Monster Rancher is an insane deep cut I didn't expect

Kururin Paradise!! Yaaaaaaas. I imported this gem way back when, along with the GCN installment. Such a great game, with a super fun score. So much better than the current release on GBA. Can't wait to try it out! It would be so cool if they brought the JPN only game to GCN Virtual Console one day. Oh please, oh please!

Huh. Maybe that's why it's missing from the new collection

Two games I don't care about, and a game I do care about but is coming to a collection next year. Yippee, I guess.

BTW, Pokemon Colosseum was announced at the initial Switch 2 Direct and still isn't on GCN NSO.

Nintendo's priorities with this service baffle me sometimes.

Kinda surprised at Metal Slug Advance showing up here, since it will be included in the new Metal Slug collection coming out. No complaints from me though, I liked that game.

HUGE childhood flashbacks to Monster Rancher. I never played any of the games but was into the anime for a little while.

@shonenjump86
It's actually a smart move by SNK. It's free marketing for Switch owners who will then likely buy the collection when it releases.

Shouldve put KH Chain of Memories on too just because it would be timely.

Pretty eh lineup, but at least it's something. Wish they'd stick Nightmare in Dream Land on there, probably the most glaring current GBA omission.

Whoa, these are some unexpected titles. Except for Kururin, maybe, since we got the first one.

@batmanbud2 Maybe they've hit some snags with the conversion. Or TPC is telling them they'd like a retail release instead. At full price.

@JR150 that’s a good way to look at it like that.

Hope Conker gets released on N64 mature app soon

@batmanbud2 I’m still waiting for Conker

I entirely missed out on Monster Rancher during its heyday, so that's a neat surprise. Though hilarious that GBA NSO now has exactly as many Monster Rancher games as Pokemon games. :V

that's a amazing 3 games , I always want to play Metal Slug Advance and I highly recommend Kururin Paradise is so good of a franchise ,I hope the gamecube game also comes this year .

These meh releases wouldn't be so painful if Nintendo updated more than once every two months.

Some great variety, tied together with a cute theme. This is a good way to remind us that we can't predict what will come out in these announcements. I wish they had kept the suspense better though.

Great additions. Hopefully we'll also still get a Halloween NSO drop with Eternal Darkness.

Excellent additions to the GBA library for sure. Zero complaints here.

@batmanbud2 sleeping so hard on kururin

all of you. only an eh lineup because y'all are boring as hell
