Dusting off this old account to say I am unbeliveably appalled beyond belief by the sheer carelessness on display placed under the guise of such an arrogant name. I've counted dozens of games I know for a fact I'd never label as shovelware, and way WAY more that even if I haven't experienced myself, I'd have been hard-pressed to look at it and go "Yea, there's zero effort put into this game"

I would be LIVID if I were a developer that worked long and hard on their game only to see NintendoLife declaring it shovelware. Guess it's a good thing I haven't found a way to put my games on Switch yet...

And on what criteria? Was there a human behind this? I don't see how any living individual could mark PUZZLE BOBBLE as shovelware.

Not that you can find that Puzzle Bobble game on this "better" eShop otherwise, because the search function is nearly nonfunctional.

Wave Race 64 is purely classic. I want more like it.

All I have known of this game before is that when it was teased via a picture of a light bulb, people somehow thought it would be Sonic Adventure 3 or Jet Set Radio, and said people proceeded to blow up the dev's notifications with bashful comments when the reveal was made.

Very rad game. It gave me a 2D Zelda fix before Switch Online provided A Link to the Past, but it's worth picking up regardless.

Between this and Panty Party, there sure has been a suspiciously large amount of underwear-themed games on the eShop lately. lol

@LavaTwilight It was also on Steam, Xbox Live, and PSN. I think it is still at least on Steam.

It is still available on certain digital storefronts I think.

I would actually like to see more collections like the Aladdin / Lion King one. Provided the packages are rounded out with content, anyway. It was a stretch to buy a collection with what essentially included just two 90s games.
