@leo13 200CC is easier than Fast Racing's least insane difficulty (nothing easy about it). But it's insanely fun, even for my young kids who don't care that they come last in every race.

@Manjushri Did you read about the new interface? And coupled with no DLC, no poor Wii U online with its online disconnections, I think all your main worries are covered, but it would probably be best to wait until after release to see reviews and if everything that frustrated you is fixed, then you might consider it.

But this so why paying for Switch online is going to make this game so great, Wii u online was so frustrating for me, I struggled to play Mario Kart 8 online, luckily Splatoon wasn't as bad.

Maybe this should have been a pack in title.

@Vegaphil Sorry if his slightly different opinion upset you. I agree with him - it could be too expensive for its content, and we really need to wait and see exactly what content it has and not jump on the hype train that may not have its track finished.

@KirbyTheVampire This is the best Lego game of all, I'd recommend trying a demo if you can.

@TheDavyStar So that means the PS4 and Xbox One aren't up to scratch? Nintendo themselves haven't any whispers about a mid-gen new iteration.
However, with Nintendo's modular processing patents, it's possible a mid gen interation will only be a new dock with some processing power and maybe a fan inside it as well as power supply, which would mean the life of your actual Switch would be extended quite a bit, instead of having to buy a brand new console 3very year like Xbox or PS4.

@Royalblues Portability and Nintendo games, that's what the Switch has, as well as typical Nintendo innovation.
Really for most it comes down to the games, and waiting a period of 6 months or so means when you do buy there's more games out that you want and at a cheaper price.

@Pazuzu666 Of course, if done right then it's great. And this was done right. Fans wanted more open space, and Nintendo do also had the same thoughts and decided to focus in that direction. As a result, they've built a brilliant game around that idea that fans wanted, rather than cram 100 different ideas by committee of fan wants.

@JaxonH It's certainly very interesting to hear how Nintendo have listened very closely to what Capcom has said.

All I played was Little Inferno on Wii U and that's more than enough for me to buy all 3 for the Switch.

@SKTTR Double characters are good as you merge them and get extra SP, and if they are the same level, you get a bonus level up as well, and my Cherche has two bonus level ups.
I only have one 5*, Robin, and he is awesome. He was the only one I really wanted, because even though I've never played a FE game, out of all the FE amiibo, Robin was the best.

@Madden87 Why should they have to wait for a game to be out to consider DLC? If they do, the DLC will be out too late and not many would buy it.
Making DLC takes a lot of time, which is why the only one ready on launch is the chest. If companies can't start work on DLC before release, then most DLC will just stop, and we won't see that content in the main release.

@OorWullie That's my thinking as well. They don't want people to think that Switch games aren't home console games.

@manu0 We already knew they are using 3D style cards for the Switch, so it's no surprise that it will have the same features.

And you can always write on game carts, it's how 3DS does save games.
For Switch it would be cool to have save game on cart and system.

Rugby is certainly not my thing. However some eSport competitions do have massive prize pools and players can earn a very good wage.

@Tarvaax The PS4 has more power than the Switch. It also has a bluray player. Many bluray players will also have he same features.
To have the features of a PS4 in the Swith would make the Switch cost more than it does now. Are these features worth the extra costs?

@Tarvaax Sluggish OS and game performance as a result of not focusing on games (ie Xbox One) isn't a good selling point for a games console. After the Xbox One trailing the PS4 because of this, having a games console focused on being a games console is a selling point, especially when there might be 5 people would would go out and buy a Switch because of these things.

@KirbyTheVampire How many other devices do you have that have these same things? I would rather the Switch forgo these for better OS and game performance.

My house has a TV and 5 consoles and 2 PCs and 6 smart devices and 5 3DSs that have YouTube and Netflix. Crunchyroll is on 3 and Playstations similar Anime streaming app on 2.

@ReifuTD Superbowl ads usually are a waste and rarely do better than the Switch advert.

@ReifuTD Reminds me of Deadpool. The comedy was weak, the R rated content was weak and the best parts for me were how the drama actually came across as quite real.

Making a Castlevania series in a GoT style is the literal definition of jumping the shark - throwing out all artistic integrity to go with what's "modern" and "popular".

@KirbyTheVampire FF15 has always sucked, just like 14 and 13 and everything since the mostly decent FF10. That's why each new FF game jumps the shark in a desperate attempt to gain hype, before bombing with rubbish reviews from all but the most dedicated fans.

We don't want ports of old games that are total rubbish. After this game has already bombed, how many would buy it for the Switch?

I'm glad the Switch OS isn't bloated with system resource easting pointless nonsense.

@Franklin I'd say they are better than more expensive Nintendo figures of lesser quality and size. Plus, if it's your thing you can use them in game. It's only people who MUST own an entire set of something who choose to be extorted.

@aaronsullivan For the reveal trailer they couldn't show the game in portable mode. It's still so in dream there isn't a date set for Mario Odyssey.
Of course, it also makes me think of Homer 3D episode of The Simpsons (I forget which Treehouse of Horror) where Homer also just doesn't fit with real life looking humans. Would be great if Mario could also join in with Homer's Odyssey...

@AlexSora89 My wife has 1.5 and 2.5 on PS3 and 2.8 on PS4. She will get 3 on PS4 even though it is also coming out on Switch.
She also has 1 and 2 on PS2 and a bunch of the other games (DS, PSP and 3DS).

I would recommend getting 3 on Switch and I also recommend owning a PS4 over an Xbox One.
PS does anyone want to buy an Australian Xbox One?

The Switch doesnt have 50 AAA games at launch and it costs more than $100, Nintendo is DOOOOOOOOOMED!

The game itself is vastly superior to the Kingdom Hearts mobile game. KHUX is a basic action game with zero depth, and each level is only differentiated through a different background picture, making the game wear very thin after a week. The worst is how it constantly begs you for money.
This game on the other hand has much more depth, doesn't feel like a grind to play and has a decent tactical level to it.
