@JaxonH the website is Nintendo Life, not Jaxon's Nintendo Life. The idea of running a successful website is pleasing as many customers as possible and not just one. If you hate the stock market articles, skip them and don't berate the people who like them. Otherwise people will assume you are 12 for getting hurt feelings over the existence of articles that don't interest you.

I would see it more of being a 2DS successor, more for those with budget concerns. It would also have a much longer lasting battery than the Switch.

@gaga64 I would say that it's more revolutionary than waggle controls, and I don't think the price of the Switch is so much more than the Wii was in terms of inflation.

Not sure why fellow PAL region Australia got this months ago and Europe still doesnt have it.
Luckily the two regions are part of the same region lock, so any European who wants an English version can import it from Australia.

It's great for kids and no hassle for adults who can easily add friends.

Jackbox have the best games, perfect for the Switch.

People wanting Donkey Kongs Kart in the game will be sorely disappointed. I don't think I could be bothered picking this up for $10 in a year.

@Moshugan Switch is a bigger screen, so it could be further away from the eyes, which should help stop the pixel toon and blurriness.

@Grawlog yeah I used my one month PS+ trial to get Jackbox Party Pack 1 and 2 on sale, and I only had free giveaway months of Gold for my Xbox One (which I have traded in all my games for and I'm about to sell entirely).
I would be happy to pay for Switch online to make sure it's done properly this time - I had issues with Wii U online after Wii online was amazing,even with slower Internet speeds, until the company running it went under.

@Bgr4u2 why? It's smart to make a games console about actual games and not wasting system resources on non game stuff.

I'll try it and do my usual thing of never spending a cent.

@XCWarrior 4 million sales at $10 a pop? $40m is nothing to sneeze at, and it hasn't hit Android yet, where it could do a lot more than iOS.
And also it's going to be a great advert for the Switch, just as Pokemon Go sold alt of 3DSs and Pokemon games.

Makes a lot of sense to push it back, don't want to saturate the market too much so people buy less Nintendo mobile games.

Let's hope they can scale the heights of Toy Story 3. Disney Infinity was okay, but weak compared to the excellent Toy Story 3 game.

@nessisonett Kingdom Hearts UX is reptitive, every level feels the same with with a different picture as a background. I played it for 2 weeks and realised I was bored.
Kairosoft have the best mobile games, both paid and freemium. Nintendo should bring out a Kairosoft collection on 3DS or Switch.

@JamesR as it's a triple pack I would think not, just like with Halo MCC.

Only ever played Little Inferno, my kids would love this triple pack.

@Andrzej777 Ubisoft supported the Wii U much more than any other third party,even taking losses on some ports and still coming back.

edit: WB also supported the Wii U especially with LEGO games but also other stuff like Injustice.

I read it as more than enough gamers will go to the Switch for EA to bring a few games to it.

@AirElephant What lazy ports are coming to Switch? Zelda was repurposed so it would be perfect for the Switch. Mario Kart 8 is getting new content and having the graphics look a lot better (not just upscale to 1080p, they look so much smoother) Splatoon gets a whole new sequel and RMX doubles the content as well as boosting the graphics (but not as much as Mario Kart 8).

@Lizuka I never cared for F-Zero at all but loved Fast Racing Neo.

Personally I think Fast Racing Neo is better than any F-Zero title. I just want Shinen to make their own game on a Nintendo budget.
I'm hoping RMX sells so well that Nintendo funds Fast Racing 2 and really uses it to promote the Switch to the hardcore racing fans.

@rjejr The Switch is the final nail in the Vita coffin. Vita developers are already looking at the Switch, because the Switch is so many times more powerful than the Vita.

Sports games. Switch Sports would be 100 times better than any sports games on Wii or Wii U.

@Petraplexity @jsa emulators and ripping your own ROMs still isn't quite as clear cut as that. But of course you can't actually play any ROMs on an emulator as that makes it not a back up anymore.

@Yalaa actually it wouldn't be illegal for them to do this when they own the game. I know an author who found a pirated ebook of a trilogy and he turned it into his own ebook to sell.
Of course the likelihood of Nintendo doing this is very low.

@FantasiaWHT Rogue One has nothing to do with Rogue Squadron.
And EA Games Star Wars games (like Battlefront 3) are weak nostalgia cash ins, just like the last 2 movies.

@Nintenjoe64 There is an Uncharted Waters Online, but it's not by KT. It's okay but it's not UW2, so a full on Uncharted Waters 3 would be awesome.
The other thing I want is Genghis Khan 3, and maybe a Warriors title based on it, with characters from all over Asia, Europe and North Africa.

Nobunaga's Ambition had an English release on PS4. I'm not sure about ROt3K 13
though.

@SanderEvers Are you really going to just play each game once? Don't get an FPS or racing game, they often have less levels. And Wii Sports had only a handful of sports.

It will time the hype quite well with the Switch launch.

@NEStalgia personally, Zelda seemed to have far less slowdowns on Switch and Mario Kart and Splatoon look smoother in the graphics department with better textures, making them look even more beautiful.

@Yasume I'm guessing the fact that lots of people are preordering the Switch means nothing? Yes in your opinion it's not enough. But your opinion isn't law.
