This game is still sitting in my backlog with like 30+ other games at this point. XD
I'm broke, this game still sitting in my wishlist with like 30+ other games at this point. XD
i stopped playing this game after halloween, they should’ve released it the end of september instead.
Had a great time with it,, tho it’s so tough to find the special ghosts and boos....
It was one of the most creative, surprising games I’ve played in a long while.
How come ScreamPark isn't online
Now Nintendo can get to the Mario Party DLC?
@Heavyarms55 : Only 30?
At this point, I feel like most of my games won't even have their surfaces scratched until the long-fabled streaming/digital-only apocalypse occurs.
System update... new content for games... I’m calling a direct a week from today on Mar10 day... with sunshine, BotW2 and loads of other amazing games we would never have guessed all dropping around PS5 and the other systems release date.
@Mjoen I mean, I wouldn’t be upset having a Direct the day before my bday...
@Silly_G part of me actually welcomed an apocalypse that let’s me focus on my backlog without worrying about new games to distract me. Like, I clearly have too large a backlog to finish before I kick the bucket, but it’d be nice to finish SOME of it, leave my future children less to inherit (that’s how backlogs world, right?)
@ShadJV : I also have heaps of Blu-rays/DVDs that I haven't been around to watching, so I have absolutely no burning in the bosom for streaming. I probably have enough DVDs/Blus/Games to last me until I kick the bucket as well.
With Two Point Hospital/Brain Training gobbling up most of my gaming time, I have hardly been playing anything else.
@Heavyarms55 wow just wow
It's a nice game and I've enjoyed it so far; I'm currently on Floor 10 with the Boiler Room also completed. It just keeps getting pushed aside as other titles come out, and I don't see that changing once Animal Crossing releases. That said, I personally think that ditching any extra single-player story mode content for the DLC was a mistake. I don't often get an opportunity to play games with anyone, locally or online, and when I do I gravitate toward either turn-based strategy (Civilization VI, for example) or pick-up and play (Mario Kart 8). I honestly haven't even tried any of Luigi's Mansion 3's multiplayer modes yet, and I've owned it since Day One.
@Silly_G I know the feeling, Animal Crossing will eat my little free time soon and I still haven’t finished what I got for Christmas - I threw together a list of games I was interested in for any family that wanted to get me something this year (I figure at 30 I wouldn’t get much), and honestly next year I shouldn’t even bother listing games and instead list necessities. I ended up getting THREE RPGs for Christmas as a result. Digimon Cyber Sleuth Complete (which is two games in one anyways), Dragon Quest XI S, and Ni No Kuni. I was actually a bit annoyed, like when am I gonna finish these? Three RPGs at once is too much. I haven’t finished the first one yet.
@ShadJV : Tell me about it. I've bought all of the physically-available (in English) Atelier games on Switch (never dabbled in the franchise prior). The only one I've played to any length was Nelke, which was a spin-off/anniversary game that doesn't play like the main Atelier games (I really enjoyed it though). The Dusk trilogy was also issued an English cartridge release in Asia, and I don't know when I'll ever play it, but somehow I'm happy to have it in my possession. I daresay that possession comprises nine tenths of my enjoyment of games.
And speaking of Digimon, I ought to finish that off. I was playing it quite regularly until the release of Pokémon Shield and it dropped off my radar since. Too many games. Too little time. We really are spoiled rotten this generation.
Just completed floor 10. Amazing game full of surprises with fantastic animation
Would much rather have more single player content to be honest; I’m not a huge multiplayer player... if that makes sense.
This got sidetracked as soon as I got the Street Fighter Collection sadly, as did everything else in my library I haven’t beat. I was in that Wind Waker style level and laughing my head off at the destruction I was causing...time to put down the fighting pad.
@sandman89 Floor 10 is where I'm up to. I got sidetracked with The Witcher 3 though and haven't played it for a few weeks. I told myself to see Luigi's Mansion 3 through to the end before starting The Witcher 3 but I didn't listen.
It's a really great game!
My 5 year old and I have completed this and are just going back to get the remaining Boos and Gems (frustratingly you have to return to a pre-final boss battle to do this).
Great game and absolutely wonderful as a co-op experience.
@Eddiezus You did well stopping playing this game after halloween because -as you say- "they should’ve released it the end of september instead".
Let the rest of us, the 177 countries that do not celebrate Halloween, enjoy playing the game whenever we like.
@OorWullie I did exactly the same!🤣 but forced myself back to Luigi before I got carried away with The Witcher. Both fantastic games
@Mjoen I agree with you on the direct date, but I'm calling pikmen four and metroid prime 4
Well at least this update is not a complete waste of time for people who only play story mode, usually with updates like this it's only for the online part of the game and just adds bloat to the already huge game install (read dead 2 and gta v are good examples), i really do hate that.
@Silly_G oh my backlog goes back several gens, it’s awful. Sometimes I literally get anxiety trying to pick what game to play, I’m spoiled for so many choices, and then I waste time being indecisive. Not to mention all the unfinished games... such a first world problem, but...
First mansion dlc?
'Bout time they actually added a TALL ScareScraper mode. Ten floors is just not enough to match the title.
@Cosats whoops, I can see how my comment came off a bit ignorant. Sorry.
