I don't see sense in changing the class — indian costume is just that, an indian costume, are we going to get a dogmancer because cats get offended? No consequence of the radical indian-to-cowboy change actually shows how bland and generic can this job be — it doesn't even have enough character to be required for the game as it is

This part is a disqualification for me, as a software engineer: "engine we are using is no longer being updated which means adjustments for matchmaking and online code are being made manually (actually reprogramming parts of the engine by the dev team themselves)" — this would suggest they apparently don't know what they're doing

Amiibos are worthless in a long-run anyway So the only semi-sensible reason to keep them boxed is to "preserve colors and pristine look", but then you would need to keep them in a dark place anyway

That's a completely mechanical way to "beat the game", not play it He will have to memorize all the steps to finish the level, it would be much better to just watch the walk-through for the story... Reminds me of these "look at AI beating Mario levels" videos

Honestly, Lin being "clothed more" in western release is a non-issue. Unless you're a pervy pedo, then it might a problem... for you )) With the limited amount of character customisation (I'm playing as male), you really can't identify with your character, so the boob-slider missing in the western release is also a detail that doesn't change anything.

I wonder how many of you actually played Amiibo Festival Because the game is pretty delightful, albeit slow-paced, but definitely relaxing and generally happy. It's for the family gaming sessions with folks that don't grasp Mario Party's mini games. Yeah, from the perspective of a übergamer this game must be stupid and silly, but it's a fine piece of entertainment Also, the hidden gem is the island escape, it could be it's own game for 3DS for example, it's pretty good!

I got all of figure Amiibos that are officially available in Europe (so basically anything except for Silver and Gold Super Mario) and they are adorable I can't wait for Animal Crossing Amiibos, I think I will make a little diorama for them on my shelf I smile every time I see them, there's something nice about having these little fellas from different games, reminding me of the great time I spent playing the game

I will always choose physical over digital — with CD/cartridge I own the game and I can decide when and how I want to play it. With digital I just rent the game, which sucks.

I have both PSP and Vita, and honestly... while PSP was somehow pushing the envelope with creative games, Vita is just... meh. If I wanted a "cinematic console experience" I would basically turn my PS3/PS4 on and not suffer pixelated crapalooza on the tiny screen. Somehow Nintendo knows how to make portable games, with proper timing for short, intense sessions. 3DS literally killed my Vita, it's in the drawer since the day I got my first Nintendo handheld last year...

I will get the game, the covers are nice for my new 3ds too But I'm not going to obsess about these plastic stuff of Amiibo, figures look nice and stuff, but cards? Nope.

It's interesting, but it's only a cover plate I won't mind not having that I already have wooden, felt and glow-in-the-dark

@Shiryu technically the whole scoring was broken, since eat-vs-eat shouldn't add to the score at all, and I think it was added completely pushing it off-balance

European Splatterfest was a mess... I was team eating, which had 66% of the whole contest population (WTF?!) and most of my matches were eating-vs-eating, so logically pointless, since "eating wins 1 match and loses 1 match". It was still a great deal of fun, but pitifully they locked only 3 stages from which I totally nailed it in Kelp Dome, did pretty well in Saltspray Rig and did really badly in Bluefin depot, which i personally hate
