!!
Current weekend plans include Asphalt 9 and Tetris 99 for their events this weekend. Though may play a couple of other games, but really not sure which ones yet. The two mentioned are definitely getting played.
I was going to delve into Animal Crossing again today, but both my museum and shop are closed...
So maybe some World of Final Fantasy or Astral Chain instead.
Just started playing The Witcher 3 not long ago, so that and Sea Salt which is quite a fun little game.
Finished I am setsuna and played through To the moon in one sitting this week. Ready for somethin lighter after those so started Links Awakening. Played the DX 3ds one about 5 yrs ago so wasnt sure it'd be worth it but its adorable!
Aiming to get the platinum for Resident Evil 3. A bit of Animal Crossing in there too.
Galaxy 2 and dead space extraction. And I’ve ordered bongos for the cube. 😄
Chuffed to discover my fav golf game of all time is on switch
Neo turf masters!
Ill be playing that..mostly
Switch:
Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair
Super Mario Maker 2
Ni No Kuni (just maybe)
Xbox One:
Rise of the Tomb Raider (playing this one in short bursts)
Will probably play some hollow knight. This is the main game I want to play currently because silksong should be coming out soon so I need to finish this up. Aside from that I will play Pokémon sword when I need a break from hollow knight and smash ultimate will be my online multiplayer game for the weekend. For some reason been getting that itch to play smash again, it’s just unfortunate I have to resort to online to get my fix.
@mcdreamer I sunk over 200 hours into Xenoblade 3D - and I consider it one of the greatest gaming experiences ever.
As for me I am getting stuck into Breath of the Wild. I completed my first Divine Beast. I died a dozen times trying to beat that boss as I was so underprepared!
This morning i played

Ratchet & Clank:Tools of Destruction PS3
&
The Sims 3 PS3
Afternoon, i played some various 3DS and NDS games:
Pokemon Ultra Moon 3DS
Pokemon Omega Ruby 3DS
Miracle Tunes 3DS
Animal Boxing NDS
Hi @P J O’ Reilly when u say the Streets of Rage 4 review is coming soon, is that today? X x x x
Still knee-deep in the Witcher 3...
I know I said I was going to start Hob last week but I ended up doing other things instead ( Rise of the Tomb Raider 😁). I intend to start Hob up though. Happy gaming all and stay safe!
With an abundance of free time now, I've finally picked up Dragon Quest XI S to try! Will be getting stuck into that tonight when it arrives
Im finally at the point in Animal Crossing: New Horizons where I’ve got my house maxed out and my island more or less the way I want it. So now I don’t have to play for hours on end every day and therefore can just do my daily in-game tasks and focus on other games. I have to compulsively play Tetris 99 to get that new theme, plus I kinda got readdicted to ARMS now that there are people playing online again. And the huge update in Super Mario Maker 2 has me once again browsing the Course World to see what people are doing with all the new parts.
I'm in the late stages of a Civ VI game, going for a scientific victory but taking forever with it as the game has been crashing lately and my Switch keeps overheating and having to shut down.
Alternating Civ with Dead Cells and Dead or School.
Also, rebuilding a lot of old Lego sets (currently rebuilding the entire Kingdoms theme, for you brickheads). Knitting some gloves, crocheting a blanket, watching my through Star Trek from TOS to DIS, cooking and cleaning for four. See also: furlough.
It will likely be a bunch of random games. On Switch I've been playing a lot of Asphalt 9. Reminds me of the old-school Burnout games.
Super Mario maker 2, animal crossing, and trials of mana. Those are 3 bangers if I've ever seen some. Great gaming weekend.
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes (Vita) - This is my first time playing this one. I never played the first one, I hope there isn't any story I'm missing out on.
Fallout 3 (Games For Windows) - Still continuing my campaign to explore every inch of this awesome game.
Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles HD (Windows Phone) - I'm finally at the final mission, but struggling with all of the archers on the roofs.
Moto GP20, Snooker 19 & of course Animal Crossing.😎
Back to animal crossing. I finally have some kind of an idea of how I want my island to look like, so my interest in the game is reinvigorated.
I bought Ni No Kuni in the spring sale, and i'm in love with the feel and style of it. I dunno if I have the time for a lengthy JRPG right now, but maybe I'll invest some time in it.
Animal Crossing New Horizons, I have over 120 hrs now and i still cant get enough of it..I'm also playing Borderlands GOTY Edition on Xbox One, It's my first Borderlands game and i'm really enjoying it..
I haven’t decided what I’m going to play for the rest of the weekend yet. I finished replaying FFVII last night (to take away the bad taste of the remake) and I finished Axelay again this morning. I think maybe some Vampire Killer on the Nomad next.
I got ahold of a 3ds for the first time in my life and I feel like the world is full of endless possibilities! I am starting with Link Between Worlds, but I’d like to play the Layton games too! Also there is a mario game I’ve never played and... just wow!
Be putting in a good chunk of time into Dragon Ball FighterZ (grabbed it before sale ended). I had Xenoverse 2 put couldn't get into it, plus the nightmarish camera wasn't helpful.
I am still going through final fantasy seven remake. Just hit chapter 14. Glad I have it because my wife has had my switch all week playing Animal Crossing.
I played like 7 hours of Civ 6 on PC yesterday. And I'm still playing Animal Crossing every day. I also am playing Pokemon Shield still, and Fire Emblem Three Houses. I think I'm on the final chapter of FE3H now, finishing up my second playthrough.
@charlieonholiday Yeah, I had similar feelings about XC2. Loved it! Got X waiting to go after I finish 3D, as well as Xenosaga 1&2 for the DS (which will be a bit of a work out for my Japanese!). Think I’ll probably jump into Future Connected before all of that once it’s out! Have you played X? Did you enjoy it?
VALORANT, P5R & Celeste.
Much of my gaming time lately has been going to Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright. I'm taking my time with it by trying to grind up supports and unlock all the available kids in this version. I'm not quite halfway through the main story yet.
On the Switch front, I need something relatively short to tide me over until my copy of The Wonderful 101: Remastered arrives, so I've decided to break out Collection of Mana and start Final Fantasy Adventure later. I've never played a Mana game, so I figured it would be best to play them in order.
Finally, I'll be participating in the Abra Community Day in Pokemon Go for a couple of hours. I'll be sticking to my car most of the time, partially due to the global craziness and also due to some rainy weather. I might shove in a remote raid or two since I still haven't encountered a Landorus. XD
Stay safe folks! Have an awesome weekend!
Still playing Animal Crossing New Horizons. Also haven’t finished Xenoblade Chronicles 2 yet, so maybe I’ll jump back in for that.
@JoeDiddley Octopath Traveler is great. I was like you at first tbh, bought it on release and lost interest after about 10 hours. I've gone back, restarted and despite my limited gaming time I'm now about 125 hours in and gearing up for the endgame content.
I'm not usually much of a completionist but this game really got it's hooks in me after chapter 2.
Chapter 1 can be a bit tedious and the game is a bit too grindy at times but if your a fan of lengthy RPGs then the game is ultimately worth a bit of patience.
@Steelhead good to hear. I managed about 4 stories in the first chapter. I enjoyed it. Then something like Dragon Quest XI came out and I was tempted away. When I’m in the right mood I want to come back to it. Ideally I want to play Octopath and Braverley Default before 2 comes out. But that might be a bit of a stretch.
Picked up Trials of Mana (physical) yesterday and also the Starlink Starter Set for $10 (physical). I'm also racing through FF8 Remastered. I love the x3 fast forward and no random encounters feature. I can finally finish the game now (it's been a childhood nemesis for me). The first two playthroughs as a kid I lost my save twice, the third playthrough disc 2 was too scratched up and my parents couldn't afford a new copy, the fourth playthrough I didn't pay attention to leveling enough and got stuck on a boss fight on disc 2. This is my fifth attempt to finally finishing this game.
My son has been playing Super Mario Maker 2, Smash Ultimate and right now he’s playing Breath of the Wild. I got the theme on Tetris 99 pretty quickly yesterday evening, despite being VERY rusty, and I am still playing DOOM 1993 on Switch, looking for all the secrets. Also hopped online to participate in the Mario Kart tournament, won a tenner eShop credit during the week from @NintendoUK and I want more 😂. Stay safe everyone, enjoy your weekend.
It's my birthday weekend, so I am hoping to have some time to continue playing
Fantasy Life (3DS)
Horizon: Zero Dawn (PS4)
Both have become two of my favorite games of all time.
@Donutsavant hope you have as much fun with your 3DS as I did over the years!
@mcdreamer never got a Wii U, so I missed out on XCX (I’m pretty much a handheld only gamer due to work commitments).
However, having recently got a Switch (Lite), XC2 will be my game for the Autumn. I can’t wait for that and the Torna expansion pack is probably the first DLC that I will buy with the main game.
I would love to see the rest of the Xeno series remastered/released just to see the evolution of the series. One thing that is probably guaranteed either in this generation or the next - Xenoblade 3!
@skulltulips is 100%ing rayman a daunting task? Currently playing through yooka Laylee IL. Nearing the end. Just gotta grind IL to try and 100% it. That's a daunting task indeed!
@Anti-Matter is Ratchett a good platformer game? What game would you say it's similar too. Thanks!
I just bought fast RMX, It has online play but I can't see anyone playing it online,
I’m going to play NBA2K20 until my eyeballs fall out
The pandemic has been good for finishing my backlog. Since it hit, I've completed Luigi's Mansion 3, Witcher 3 and last weekend Link's Awakening. Up next is Astral Chain.
But this weekend, I'll be playing my new TG-16 mini, play some Tetris 99 to get the RingFit themes and likely some old school stuff (Mega Man collection, Frogger, Pac-Man, etc.)
I got excited and thought Blades of Steel launched on the Switch. Was looking forward to having a bit of that nostalgia feeling.
Super Mario Maker 2 and Tales of Vesperia.
Xbox One — Modern Warfare. Going to be going some friends on MP trying to unlock a few camos on guns and finish leveling some guns up.
Switch — Mega Man. Not sure which one but I just picked up both Legacy Collections from the eShop sale this week cause I have been itching for some classic Mega Man.
Playing Animal Crossing and Wrath of the White Witch
The Mario Maker update finally convinced me to sit down and finish the story mode so I did the whole thing in one sitting last night. Now I'm working on Animal Crossing. Just got my resident services building built, and I'm fishing to get money for turnips tomorrow. I almost have my house fully upgraded too! I just have one more addition to add to it after tomorrow.
Super Mario Odyssey
Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2 (on sale)
Namco Museum (on sale)
Super Mario Maker 2 (I'll give the update a whirl.)
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (To get those spirits)
I'm blessed to have a lot. Happy weekend, everybody! God bless, and enjoy your gaming!
Fire Emblem 3 Houses & Fire Emblem Warriors.
Took a break from Dragon Quest Builders 2 after completing the 2nd island but I'll dive back to that beautiful crafted (by me) world soon!
Finally my physical version of Animal Crossing arrived this week. So I will be mostly playing that and trying to complete Layers of Fear which has turned out to be be far better and addictive than I first thought.
Happy gaming all and be safe.
Ni No Kuni!!! And some Pokemon Shield*
ACNH and Rune Factory 4 special once more! Well... in between end of semester work that is. Been helping people get outfits they want and plants.
@Benjoo
Well, Ratchet & Clank was quite interesting.
You can play in Easy /Cadet /Beginner level if you are not familiar with that game.
Surprisingly, i played R&C more oftenly than 3D Mario games.
I recommend :
1. R&C A Crack in Time PS3
2. R&C Tools of Destruction PS3
3. R&C Into the Nexus PS3
4. R&C Quest for Booty PS3
5. R&C Trilogy PS3
6. R&C PS4
7. Ratchet Deadlocked PS2 (Digital Remaster on PS3)
8. R&C Size Matters PS2
9. Secret Agent Clank PS2
Both R&C All 4 One PS3 and QForce PS3 are not really recommended.
All 4 One was too long to finish one place, locked camera angle. Quite boring.
QForce was too hard for beginner due to amount of number enemies. The genre also different, Tower Defense.
Edit: Oh, one more thing.
Ratchet & Clank is Action 3D platformer + 3rd person shooter game.
Going through Link’s Awakening again here.
Slay the Spire
Got the RingFit theme on Tetris 99, the Mana Spirits in Smash and finished Doom Eternal on PS4.
Continuing FF7 REMAKE and finally picked up RE4 and SF 30TH during the Cap come sale. Even without gyro, RE4 is fantastic. And as I was one of those that felt the motion aiming in the Wii edition made it too easy I finally feel like I am playing an tate edition of the GCN version.
@Anti-Matter thanks for the reply! It sounds like jet force Gemini for the N64 and I quite liked that game. I'll scan through my ps4 Eshop and see if it's available on there.
@charlieonholiday You’re in for a great time with XC2 and Torna! They’re the reason I got a Wii U so I could play X, and why I picked up XC 3D.
I often wonder about what XC3 could bring. Can’t wait to find out!
Obviously enjoying Animal Crossing, but now after some 250 days I returned to Mario Maker 2 and it's a blast!
Of course you also gotta have some Hunt: Showdown!
You'd think with this lockdown I would be doubling down on playing games. Far from it. Haven't played anything in weeks, I've been drawing every day and dusted off my turntables. I'm obviously some sort of filthy casual. I do reckon Streets of Rage 4 will change all that soon...
My mainstays are Wii Fit U and Fitness Boxing since I play them everyday, so I won't count them. I will say I've played a chunk of Onimusha Warlords and will get back to Blaster Master Zero 2 as well.
@Benjoo it's not too bad, I just went for all the Teensies (kinda equivalent to moons in Mario odyssey) - there's a bunch more stuff on top which I don't have the will for!
The difficulty curve is so well pitched that it never feels that punishing but a decent challenge. just finished an hour ago, took me about 25 hours...recommended!
