Physical day 1 for me. I wouldn't have minded if this would've been a digital only release, but given what happened to the PS360 release of MVC2, it's great to have a hard copy.

Great Direct, especially for it being so late in the Switch's lifecycle. Easy 9/10 showcase for me.

Looks amazing. Another great example of how the Switch is far, far more capable than what people give it credit for.

9/10 from me. Metroid looks great, MVC collection was a dream come true, new Mario and Luigi RPG, new Zelda game where you actually play Zelda, etc.

I trust Nintendo to show gameplay when they're good and ready. At least we got the fantastic Prime 1 remastered and Metroid Dread during the wait.

Glad to see plenty of new content in this version. I'll probably hold off on this for now, since my Switch backlog is massive, but perhaps will check it out on Switch 2(whether Atlus releases a native S2 version or just straight bc).

Always felt the performance issues were way overblown(as is the case with most Switch games). Said issues may be worth noting, but they don't take away from a great game.

Never played either of Horizon games but I'm interested in this since it's coming to Switch. Sony seems to be going all in on PC support, would love to see them port some of their games to Switch/Switch 2.

Not expecting a whole lot since I'm expecting the Switch 2 to be out in less than a year. I'd be happy to see a remake of FE: Genealogy of the Holy War(which has been rumored) and Metroid Prime 2 and 3.

Totally expect games like Indiana Jones and Doom Dark Ages to eventually make their way to Switch 2.

Never played either of the Horizon games, but might check this out. Is this a sign of more PS games coming to Nintendo? Would love to see the new Astrobot on Switch/Switch 2.

I was wondering why Capcom hadn't put these in a collection. Already played through these on 3DS, but nice to have these on NSO. Tons of legacy MM on Switch now, love to see it.

I can understand why Nintendo hasn't wanted to work with SGF. They have their own Directs obviously(which are much better paced). Not only that, but seems like a contrast between audiences of both shows too. Nintendo fans usually aren't into SGF that much(myself included) and folks watching SGF folks for the next big Western game usually don't care about most of Nintendo's IPs anyway.

Midori has a great track record, so this is almost certainly legit. Really happy to see that P3R is coming to Switch 2, game looks great but not enough for me to buy a PS5. Even better is Persona 6 coming to Nintendo's next-gen platform. It took way too long for Atlus to bring P5R to Switch.

Never played this one back in the day, but always heard good things about it. I'm interested in picking this up when it comes to Switch.

Yeah, looking more and more like a Switch 2 title next year or early 2026. I enjoyed the first game so I'm definitely interested in this one.

Good numbers for TTYD. I enjoyed Origami King, so I don't mind where the series goes from here personally. Switch hardware still coming out on top after all these years is wild.

Good to hear. Honestly this game shouldn't have had technical issues on Switch to begin with, they should've delayed it. But yeah, at least they're releasing a patch fairly soon after launch.

Looks great, but as with most LEGO sets, it's really pricey. Reminds me why I stopped buying LEGOs, they're a bit like the Apple of toy world.

My Best Buy preorder is still intact. Preorders with Target and Gamestop seem fine too. Unsurprisingly, people blowing this out of proportion, especially before we even know the full story.

Excellent news, hopefully this means the new Final Fantasy titles will release on Switch 2. And to think people wanted Sony to buy SE, ugh.

Yup, fighting off Ganondorf was the last thing I did. Did all side quests and 100% each map(discovery wise). What a masterpiece of a game.

Don't see why this wouldn't to come to Switch. The first game was console exclusive on Switch for a while and the sequel look similar graphically...

This is great. I don't mind buying digital, but strongly prefer physical.

This piece brings up some good points. Personally, I'm not too concerned about the future of gaming as a Nintendo fan. Nintendo actually knows how to manage studios and budgets unlike SE and MS(and a bunch of other companies). Kinda like Capcom in early-mid 2010s, SE will have to rethink their strategy.

I was expecting this to happen since Sony and Microsoft ended support a while back. Not really too bothered myself since I never used it.

That is very impressive. While other companies in the industry are struggling, Nintendo's more profitable than ever. As much as people like to criticize Nintendo's way of doing things, more companies need to take note of what they're doing.

I feel like this is less about the Switch hardware "kneecapping" this game and more about optimization or engine issues but carry on.

Might check this game out when patches come out(which the devs. have already promised). I wish more devs. would optimize their games FIRST instead of this "just patch it later mentality".

Terrible move on MS's part. Fingers crossed that Hi-Fi Rush on Switch 2 was already a lock prior to this.

I'm totally fine with smaller titles and some remasters to fill out the last year of the Switch. Got a massive backlog to get through.

Probably looking at what they did with the Switch; October reveal and release it the following March(give or take a month or two). Either way, nice to see confirmation regardless.

Not bothered at all myself. As long as the framerate is stable and isn't an absolute jittery mess 95% of the time, I don't care. And this goes for any game honestly.

I'm just so over all the framerate talk. People will make a huge deal about PM running at 30fps and say it's "unplayable" but will happily play a 30fps game on Playstation.

Good week for Switch software. MK8D is insane.

Interested in checking this out due to the praise of the combat system. Not to mention, the devs. here actually bothered to optimize their game. Unlike the studio behind Eiyuden.

Definitely feels more like optimization issues(engine perhaps?)... On the surface level, there's no reason a game like this should run poorly on Switch. A shame the devs. couldn't optimize it better, even if it required a delay. Welp, hopefully a patch is on the way.

Looks great. Can't wait for this next month.

I would love Fallout 3 and NV on Switch. Most likely due to issues porting the engine I assume. Bethesda didn't even do an enhanced port or remaster on PS4 or XB1.

Pretty wild that the 7+ year old Switch can still pull in 70k+ while the PS5 can barely inch past 20k.

That's fine, just happy this is finally making its way to Switch. Great to see this game get re-released.
