Re: Opinion: Silksong's Tight Construction Is Exactly What I Need After Too Much Open-World Loafing

@TCKuma It's not whether I can or can't beat that creature. For me it's much more than that and why I don't like this metroidvania. The music just isn't good enough compared to some of the greats before it. I don't care for the damage sponge enemies; they interrupt the flow of the game for me. The characters don't look cool or inspire me to push further. The environments are just the same cave with a different color palette and maybe some greenery. But like I told the person before you, it's cool that you found a game that you really like and I'm happy for you.

Re: Talking Point: Nintendo Direct September Predictions - What Do You Hope To See?

Silksong release... wait that already happened.
Legend of Dragoon remaster by Monolithsoft. Or a new F-Zero game by SEGA. Another Bayonetta game or updated to the existing games. Give me that release date of MP4. Remaster of MP2/3 games. Gyruss release on the NES app. Megaman 64 on the N64 app. fire emblem awakening remaster. some of the kirby 3DS games remasters. Finally give me pokemon games on the GBA app. Also, some gas money and some Jack in the Box. that is all.

Re: Talking Point: Is Hollow Knight: Silksong Too Difficult?

To me what I like about a good Metroidvania is flow as well as music. HK/SS might have music, but the earlier stages are just atmospheric and boring. I like to see progression in the game and when I come to dead stop you just ruined the whole experience. I don't have hours on end just to repeat/reset/runback time after time again. To me that is not my idea for a good time.

Re: Rumour: Sony Is Gunning For The Switch 2 With A Handheld, Dockable PS6

Time for Nintendo to throw into the towel. They have 3 companies gunning for their territory. Nvidia sold them a chip that is years behind because let's face it AMD makes damn good APUs. I'm assuming that Sony would use that instead of using team green. Just adding an OLED would have some people say it's the better device. If Sony continues to invest in games like Astro Bot and at that quality because it fits the smaller screen better. Nintendo is DOOMED!

So, after playing on Switch two (docked/handheld) and PS5. I gonna say that if you want to play this game, play it on PS5. It runs like its locked to 60. This in turn means that response times are better when controlling a super-fast mech suit. The 30 fps target feels sluggish and with some terrible frame pacing. Some low-res textures compared to the PS5. This sucks because I want this on Switch but looks like I will wait to see if patches are introduced. As it stands right now, I might have to pick it up on PS5.

Re: Kirby Air Riders Zooms Onto Switch 2 This November

This does look pretty good, and I will give it a shot. With that said I guess we know how good MKW could've have looked without the stupid open world part. Is it 70 dollars worth of fun? Idk but I will give it a shot. Since its November it will be my game for that month because we all know Pokemon is a horrible game and not worth the price they are charging for that game.
