Btw: don't think the price been too high. It's not inferior to a Metroid game which is usually full priced. Nes games in the 80s weren't cheaper either and they didn't last as long. Don't know why people are not willing to pay for games anymore. I gladly pay fully price for games that I want.

Hope we will get a sequel - I bought the game immediately after playing Wondboy in Monster World and Monster World 4 on the Genesis/Mega Drive mini. Really loved all the allusions to the prequels in Monster Boy.

Tried both demos and liked both. Didn't really noticed the framerate issues. Gonna buy it when both cost 30€ together. Have too much to play right now ( Monster Land IV on Mega Drive Mini and Monster World on Switch)

Personally, my favorite publisher this gen. Loved all their games so far. Even Dragon Marked for Death was absolutely fun to play single player. Played only with the Empress and it took me approx 40 hours - had more fun grinding in that game than in Diablo III

That's true but at least the first couple of issues did release bi-monthly while issue 11 keeps getting delayed, unfortunately. I don't believe anymore that Doomsday Clock will have a lasting impact on the DC Universe as it was suppose to have which is sad cause I really like it and Geoff John's writing style.

Comic books constantly get delayed (*cough Doomdayclock #11 *cough) * couple of months - so 2 weeks is actually nothing for me

So - is there gyro cool in Doom 3? Love this surprise release! Bethesda rocks with its support for Switch - I really enjoyed Doom, Skyrim and Wolfenstein and am gonna pick up Doom Eternal, today's releases and Youngblood. So many great games on the Switch. There is never a drought and you constantly have to decide which game to pick.

I don't know about you - but I had to beat the final boss again till I was able to access the DLC - but it helped to get acquainted again with the controls.

Really? Why shouldn't such a game run at 60frames ? That would be hilarious if it turns out to be true. Switch is more than capable to run a Metroidvania at 60 frames. That would be a no go for me just like Sonic racing or crash team racing

is it me or does Shovel Knight's head look kinda small? Otherwise I am still not convinced to buy this game after all the delays. It still seems to lack polish. Gonna wait for reviews. Bloodstained the 8-bit game by Inti Creates was awesome, though

yes - I did - that's how I beat Sigma. I played through all the Megaman games - Megaman 1-10 and X1 -X8. Had no problems at all. I usually play with the Joy Con buttons and not the L stick. The Hadouken was indeed not always that easy to pull off - but manageable

Why do people complain about the price point? Because these are old games or 8-bit or 16-bit games? I gladly pay 50€ for a Megaman game even though it takes you only a couple of hours to play through. Games have been at that price point since Nes and Secret of Mana 3 gets its first release in English. You won't get everything for free. And as someone already pointed out - you pay only 14€ per game. That's a bargain. Since mobile games have been a thing, a lot of people expect games to cost only 1$. That is just sad.

everybody is entitled to be hyped for games they like and if it is the case for this game - hey why not.

But compared to other games in this genre - I don't see the appeal except for the Marvel characters. And I am a huge comic book collector. I have to admit that I am not a big fan of Diablo-like games (I only spend 40 hrs on Diablo - I actually prefer Dragon Marked for Death) - I kinda think that gameplay is rather repetitive and a bit boring - especially when the level design looks as bland as in this Marvel game. Diablo 3 is doing a much better job in this case. The levels and dungeons and overworlds look way better (in my opinion).

But at the end - to each their own. If this game sells new Switches - hell, why not.

it may be like Diablo but it just doesn't look as entertaining. Looks very generic. I rather stick to Diablo and Dragon Marked for Death. I honestly can't believe that people would buy the Switch just because of this game.

Probably only Dragon: Marked for Death and maybe I will begin with Megaman Battle Network 5 since I've played through 1-4 the last couple of weeks

Somehow it's been this way since the Wii or the Wii U era. Don't know why it is like this. Especially Warner Bros games like Injustice have been released on Nintendo consoles a week later than on other consoles

Love this game and can't wait for the DLC but I won't double dip. Has this been a physical release from the get go - I wouldn't have downloaded it. But I don't need two copies of a game.

Yes - played it on the NES classic for the first time and loved every minute! Great game - it is now one of my favorite Nes games!

I also thought it would be in the style of the intro sequence and was a bit disappointed even though I like the art style. But the intro was definitely misleading - at least for me.

I'd rather have a new hand-drawn Mario game but now after New Super Mario Wii U Deluxe and Mario Maker 2, I guess I will have to wait at least 1-2 years.

Would have preferred a new entry rather a remake. But I like the art style. Reminds me of "Das Sandmännchen", a German show for little kids.

Don't know what people expect - of course you will have to subscribe to Nintendo's online subscription. From a business standpoint I can't see why they shouldn't.

I guess I will pass on Mario Maker 2. I loved creating levels but all the loose levels and no overarching story etc is just not for me. Playing through 100 of less than mediocre created levels to find a couple good ones is no fun. And as already mentioned there is an abundance of very difficult and don't move levels - that's why I only spend 60 hrs with Mario Maker 1 and most of it creating handful of levels.

For what it is, I really liked Federation Force as a spin off (not a Metroid entry). And I played single player most of the time. But online coop worked also well. I would never say no to a sequel as long as main entries in the Metroid series continue to happen. I think that Federation Force would have had better reception after an entry in the main series.

Expecting nothing at all - kinda think that leaks already showed us everything (Assassin s Creed etc)

Would have bought it if it would have been on Switch. Sold my 3DS with the release of the Switch

I am German and it sounds right, unfortunately.
Otherwise a lot of WB games (Injustice, DC Lego games etc) seem to be delayed at least one week on Nintendo consoles here in Europe without any reason. MK is not a WB game but still especially Amazon.de has sometimes a different release date for a multiplatform game for the Switch - I've always wondered why

I am definitely on board on the physical release. Actually I am quite happy about the late February release - that gives me enough time to 100 % Lego Villains on Switch (what a great game for DC fans )

great games for people that love 8-Bit games. I do and I will always prefer 8-Bit over 16-Bit games, because NES was my first console.

I don't care that we only get 2 games this month - for 20 bucks a year I see the NES games as a nice bonus.

Physical for me - Inti Creates have yet to disappoint me. Love to play through their games with each character. And 30 € seems really kinda cheap. Didn't mind to pay 55€ for Gunvolt Strikers Pack. They put a lot of love into their games and gameplay has always been fantastic.

I already use my Wii U Lan adapter since launch day cause the WiFi of the Switch is actually really bad. Splatoon 2 is so much better wired than playing wireless.

I guess I have to buy Bloodstained and Axiom Verge, now.
