Re: Rumour: Nintendo UK Hints at More Mario Kart 8 DLC

Rumorlife

Wait you mean to tell me there was a Rumor on Rumorlife.com that actually is a real rumor not one of their usual fan made BS lies?
Personally don't care what they do with new DLC since it'll be good, but I kind of don't think I want Kalamari Desert again, it feels like we've done that enough. Like I'm a bit tired of Yoshi Circuit.

Re: Poll: Are You Excited About Nintendo's Expanded E3 Plans?

Rumorlife

How about for the 2nd poll: Not hyped but not mad. But I'm going to try to ignore the fans really hard this year, it's going to be a bunch of whining and crying. I'm interested in Zelda U still but it'll happen when it happens at this point. The only fandom that seems happy is Pokemon and it's the same crap as always, you can't upset that group unless you tell them you're not excited.

Re: The Book Of Unwritten Tales 2 Will Be Opening On Wii U Next Week

Rumorlife

@SLIGEACH_EIRE I'm well aware of the Trine situation. That's why I mentioned them being the only ones haha. I'm pretty sure it'll end up coming to the WiiU unless time clocks out on the systems, it'll probably appear on the NX. I can't imagine they'd skip out after the success the other 2 games had. It didn't review horribly, I thought it was more like not better than Trine 2, but close to how T1 reviewed. I've not played it yet though.

Re: Guide: A Nintendo Fan's Breakdown of E3 2016's Press Conferences and Events

Rumorlife

I love that this lousy website finally admitted that things probably will skip the WiiU, after all this time. They love putting the "it might happen!!!" in their articles even if we all know it won't happen. Lol @ Watch Dogs 2. Anyone notice how Ubisoft games only last the public like 3 weeks before everyone moves on? Besides the WiiU craziness, the game came and went like a B rated movie and stores filled with used copies. Yay more things for Gamestop in the future to put in their 3 for $10 used trash barrel.

Re: Harvest Moon: Skytree Village Is Ploughing A Furrow Towards The Nintendo 3DS

Rumorlife

A New Beginning was the last one I liked, but I didn't care about any of the Wii or DS games, so it's been a while that I've actually been super into this series. I always look forward to a new HM game but they always seem to be broken or have ugly graphics or are just a plain farming game with some gimmick addition that you kind of are annoyed by.

Re: Lost Reavers Updates to Version 2.0.0, Adding a New Stage and Some Tweaks

Rumorlife

Did they really have to do a 12 minute video? I'll check out the updates in game when it arrives, but I hope it's better than more Labs and Egyptian levels. If this game continues on past the end of this year I'd be shocked.
Everyone gave up on it, online is usually nearly dead, the forums are dead about it and barely 8 comments on this update article (as of now), this game is doomed.

Re: Review: 8Bit Hero (Wii U eShop)

Rumorlife

@Utena-mobile Uh no. That's not how I work, it just has to be not boring and it was, and clearly the majority agree with the fact that Witch & Hero was not fun. No where does it have above a 5 rating and the eShop rating is abysmal as well.

Re: US Retailer GameStop Hoping That Nintendo NX Can Arrest Decline In Hardware Sales

Rumorlife

GameStop is the most boringest ass company on the planet. "Lets compare 2006 to 2016 on a different system and different retail market than it was before then talk about the future" it's like they just wanted to make a graph to remind everyone the Wii to WiiU sales comparison and try and say "we hope you do better because you ruined our revenue with the WiiU", not that they treat the bounty that is the 3DS with any respect. They throw all the boxes away and the section is always small and looks like a mess. But they sure have no problem giving a 10 foot wall to their fake dirty messed up green & black 360 & PS3 boxes for games people traded in with boxes.

Re: UK Toys-To-Life Market Slumps 12 Percent Year-On-Year

Rumorlife

There's nothing new to do. Amiibo has had nothing major new in some time, they had plenty of opportunities as well to implicate it into their best selling titles but either they ignored it or just did some lousy tap once thing. The free Amiibo Mario and Minis style game is a nice attempt though, but it came and went sooo fast.
As for other toys, the games they're specific to are aging and some are too expensive. Lego Dimensions, parents at my store say it's too expensive, $30 for one tiny add on pack is nuts and even with sales they don't want them. The fad came and went with those, also I think a problem for some was that the Dimensions game was all over the place. People only wanted 1 Lego pack, they didn't want to have a mix of Scooby Doo, Simpsons and Back to the Future. It's like they tried to hit multiple markets but those markets of fans don't ever cross lines with one another.

Re: Nintendo Download: 26th May (North America)

Rumorlife

What's nice is they added 2 of the Startropics so that there's at least room to play for a while. I'm bummed that a lot of the Wii VC were sequels and such but the WiiU only got the 1st games this time most of the time.

Re: Video: Latest Mighty No. 9 Trailer Dials Up The Ridiculousness

Rumorlife

Lol I saw this game advertised on the TV in Gamestop the other day and then they randomly added in Minecraft(i think?) DLC related to this game for another game and I was like holy crap they better actually put this game out already. The trailer seemed pretty professional which is good. Like a kids or family movie trailer that isn't obnoxious.

Re: Random: Store Shelves Appear To Be Filling With Pre-Owned Copies Of Star Fox Zero

Rumorlife

Holy cow that's terrible. I didn't think it was going to be this bad, I've seen a few used copies but XCX was worse around these parts. A week or two later there was 20 copies everywhere but nobody reported on that haha. I didnt sell XCX, and I still kind of want StarFox, and I'd probably pick up the easy to find bundle thing with SF Guard in it since that still interests me. Unless it's all in one disk so I can get the used version? Though I dont think so.

Re: Review: Kirby: Planet Robobot (3DS)

Rumorlife

Nice! I didn't expect a 9, but PAL loves Kirby. Also not surprised about the Amiibo, I'll use it if the Smash Kirby works with this and I can use the regular 3DS adapter. It does similar things for the WiiU Kirby game.
