If Nintendo goes third party it will be the downfall of the video game industry. I was a huge SAGA fan as a kid, and now that they are only a third party developer they can't take any risks anymore when developing games. SAGA quality of work has gone down and there mostly stuck making Sonic games. Nintendo would have the same fate, the industry will lose creativity and we will end up with low quality and yearly releases of Mario games.

This should be ported to the Switch.

One huge thing that everyone is forgetting is that the Nintendo Switch won't have any install times or any annoying 3-hour updates like on the PS4 and Xbox One.

This will be a day one purchase, if it's priced around $30-$40.

If the darn Wii U just worked with x86, had a stronger CPU, and a hard drive the Wii U might still be doing well today, but Nintendo wanted to copy the success of the Wii by releasing something difference with weak hardware, the only thing good inside the Wii U was its GPU which is strong than the Xbox 360 and the PS3's GPU.

Wow the Wii U is having some horrific final days. Nintendo and everyone else just want you to forget that this system ever even existed. The GameCube had a better outing compared this. This is almost Virtual Boy levels.

People this game is not designed for us true gamers.This is to entice casuals into downloading this game on their phones, and to re-energize the Nintendo name brand again.

Nintendo just needs to make a few decent smart phone games to inject subliminal messages into casuals players into buying a Nintendo Switch!

I loved playing Pokemon Red & Blue on my Super Gameboy.

Ohh yeah Shovel Knight is also fantastic!

Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze and Rayman Legends are the two best platformers of the generation!!!

I also put Super Mario 3D land for third place.

I would think Nintendo would be discounting Wii U games like crazy since the Wii U is getting replaced soon, but I guess I was wrong.

If Nintendo would have not been cheapskates and gave the Wii U a decent CPU and Hard drive. Things could have been different for the system.

Second Nintendo had no faith in their own system by not even advertising the Wii U features.

Street fighter would be an awesome launch game for the NS!

The Nintendo Switch can't get this kind and of negative PR right now. People need to be patient and wait for the facts from Nintendo.

I think it's incredible that the NS can play elder scrolls Skyrim.

Maybe Nintendo is working on a Mario kart Double Dash sequel.

I'm glad that Nintendo is making these games directors cuts or improved versions of the original games from Wii U, and not just making them cheap ports. Having a Mario kart game early will really help the sales of the Nintendo switch .

People people! Yes the new Mario game will be more like Mario 64, and it's clearly obvious from the video that Nintendo is reusing the same graphics engine from Super Mario 3-D world's, for this new Mario game.

Starfox Zero is trash! I truly wanted to enjoy this game because SF64 and Assault are such great games, but the controls for SFZ are complete junk.

This will probably be my last Wii U game, because I'm going to get the legend of Zelda BoW for NX.

Now that is the million dollar question that Nintendo needs to figure out.

Yuck, Pokemon go is ok I guess, but I can't stand the casual gamers on mobile phones. They have no Loyalty to game developers or to any game series. They just downloaded whatever is trending. Most of these people are fake gamers and video game companies really need to be cautious when trying to enter this market. Like I sad before no loyalty.

I own StarFox Zero and I downloaded Metroid Prime Federation Forces the other day and I can tell you that MP:FF is a good game, unlike StarFox Zero which was truly an abomination in game controls.

One thing I find strange is that Nintendo is not even trying to advertise Metroid Prime Federation Forces at all here in the United States, MP:FF is not on any store adds, usually new released games are shown in the game/electronic section on store adds of Best Buy, Target, exc. MP:FF has had zero marketing.

I'm starting to lose interest in the game myself. It's been a struggle at level 22 Every dang Pidgey I catch I end up burning up through five or more Poke-Balls. The game lately has just become a slow and annoying grind, and GYM's are pretty much pointless.

EA can take there garbage bin games somewhere else!

Mega evolutions and super training was awesome, but the story telling in Pokemon X & Y was super weak.

Hopefully we can get a good story again like we did from Pokemon Gold/Sliver and White /Black.

As long as the NX is powerful enough that it can handle third-party ports from Xbox one and PlayStation 4 games then Nintendo NX could have a chance. Innovation is not going to be enough this time around the NX is going to need some power.

This explains why Nintendo held off from disc based madia for so long, and why Nintendo wasn't bothered when Sega released the Sega CD for the Genesis.
